Very good experience here. The hot stone sauna experience is unlike anything I have experienced. My massage therapist was very good and gave a thorough relaxing massage. I do wish the jacuzzi tub was hotter but thats my only complaint. I loved how the dressing area had every accommodation you could need including hair cream, lotion, face wash all of good quality. Would love to come visit again. The restaurant right next door in the hotel is to die for. If you love Japanese you have to stop by.

Got a 50min deep minute massage for my husband. They provided water and tea afterwards for free, and allowed him to soak in a hot tub and shower after the massage. Very professional and very calm & relaxing environment! Would definitely come back 😊

What a wonderful and relaxing experience!I was in a HOT STONE SPA (GANBAN-YOKU) about 40 min. I recognized my skin is so smooth and my face looks trimmer!!I had an Aroma massage that was incredible! Her massage touch was very intuitive, and I felt extremely relaxed, the hot towel and massage techniques were excellent.Thank you so much Spa Relaken!! I can’t wait to come back.

I have been to this Spa over 5 times and each experience has been wonderful, starting with simply booking my appointment. The staff is always very polite and accommodating. This Spa is very clean and relaxing, a little on the small side but it definitely serves its purpose. I have never had a visit where it was crowded with guest, you usually feel like you have the Spa to yourself even if you see a couple of other guest walking around. They also have Spa memberships which can come in handy. I most certainly would recommend this Spa to anyone.

Nice and clean place. Very friendly and well-trained therapists. I will come back for the deep tissue massage for sure!!

Had the couples massage special. We were expecting a couples massage i.e. both of us receiving the massage in the same room, but it ended up being in different rooms. The special included access to the spa.The mens side of the spa was dirty. The hot tub was not even on and had dirt and what looked like dry blood on the bottom of the tub. Sauna was also not on so had to switch it on and wait for 10 minutes until it got to temperature. The womens side was better, but apparently the hot tub was also full of dirt.The massage was very good and the staff was nice, but the lack of cleanliness in the spa and the bad communication regarding the couples massage is terrible.

This place is great - super clean, friendly professional and open late! I had a wonderful deep massage from Laura, who has studied 9 types of massage. I write this review from a place of utter relaxation and bliss!

I love spaRelaken. It is super clean and has very upscale feeling to it.You have to try their Hot Stone Yoga! I guarantee that you would be sweating like the Niagara Falls! LOL

I was relaxed in this place and really felt detoxification. The shower was awsome! There are rain type shower and pressure was great! I would love to try hot stone yoga next time!!

This place was Absolutely AWESOME, it was clean (as it should have been), the Staff was professionally courteous (as I would expect), the Hot Rock Floor and Jacuzzi was to Die For, this place is the BEST!!

When I felt the energy of the stone with my hands, the life force of the earth rose from my feet and was transmitted to every cell of my body. I then experienced a bedrock bath, and gradually the energy of the bedrock began to permeate the cells of my body. When I calmly introspected after the session, I found that the blockage in my body was released, energy was rising quietly from the coccyx, and the energy flowing through my body was being adjusted. I think this rock is an amazing rock that remembers and radiates the energy from the creation of the earth that I have never experienced before.When I experienced the energy of the stone with my hands, the life force of the Earth rose from my feet and spread throughout my bodys cells. Then, I experienced a rock bathing, and gradually, the energy of the rock permeated my bodys cells. After it ended, as I quietly introspected, the blockages in my body were released, and the energy flowed calmly from the coccyx, adjusting the energy flowing through my body. I think this rock retains and emits the incredible energy of Earths genesis that I have never experienced before.

Whenever I go to Los Angeles, I go there to reset my jet lag!The bedrock bath is also clean and very comfortable.Her massage skills are high and she speaks Japanese, so you can rest assured.Even famous people living in Los Angeles go there incognito.Im also very happy with the Japanese quality service ^ ^

It was a comfortable space with very high vibrations, and my body and mind were healed. Perhaps due to the influence of the stones used in the bedrock, my level of consciousness expanded, and I had the experience of going to a vast and endless samadhi dimension. Did. I thought it was a great power spot. I want to go again.

I was able to take a good rest. The bedrock bath warmed me to the core. It has a nice aroma and is clean.

This bedrock bath is perfect for curing jet lag.Massage is also recommended.Its like a bedrock bath made with carefully selected stones!

I went to a spa for the first time when I came here. The inside of the shop has a calm atmosphere, and there is a space where you can truly relax with the bedrock bath and massage. If you come to LA, why not try it out?
