I came and got my first facial today. The esthetician, Olivia, was amazing. The women up front were some of the kindest I’ve ever met. There was a problem w my gift certificate and Ashlee and Emily (I believe was her name) noticed I was kind of nervous and were just so sweet as they figured out how to fix the problem. Definitely recommend.

Aubrey is the best!! Always asks what Id like and how I feel when were finished. Conversation is great too. 🙂

Visited recently as a new customer. Had the pleasure of having Mikenzy as my massage therapist. She did an amazing job. With those strong hands of hers, she gave a whole new meaning to deep tissue. She will find every knot in your muscles and go to work. I almost had to tap out a few times but it felt so good. Mikenzy definitely knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend and visit again when Im in town.

I had a great first experience with Makenzy! I took advantage of their $45 massage special, which was a good deal. Calm, clean, and stylish environment and the massage table was perfectly heated. Everyone I interacted with was nice and seemed knowledgeable. You also get a 15 min hydromassage session, which was a great way to transition back to the outside world lol. Ill be back!

Please be aware that if you cancel your monthly membership and they tell you that you have 60 days to use any remaining hours/charges that they go back to your billing date to start the 60 days. Example I canceled Oct 2 and my billing date was the 4 th of every month. They started my 60 days on Sept 4th. So by Nov 4th not Dec4th was my 60 days. It was not told to me in this manner. I lost a lot of hours and will never recommend this place to anyone! Not because of the service providers but because that’s bad business practices.

The girl didnt even introduce herself. It was my first time at this establishment and she didnt explain anything. The oil smelled old. It smelled like cooking oil.

Olivia is an amazing esthetician! And Kelly, the manager, is the most caring and sweetest person ever. You can tell that they really care about their clients. Highly recommend

Very classy, elegant and relaxing! Dont expect to just purchase 1 item. You are encouraged/heavily persuaded to buy a membership, add ons, products and future scedules upon check out! Great perks but definitely pricey!!

Staff is always so friendly and makes sure you are feeling relaxed while visiting. Very pleased with their service.
