Bought these wraps, got home all old and wack. Breaking immediately - can’t exchange them because no manager is there? Don’t waste your time or money.

My only complaint is that I have but 5 stars to give to my local wild bills (on Monroe specifically).Class A staff, a cornicopia of products for the more mainline vaping crowd and alternative supplements and herbs like Kratom for people such as myself.Most of the things I go there for are discounted in some way on Wednesday.Top shelf, good stuff.

Several locations in Toledo and they carry all kinds of smoking paraphernalia at reasonable and competitive prices. They also have a rewards program as well as weekly specials. Right now they have a great deal on Mr Vapor Flex vape pens which is two for $25. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for all your smoking needs.

This place is just awesome! Very neat, organized, professional, and has a wide selection of products to choose from. If you have questions and are afraid of sounding like a dork, dont worry. They understand and theyve got answers. Offered competitive pricing which is great for your wallet.

Never been in there before, was getting some cigars for a gift a different shop was closed. Went there as I heard they sold cigars, I didn’t realize, they had a huge walk-in humidor that had a great cigar selection. Would definitely tell people to try this place out.

I go in every couple of weeks and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for something Ill almost bet they have it. Great place to shop.

The guy with dreadlocks doesnt know what hes talking about, he keeps selling me the wrong stuff. He recommended a vape I should buy and then sold me several bottles of e liquid meant for salt nic pods and today he sold me coils way too small for my vape and he even looked at the box and everything. So far hes put me out easily around $75 and I cant return the stuff without a receipt. Also the store is always out or running low on Beard e liquid.

Don’t go here if you are out of something that you need. They obviously don’t know how to do inventory or keep a popular item in stock for their customer’s.

After calling to check on a piece that was supposed to be held for me I drove across town to find out it was sold. I was understanding and spent $50 anyways. After stopping in the cigar room on my way out I was asked to check my bag because I was fiddling with it.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend shopping at this location.

Great smoke/vape shop! Super friendly and helpful staff, large selection of tobacco & vape supplies. And, to top off a pleasant first visit to this store, they gave me a large free sample of rolling tobacco. You cant beat it with a stick!

I had called 5 of the wild Bills stores looking for a product that I have been using for 6 year was was Purchased at wild bill store so I call Toledo they had what I wanted it was on sale and the staff was great thank you !!!!

Friendly helpful staff at the Monroe Street store. I like that they have barrels of their brand of tobacco that you can try before you buy or just get as much as you want. Sold by weight. Great prices on tobacco.
