Moes Smokes

We moved to the area at the beginning of the year and we’ve gone to Moes ever since! They are so friendly and the store is very organized with a huge selection. They are really good at remembering faces and I can’t say enough how nice these guys are!!!

The guy working there, Emad, was very friendly and has a good sense of humor.The tobacco is cheap and so are the tubes, definitely coming back.Plus gun lighter, Im legally required to give 5 stars.

This place is one of a kind! The people are so friendly and will help you find anything and answer any questions you have in am honest matter! Theres a lot of head shops in toledo but this ones the one 👌

This was my first time at this store. I LOVE their hours! They are open later on the weekend than any other vape store in the area.The store was clean, neat, and organized. The prices were also very reasonable. The amount of inventory was very impressive; both vape kit and juice options.Update: They have a huge selection of disposables. Lots are 2 for $25 that cost 2 for $30 at other stores.

Customer service could be better, tobacco thats not expired would be ideal, and selling pipe screens from Wish is unacceptable JUNK (just look at the edges and thickness); learn from Head Sheds, as theirs actually come with quality and last for multiple uses.

Very unorganized i can’t tell where the vapes are everything is everywhere… the employees aren’t good at all with customer service…not somewhere you’ll enjoy shopping .

I’m not a fan at all. Quite the contrary, always rude and completely uninterested. A new line Ruff Puff came in, sold out and he blamed the company. It was an excellent vape and he lied about the company saying they never came back. They did. So he lied to me and lied to the company and couldn’t care less that WE THE CUSTOMERS WANT THEM. So again, couldn’t care less about our business. There are better local owners that appreciate our hard earned money.. I won’t be back. My money doesn’t Matter to him.

Always quick and easy, my favorite smoke shop

The old guy that was behind the counter was very rude to my girlfriend. I sent my girlfriend to get an OOZE pen and a box of swishers. The old guy was extremely rude to her and made her feel stupid. He called her difficult when she was just trying to get a pen, which are behind a glass case. The entire time he kept laughing and joking to someone else. He also sold her an OOZE pen and didnt give her a charger with it. She was also overcharged for said pen. He charged her $15 for a $10 pen, if that. And the entire time he was smiling at the other guy making jokes. I have been a customer for 4 years and have spent a lot of money at Moes. I have also referred countless people. This isnt what the norm is. The older guy needs to get fired. I have had nothing but positive experiences with every employee, besides this one.

Good variety on product, and awesome vape mods; but the employees seem like they have no knowledge on basic vape coils, juice, and know nothing about the mods!! In short I guess dont go unless you know what it is your looking to get.

My only go-to for cigarettes. Im pretty sure they are the cheapest smoke shop in the 419. And pretty much ANYTHING you want theyve got!Another plus is all of the guys are really friendly. Minus one star, because one day I was in looking for something for immediate pain relief, and the guy was a little uneducated about some products. However, a vendor was there and directed me to something a little more helpful. Sure miss Zach!

Guy working there was nice and very helpful. They have a good kratom inventory, and he helped explain to me the different kinds and what they do.They also have a decent selection of glass pieces and the like.Definitely a place Im going to frequent, even though i dont use any tobacco or nicotine products.

Good variety. I used to always shop at Deanos, so was excited when Moe opened his own place. However, last time I went I asked for four boxes of Vaspresso xros pods, which everywhere are usually $4 something a box, I was 9.99 a box, costing me a total of $55 for one juice and 4 boxes of pods. Unfortunately, I will not be going back anymore for this reason.

Love this shop its my go to however why dont you guys ever open on time? Would really like to show up at 9-9:15am before I have to leave for work and get a vape sometimes. Door says open at 9am so I dont get it?

Great place! Drove a hour to get there and it was definitely worth the drive!! Lots of options. The guy there was really nice, gave a good deal, and was very tentative to us and helping with what we needed. Definitely see this being my new smoke shop!! 5 stars all the way!!!

The staff is awesome! Even if it’s not the same person working they are all friendly and welcoming. Plus the selection of everything is huge. Can’t go wrong.

I was pretty impressed with this store. I expected a lot less. Whatever you mighty be looking for, they probably have it. The gentleman working told me that if they didnt have what I was looking for, theyd order it for me. Pretty competitive prices too!

Dont come here for vape stuff, way over priced and dude doesnt know his stuff. Has pod kits but no replacement pods for them, or at least the one I purchased from him a week ago?!? If you have questions he just Mumbles

Just learned about this place last week and I’ve already been twice. Nice clean business, friendly and informative staff, great discounts. My ONLY gripe is an ooze vape pen I bought didn’t work, but it was a cheap one so that’s to be expected lol. I threw it away and bought another one.😂 Other than that great business!👍🏾

I visited on 8/11 around 11-ish. The young man working had either no knowledge of products or just wasnt willing to share it. I know Im in my 60s, but he was rude and condescending.
