Wow!! What an amazing and unique spa! The vibe and ambiance made me feel as comfortable as I would at my home. Some spas I’ve been to the energy is stagnant, although Elle Marie Spa, I feel like I’d want to go back every week. And literally, the best massage I’ve ever had. J’von was my massage therapist. I got the custom full body. My body feels 100 times younger and I said right after, “I am healed”I did the oxygen bar after my massage. Loved all the scents. You can even turn off some of the scents and do your favorite scent or do them all! I loved the bliss and sugar cookie :) It did help clear up my sinuses and I did have more energy afterwards. Can’t wait to go again!

For the past week I was experiencing consistent spasms throughout my body. I called Elle Marie Spa and was able to come in same day for a full body massage with body scrub with Alma and the Signature Facial with Monique. I am so happy I treated my body I feel so relaxed and my skin is glowing. This place is a gem and the energy is amazing! I am getting married in a week and had the platinum facial with Dulce today! It was absolutely amazing! I felt comfortable, relaxed and pampered! And the shop was so cute! I am still in shock I had such a luxurious experience at such a reasonable price! Not a single complaint here!

Alma was WONDERFUL!!! My prenatal massage was thorough and felt so good. Its also plus-size friendly so I felt super comfortable. The prices great and the quality is well. I will be back for a membership.

Today, I had some of the best spa services -- and I am a spa enthusiast. Elle Maria Spa staff were both professional and warm. My masseuse Alma was the absolute best. I booked a full body massage with scrub. My problematic neck and shoulders are pain-free, and my skin is like butter. Elle provided my facial. She was informative, and I left with an even greater glow. I highly recommend Elle Marie Spa and will be back again!

Came into Elle Marie Spa to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time. My experience was amazing. Elle is approachable, accommodating and considerate. Today was my very first facial. I tried the signature oxygen treatment facial. The person who did my facial name Elle, explained everything that she was doing. She explained how to take care of my face which I appreciate. During the treatment, she took great care of my face. My only con is that some of the products got into my eyes and eyelash, but everything else went well. I didn’t know that the facial also included the neck and chest area, but that was a nice bonus.I would recommend Elle Marie Spa if you’re trying a facial for the first time.

I recently came to this spa for A Brazilian wax. Immediately, I noticed the beautiful ambience and decor as well as cleanliness of the spa. I had a wonderful young lady named Clara who serviced me and she was nothing short of amazing My wax turned out phenomenal. Definitely will be returning in the future!

They look amazing and care was taken to ensure that they matched as well as a plan to correct the mistakes done to them in the past. My first experience there was a message that did not disappoint. Elle Marie Spa is the only spa I go to now. They are absolutely FANTASTIC and offer the most unique services and packages Ive ever seen. Jessica gave me the best custom massage Ive ever had. She is attentive and has a very warm presence. She did some stretching with me which I had never done before and it felt amazing! She is very knowledgeable about massage therapy! I really enjoyed my visit and I cant wait to see Jessica again for a longer massage!

Today was my first time at Elle and first experience doing microdermabrasion with a lovely lady named Giselle. Super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The products that were used felt so great on my skin. I ended purchasing skin script toner and tri-peptide eye cream. I had an amazing experience that I’m already scheduled for next month.

My experience was great Jvon he did an amazing job with the chair massage I would recommend going back again next time I go I will get the try the table massage I was having problems with my lower back pain but now it feels way better than it usually feels they will focus on the area you are hurting at the most

When I walked out of there my skin felt absolutely gorgeous. Have been a couple times, for facial and massage services. I find Elle Marie much more accessible than other spas-easy to find, very affordable, and simple to book thanks to a great online booking system. Its well kept, staff are helpful and kind. Only downside Ive found is sometimes there is mall noise in the background, but its not an issue if you book an in-room service. Overall, pretty much exactly what Im looking for in a spa.

Elle was wonderful and so committed to making sure I got great results. Ive tried a few spas consistently in the area (both corporate owned and locally owned) and have to say I definitely feel like I got the most bang for my buck here (on top of top notch service). If youre looking for a place that will give you improved skin immediately I cannot recommend this palace enough.

This was my first microdermabrasion. Elle Marie did a great job of talking me through the facial and explaining everything. After receiving a mothers day gift card to Elle Marie Spa I finally booked a customizable massage with Jvon. I dont know why I waited so long because it was the best experience. I have never had a male massage therapist before but Jvon was extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. With over 20 years of experience, I could feel the difference between this customizable massage and massages I have had at other spas. The environment was relaxing and I left feeling zen. I added the CBD add-on, which was a great choice to soothe my problem areas. Looking forward to my next massage with Jvon and coming back to Elle Marie Spa for another service. Maybe a facial :)

Massage with Jovan was so nice i feel like jelly. I will definitely be back. The only thing I didnt like is that the noise from the mall is a little distracting but they can’t really help that and they do their best to cover it

I started going to Elle Marie about a year ago when one of my coworkers mentioned I should pay more attention to my eyebrows. The first time I went in, I felt right at home. Fast forward a year and I go in to do a full leg wax for the first time. She talked to me the whole way through and made sure I was absolutely comfortable. I love this place and highly recommend it!

I have visited Elle Marie Spa several times. I give it a very high rating because I have never had a bad experience. I usually get something waxed. I know the facial there are fantastic, because I brought one as a gift and that person turned into a monthly client. The place is always clean and neat and not cluttered with a bunch of junk. I first discovered this spa last year on Groupon. And I’m so glad I did! I’ve been a couple times now and have had a great experience each time.I’ve had a facial at their facial bar and one in their treatment room. Both were wonderful! The facial bar is great for a quick service. You simply sit in a chair, lean back, and let the esthetician work her magic. The treatment room facials are great when you have more time and really want to relax. You’re in a private room where you can lay down while enjoying your facial.The spa is located inside of the mall but you can hardly tell. It’s very quiet and relaxing. It’s also very easy to find parking. I actually love that this spa is inside of the mall because I can get a facial, go shopping, and eat all at the same place. It doesn’t get any better than this!!

I have been a customer for half year already, Elle always do really good job. Before I found this place I feel so scare to do waxing at my private area, but Elle make me feel comfortable to do it. She is professional and never make my skin burn. I recommend this place :)

I took my boyfriend there for his birthday to get a massage and the spa was very clean had a very modern appeal to it and most of all the therapist was very good. He said he knew he was having muscle aches and pains in his shoulder and back and when he left the spa, he felt relaxed and pain free. We both will definitely be going back for massages and facials.

Affordable Luxury brilliantly describes Elle Marie Spa. I booked an appointment on their website for my first lash lift and I am so pleased with the results. What caught my eye first was the affordable price of the lash lift! I could not find a place that offered the exact same treatment and beat Elle Marie Spas price. The entire treatment was made very comfortable for me. Elle even educated me on how each shape would look, and what she thought complimented my natural lashes; and I am so glad I went with her recommendation! Now I dont have to worry about pulling out my lashes with the curler. Just look at the before and afters. Thank you so much, Elle! I cant stop staring at my eyes lol

She ruined my face!! I got a facial & now my skin is un-even & i have SO much acne all over my face. Ive never had acne before until I got a facial from this place. I have to see a dermatologist because the acne keeps getting worse, & now Im getting scars. I reached out to her a month later because I am a busy mom of two! Me & my fiance both work 40+ hours weekly with one car. She was so rude & told me if I was so depressed about my skin I would have came in sooner. She said we all have busy lives lol. Plain rude !! She told me their was nothing she could do for me because this has never been a problem before. Well a professional business always has a plan B. You dont ruin someones face & than tell them theirs nothing you can do for them. She was very nice up until a problem arised. I went to talk to her thinking she would help me since she was so nice throughout my service, but she surprised me! I would give this place a zero star if I could. MY FACE IS RUINED !!!!!
