IRIX Reflexology Foot Spa

Honestly you’re better off at a different massage. It wasn’t what I expected. The massage wasn’t continuous like I’m used to. I was confused with how to prepare for my massage. No instructions were given. During service, there was a lot of stopping and going to grab things in another room.. another employee kept coming into my private area to whisper things to my masseuse. Perhaps about the booking but it was still inappropriate. I noticed a camera above, my private room isn’t covered and there was a time where my masseuse raised me up and I was exposed. I didn’t feel…comfortable when I saw the camera. Hopefully it doesn’t have access to the private rooms that are not covered at the top. Overall my massage was not very good. I got a deep tissue and I don’t feel better. I tipped them and will be on my way. I wouldn’t come here again.

First time visiting. I walked in a guy asked what I wanted. I said foot massage. Then he walked away. So I started following because I thought he was walking me to a massage chair. Then he put his hands up in a STOP position. So ,I waited. Then a young lady comes out. Says what you want? So, I said foot massage only. Then she quoted the price with the body for $45. I said no thanks, Ill just have the $30 foot massage today. Then she asked if I would pay with a card. I said yes Ill be paying with a card. She pulled out the credit card terminal, and said $30. Now, during this entire time she appeared annoyed or angry, but I ignored. Then, I said you want me to pay now before I get the service? She angrily said YES my boss said so. I said , I have never paid for a massage before I received it at these places. I have been to so many reflexology massage spots. Regardless, I said no thank you, I dont pay for this type of service before I receive it. Im pretty sure that all customers are not given this unwanted treatment. WOW

Wowwwwww best massage Ive ever had and I get massages weekly. Dude even massaged my scalp. Cheaper than most places 10/10.

The massage was painful. Maybe I should have asked the masseuse to tone it down. I really didnt like that they asked for a tip as if I owed them that.

Massage was really nice. I just wish it was more private and less noisy.

It was nice $40 for 1 hour body massage, tipping is required. I almost forgot to tip, the lady was upset and called me out. I did end up tipping but the attitude was not needed.

Went the other day I paid didn’t tip I know I don’t HAVE too tip. Two ladies run after me outside and say you didn’t leave a tip. I left a 5.00 bc I’m not that person. Would never come back. Massage wasn’t even all great. I DONT CARE IF THEY SAY WE LIVE OFF TIPS. Other buisness owners don’t ask I need a tip. Tf. You guys are still wrong losing customers. Don’t chase after people bc some people really will leave.

Me and my wife Had a couples massage this week. This is the first time we found the best Foot Reflexology in LA. They are really Good. We recommend Coco and Grace! They are both fantastic they know the pressure and they know what there doing. We choose for 90 mins, massage and we feel good after that.. We definitely going back and recommended this place.

First time here, wanted a girls day with my mom for her birthday and she wanted a spa day so we went here for a massage, Wendy and Nancy were amazing! Definitely will be back.

I have a small pain on the sole of my right foot, so, I thought that this place would be ideal to take away the pain or at least help with alleviating the pain. My first line of communication with the host was to let them know that I had this specific pain. The host recommended a 45 minute foot massage with a 15 minute body massage. That sounded good, so, I agreed. I received the opposite. I got a 45 minute body massage and a 15 minute foot scrub. The foot massage I received was more of a foot scrub, rather than a massage, which made me upset because I went there because I thought these reflexology support would help my foot. At the end, I tipped the masseuse based on what I thought she deserved for my foot scrub, then, the host looked me and pointed to her chart that said their set prices for tipping. Im all about tipping because I have many friends in the service industry, but not when the service was poor and you didnt get what was expected. I would find another location for a foot massage; however, if you decide to go there, I hope you enjoy your foot scrub.Response To Response From Owner: Thank you for providing me with the price difference for your massages; however, as stated in my prior review, what I received is not what I paid for. I think you are providing false advertisement when you state that you are a reflexology foot massage spa, but simply provide a foot scrub as the massage. Thank you for the offer, but I do not plan to ever go to your location again.

Once again I visited IRIX foot massage and had the most enjoyable time. Grace took care of me this time and she was extremely capable of getting those knots and kinks out of my shoulder area. The pressure was just perfect and the attention to detail was on point. The management keeps a very clean place and the atmosphere is conducive for a mindful relaxation. Highly recommend this spot!

Great deep tissue massage for a good deal. However, it was a bit loud (the entrance door was open) and someone was smoking outside and I can smell it half way into my massage.

OMG this place is wonderful! I wasn’t sure how good they were cause I only meant to do laundry next door. I went in for a 30 minute massage with Lisa. Everyone kept their voices low, the ambiance was pleasant & peaceful, & my Massage left me rejuvenated. Lisa has very strong hands (that I like as far as pressure) & a very solid technique. Very happy & will be back.

Winter with my brother-in-law I was in from Texas for vacation he goes there a lot it says its very relaxing the people there do a very good job of making him feel good after he is done he highly recommends it

This is a massage place, reflexology and therapeutic massages provide by Chinese people very helpful they have from 30. - 90 minutes massages great prices starting from 35 dlls up to 80 dlls depending on your needs , they have a man for a man massages or ladies for ladies private spaces if you want some privacy this is not an spa wear confortable clothes but during the massage they ask you to be naked just with your undies that’s all , enjoy a relaxing massage here I was there last Saturday because my neck and back was hurting a lot after I feel much better thank you IRIX massage and reflexology.Only cash and extra change for the tip 😀

This was my first time going to this place! My sisters and I took some much needed time to decompress and celebrate my other sisters birthday. Wendy was my masseuse. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep.i enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely be back

Very thoughough and intense massage. Loved it, get the 30 minute foot 30 minute body. Very comfortable and calming space and quiet. Couldnt ask for more leaving feeling much better.

This place is pretty good. $20 for 1 hour massage. They cover feet, arms, some shoulder and back, and neck. It feels so good afterwards. They have lots of massage beds and theres usually not that long of a wait time.They have the punch cards so if you get 10 massages you get the next one for free.

I had a good chance with a good massous today. First time I visit this spa. It was professional and clean. I hope Ill have the same experience next time regularly. I definitely tip double or more, as it is equivalent to what you get at much pricier spas. Thanks 👍

Great prices. Good work too! But they do look at u funny when u tip less than 25% which bothers me. Tips are optional in the USA & 25% is not even customary!! Even God only ask for 10%

This place is great, has good prices and variety of massage styles. I tried the fire cupping for the first time and it was phenomenal, and the combo foot and body is also very relaxing.
