Super friendly staff who spent time explaining the pros and cons of different brands of disposable vapes. The shop itself is very spacious, with different lines of tobacco products arranged in different parts of the shop. They also have a small lounge where customers can just chill and relax!

I love this place for the fact you can place an order online and pick it up shortly after. I would love it if they started carrying Juice Heads pouches as I could get my pouches and partners juice at once place lol. Something to think about.

I come into CloudScape once every week or two. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! Zach is usually the dude who helps me out when I come in. He’s seriously the nicest guy! He always helps me out when I’m looking for something other than my usual e-liquids or coils. He also helps me out when I make a mistake and accidentally order the wrong thing online.They’re the only vape shop I know of around here that legally sells flavored e-liquids. Thank you for that! I quit smoking over 10 years ago and hate the tobacco flavored e-liquids offered in most other places. They’ve got a large selection of not just vape stuff but pipes, water pipes, cigars, cigarettes, etc.The prices are always pretty good. Most of the time when I buy my e-liquids they’re on sale. They also utilize the FiveStars Loyalty Rewards Program for those ordering in-store. You get 1 point for every $10 spent. Once you hit 20 points you get a $5 off voucher. The vouchers get progressively larger and go up to a $100 off voucher for 400 points, for all you point savers out there.You really can’t beat this place when it comes to variety, customer service, and deals.

I have not been here in a few years. There have been many changes to the laws and these guys make it easy to do things right.The staff is very helpful, informative and not at all pushy.Pressure free experience and prices are great.

Awesome shop with a great inventory! Staff is super helpful. I was buying my first device and Jose who was there was very informative. The place is very well organized and clean, hardly any wait if any to get some help. They have a huge selection of vapes, pens, coils, batteries and pods but the only thing is i been here multiple times and they are always low or out on the products i need. They sell out quick, they need to carry a bigger inventory id say. They lose money everytime i come because i go a few blocks away to get what i need if they are out.

Their vapes are always on sale Ive never once seen them priced for what say is retail. You cant apply discounts on their sale price and only on the retail price. But heres the kicker.. almost always their on sale price trumps your rewards discount. Basically their rewards program is a scam. They make you think youre spending enough to save a few bucks later but nope cant even use rewards. Its criminal what these guys do and I cant wait til the someone cracks down on this illegal practice. Use to love this place but they’ve gone downhill for sure

It was first time I rolled thru there, I was waiting for almost 6 to 8 mins, there was lots of customers inside, but Charlie help me out and purchased what I needed. Much better service at CS Vape then any other shops in South Bay. Will go there again, they have excellent deals.

Decent amount of options... I love variety when I go into a smoke shop but most of all I can respect associates that work with you... Too many shops try to pull the okee doke on customers and overcharge for garbage products... My experience here was a pleasant one... There was a mutual respect between customer (me) and the associate. I walked out with a variety of goodies and it didnt break my pocket.

Ive only dealt with them online and on the phone when I needed an order canceled ASAP. From that one phone call I only got good vibes. Lady was extremely professional and nice about the cancellation, so a great first impression of the companys customer service.Prices of products seem fair, comparable to most online stores, but they also have a few great deals if you can find em.Im only weary of my bank account now after reading earlier reviews about this store using peoples cards for purchases of their own so will definitely be on the lookout for that and update my review accordingly.

It has tinted windows so I didnt know what to expect... Walking in its very very boutique... Their hardware prices are up there but the employee found something that worked for my tight budget. It was legit cleaner then clean, and the staff is very VERY professional... Happy hour juice softened the sting and I am 100% satisfied...

I do not know the quality of the product as of yet because I have not received my order but what I do know is someone from their online department attempted to use my credit card to make a purchase for $109.94 when my bank contacted me asking me if I had attempted this purchase I absolutely responded NO! I know it was someone from their company because the purchase I made from them was not in the norm and all other companies/businesses I deal with or pay bills to have been trusted for years and no issues like this ever. It wasnt until after I purchased from them did this happen. I had seen a review from about 1 year ago that stated the same had happened to them but I ignored it because there were so many other good reviews and their prices were so reasonable. I chose to go ahead and place the order. Well I will not make that mistake again and will never order from them again. I just thank God for my bank because they prevented the unauthorized charge to my account and canceled my card immediately so there will not be any future attempts made to my account. She was extremely nice and knew a lot about the products that they have there. When Im looking for a new tank or vape liquid flavor they almost always have what you need. The ambiance in Cloudscape is great too, a spacious lounge area sits in the middle of the store while a sleek tasting bar is in the far back. If you have an out of state id dont bother. I went in for some coils and when i showed them my nevada id. After 15 seconds or so he said he couldnt accept it because his machine is broke. Ive worked as a dice dealer for 8 years, checked thousands of ids and not once used a machine. There are ways to tell.

Ive been a customer of theirs for 3 years. I called in at 8:50 pm and asked about my favorite juice and when they closed. I told them i would be right there and to hold the juice for me. I get there at 9:01 and the door is locked so i knock on the door politely and they guy behind the counter throws up his hands at me behind the closed door to shoo me away. Disrespectful. You guys just lost my whole business.

Ive been coming here for the last 2 years now and there is a reason for that. They have some of the best sales reps--people who are dutifully there to sell you something, but can relate to you on so many levels.I really enjoy hob nobbing with the reps there and trying out new juices, plus they are very knowledgeable in many of the technical aspects of vaping, which is a real plus for me.

I just recently started to vape again and am not very knowledgeable. I went in and everyone was super welcoming. They were more than happy to answer any questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. I appreciated the help and the variety of items that they offer. This place is great, they have great prices, an amazing selection of ejuices, and the best retail deals Ive found around, also the staff is very friendly and helpful in all they do.The reason for 3 stars is recently when Ive gone here to purchase ejuices theyve had problems with their network therefore I was unable to make a simple purchase because their internet was down even though I waited for well over 15 minutes. The staff were trying their best but werent able to take any form of payment from me due to this reason. Instead of alerting new customers who were walking in about their network problem they just continued along helping customers as if the payment system was up and running regardless of me standing there waiting to pay; I would expect them to continue helping their customers while informing their customers about their current network/payment issue so that other people wouldnt be wasting their time as I was.I came back later on to make the same purchase around 9pm and the guy at the door let other customers come in but told me they are closed.Instead of shopping here I went online and found a website that sells ejuices for lower prices. Im glad these situations happened as much as I am dissatisfied with my recent experiences with this place because now Ive found a place where I can buy what I need without waiting and with better prices.Hopefully they can fix whatever is causing their service hiccups here because theyre too great of a store to provide me the recent terrible service issues Ive experienced at Cloudscape.

I don’t know Who does the ordering I think they call him an ordering manager the guy needs to be fired five separate times I went in there to pick up a juice and they haven’t had it they say they ordered it when it ran out and it’s gonna take them up to a month to get it. I’m a 57 year-old man in my working career I’ve managed gas stations liquor stores night clubs and never ever have I ever waited until I was out of a product to restock it that’s not how it’s done. It shows your lack of respect for your customers and for that reason I am no longer going in there and I’ve told my friends that started going there not to walk through your door if I can give this liss then 1 star I would but I have to give it at least one in order to write the review

Ordered March 14th. Currently April 1st. Still no package. Dont be fooled with their free shipping. Takes them a week (7days) to bring product to the post office... then the 5-10 business days take in effect. I call customer service, all this guy can say is the tracking update and to call usps since I still didnt get my package. This is my first time rating anything and i had to rate how this stores service and customer service is horrible.

On my first visit I wasnt sure if I really liked this spot. I kinda felt like it was hard to figure out what juices they had. Now...on my second visit one of the employees turned me on the their product menu, which is basically their inventory listed (with descriptions) on an iPad. OMG...that was life changing!!! Being able to see all available products and read a simple script definitely makes shopping easy...and enjoyable.Kerry was our assistant on the second visit and he totally did an A+ job. I really hadnt planned on buying anything as I had brought one of my friends to the shop to help him convert to vaping...but since Kerry was so helpful and patient I ended up buying some random stuff that Im sure Ill use in the future. Plus...they have a dope sale going on and I figured I should stock up.

I never post reviews. This is the first one ever. The place is a joke. They post “sales” all the time that aren’t sales. I’ve checked regular price and sale price and it’s the same thing. You end up waiting forever, I’ve waited 30 minutes for juice, and the people that work there are rude. There is tons of other vape places, I’ll never go again.

Prices are a little high but its not crazy and they have a good selection of flavors....staff depending on who u get can be helpful if they really want to be but dont expect great customer service....if they are busy itll take them awhile to even acknowledge u...but overall dont mind coming back to get what I need, plus one thing I like about this place is they r open a little later than most shops which is nice because when ur out on the weekends and u need something u can get it...before I found out about them a lot of shops closed early and by the time I got there it was too late so I ended up buying a pack of cigarettes until the store opened up the next day :/

Black guy with plugs denied a sale to me cause my id was expired. I have bought at least 3 times from this store & been helped properly. I understand that the guy needs to check for 21 and over , however he doesnt need to scan that ID to make a sell. Keep in mind im 24 years old & dont look barely 21. In other words the guy didnt want to make a sell, sad thing cause I was ready to spend 100$+. I had just got off work and honestly did not feel like arguing so I just left in peace. However my business with csvape is done, ill be taking my money elsewhere from now.

Worst Vape store ever. DONT SHOP HERE!! Ripped me off, Gave me a product different from what I asked for plus it was open, seal broken. This was not an accident. He helped/taught me how to set up my new VGOD PRO 200, and taught me more in 30 minutes than Ive learned on my own in the last 18 months! Guy knows his sh!t forwards and backwards! Probably the only place in Torrance that actually sell the authentic vapes and not fake ones like the rest of the smoke shops in the area. Although a little pricey, at least you know that you are getting the real thing.

These guys gave me great advice and were honest. Another vape store flat-out lied to me and told me my device was old and broken, wasnt even a good item. They said, Turn in your old one and we can give you $10 credit for a new one-CLOUDSCAPE showed me that Id closed my air intake and the device was not only working well; it was an old style that is badass good!CLOUDSCAPE was honest, and talked themselves out of an easy sale. Next day I spent $60 on new juices and a new filter for my old worthless & broken device.Im a CLOUDSCAPE customer for life, and you should be too!

I recently quit vaping but this was my final shop. The girl here taught me how to prime my coils and maximize my watts for chunky clouds. They also have more than 2 lychee flavors and theyre good. If you like lychee, then get that frozen Chee by black unicorn. They also do a happy hour everyday, including weekends, where you can get stupid discounts.
