Well this use to be my go to shop; but not anymore. My dude Dustin left, and Jon left the shop. Idk why the owners let them walk; but this shop seems like there prices are way high. Dont go here, I suspect there where reasons the guys left/quit. Its a shame, cause under the last management Dustin and Jon they where both great. I stopped in on Tuesday and the guys there now seem like they are a deer in headlights.

So, I just recently moved to Ohio with my wife. We lived in Florida. I myself lived there my whole life. Prices for vape fluid and mods alone were out-rageous! I have been in Ohio about a year now? Six months ago I found this place and the guy working there his name was Dustin he was really spacetacular! He held a convo with me was very respectful and all in all? Was a great salesman. Other times i went in i met another salesman who went by the name of jon. They gave me great deals and even better prices. The prices here are spectacular. And I now go here for absolutely everything! Not only has this place made a customer? But have made a friend for life. I will go no other place. I have been to black castle once or twice and there prices are just terrible! There service to customers are terrible! But walking into vape station! You get greeted with a hello, how are you and what can I get for you today! Suggestions on flavors and new mods are thrown out! Its just all in all? The best place I have been to. So? If you Vaper? Vape station is the place to go if you have a taste for good juices. Or if you are looking for a new mod! no worries? If they dont have what you are looking for? They can easily get it! Thats one of the best parts! So I give this place 5 stars!

I moved out of the area about 6 months ago, but Preston is a pretty great guy and is very helpful. He makes sure to go above and beyond and he tries his hardest to get a hold of products you are looking for that they might not stock.

Well if I had been able to enter the store it would have been nice. We walked up to the door and it was locked. The open sign was on and there was someone in the store. He waved at us but never got up to unlock the door. When we just decided to leave he then got up and stood there behind the counter but never came to unlock the door. I guess what he was watching on his phone was more important.

Not the biggest selection of liquids but everything they have seems to be really good. I took a shot in the dark and tried one of their liquids and its good. I went back and tried another a couple days later and its also spot on. I only give it 4 out of 5 because u cant actually try anything before you buy it, so you wont really know if you like it or not.

Im a novice to vaping, and they have been so helpful! Every visit Ive left feeling more educated. I also have a variety of vape set ups Ive been trying out, and theyve been amazing at keeping replacement parts stocked in the store. Per my request, theyve ordered the Smok Trinity Alpha; which has already been sold out on several websites; Its scheduled for delivery today, I can barely contain my excitement! The level of personal customer service they extend to everyone is unmatched.

Its a guy there thats so respectful and helpful. Its like he has a passion for the vape experience. There selection could be more but i go there because I know i will get great customer service. 5 stars for sure.

Prices are kinda high ! Pack of coils an a 100ml bottle for 50 bucks. I’d go there if I didn’t have another choice . But I can get the same thing for 10 bucks less 2.5miles down the road. Friendly place though just like all the other vape shops I’ve been at in the surrounding areas. Just really wish it didn’t cost that much for a bottle of liquid an some coils .

Not so good when it comes to staff giving me a right coil went in there twice today and guy insisted it was the right one it was the wrong one then I went in the first time after telling the guy exactly what I needef sold me a five pack of the wrong size coil wasted 27 dollars and couldnt get refunded I do not trust them when it comes to buying coilsI REALLY DONT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL IVE WASTED SO MUCH MONEY CAUSE THEY DONT KNOW OR LISTEN ESPECIALLY THE ONE GUY KEVIN I DEALT WITH JUST NOT GOOD

I have been disappointed for the second time. They sold me a broken device and failed to refund or even give me store credit. The last issue was they sold me the wrong parts for a vape I had and only offered a 10% off instead of a refund or credit. Dont go to this store.

Im not a person with experience, and I came here to buy a surorin air not to mention being upcharged. I’ve never smoked before and I even told him that and the guy sold me a 45 nicotine liquid. Would not recommend going here, unless you want to be ripped off. Learning experience I guess.

Not so great. The salesperson was really friendly but sold me a completely useless to me e-cig for $60. Im not a big clouds type of person I use vaping to replace cigarettes but what I got was one of those big douche Cloud makers and thats not what I wanted at all. So now I have a useless subvod vape pen live and learn I guess.

I have been coming to this shop for months to get juul pods because they had the cheapest around. Recently they got rid of their pods without my knowledge. Today I went in and the man there got an attitude with me because I didnt realize that the shop was getting rid of pods.

I honestly wish I could give below a 1 star rating Ive been to this location 3 times.... first visit was pretty good they had friendly service and everything, however my second visit I purchased some juice and when I got home I noticed the packaging was torn at the opening. I figured it was probably just from rough shipping I go to open the bottle and the safety seal was already open on it I basically got a used bottle... This last and my final visit ....I try to enter the store and there is a be back in 5 minutes sign on the door no big deal maybe hes stocking. I see a guy inside sitting in a chair playing a video game, so Im thinking that is a bit odd. I waited 10minutes mind you this guy sees me outside looking in and waiting, so I finally call the store I see the kid who is playing the video game answer the phone oh sorry man I was just in the back doing see things and forgot I locked up and put that up there then I ask for coils tells me 2 coils are almost 12.50 with tax... I have never spent $6 plus tax on any coil for a tank. Needless to say they have completely lost my business.

Prices for very common vape accessories such as coils, glass and even juice are much higher than any other place in town. Profit margins are one thing but when charging almost $8 bucks for a single coil when the same can be bought for $5 and even less in some stores. The popular juices sold here are consistantly $5 to as much as 9 dollars more than competitors for the same bottle. Theres just way too many smoke shops in town to price gouge like that. Try wild Bills, Black castle glass or even the vapors chain for better prices.

Bought a 100 mil bottle which the lid fell off of the second time i went to fill my tank and lost all of my fluid. Went in to let them know and all they could say is that sucks. Told them i will not be back and then they offered me a 15 mil bottle thats already missing fluid so now i payed $28 for 10 mil of fluid. Will not return

Had a defective mr vapor pen and I usually dont take the receipts, he was nice enough to give me a replacement for free the next day. Great service

Probably one of the worst shops in the entire city, I wont go here and you would be better off going elsewhere.Example: stopped in here to buy a coil and they wanted $7.50 for a coil that costs $3.50 elsewhere in town.Juice: this place said oh Ill give you a 10% discount for it being the first time in the shop..$27 for a bottle with an MSRP of $24 and that O get elsewhere in town for $21..This place is a joke

I went in to buy a new vape mod, as my old one broke, and the guy who works here gave me a great recommendation for a new mod, and I absolutely love it. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will absolutely shop here again.

If I could give anything less than 1star I would. I am beyond pissed I just purchased 2 vape pens from this store and not even a whole week later both glass tanks have cracked over night... They werent on the charger or anything just sitting on the table... Get up to use the and they are completely empty after being filled last night.... Ughhhhhhhh fml

Went in to buy a pack of novo 2 pods and the guy charged me $20 for a 3-pack which anywhere else is $9 max. Really upset I think your workers are skimming your customers. Sorry to say it.

We are a new vape lounge in Toledo Ohio. We have been open since March 31 , 2016. We carry premium liquid, great mods, assortment of variety in tanks and RDAs. We also have other accessories such as, wire, cotton, batteries/chargers and DIY build kits. Snacks and drinks. We have plenty of tables and chairs, high top tables as well, where you can sit with friends, watch some TV! Also have barstools at the showcase counter to sit and talk with me. 3 TVs on opposite walls for everyones convenience as well! Hope to see you stop in and thanks a lot for checking us out!
