Overpriced shop. $18.00 for a battery that shorted itself after the first few uses. They dont care about what happens after the sale, buyers beware.

I recently discovered smoke spot online and was quite impressed with their extensive selection of rare and unique glass... And after a long and hard battle, I finally decided which piece was the one that I prized over all and I placed my first order. I was quite surprised at how quickly and efficiently my package arrived... especially with the way the mail has been in the last year. But I was absolutely heartbroken and extremely disappointed when I opened the box to find my piece had apparently suffered a sharp, jarring impact or had been carelessly mishandled somewhere along its shipping journey because the pipes UFO percolator had snapped off along its base. I thought for sure that this was going to be a total bust and a very expensive disappointment because I had experienced a few similar incidents in the last year in which I was basically told that there was nothing that could be done and I was just going to have to suffer the loss. Needless to say I was totally thrilled and elated when Smoke Spot handled the situation with the utmost respect and care. They apologized profusely... Although it was not their fault... And they replaced my item with a different piece since the first one was the last of its kind... Even though the new piece cost ten dollars more... Smoke Spot covered the difference and had my new piece shipped out so fast it made my head spin. I just have to say that what started out as a frustrating disappointment ended up becoming and absolutely awesome experience... Thanks to Smoke Spots fantastic customer service and steadfast dedication to making things right. Ive never been happier with a shopping experience that so many other companies wouldve just simply dismissed. Smoke Spot is totally awesome and without a doubt my new favorite store. This place has a great supply for all of your needs. The glassware is beautiful and diverse. They have a large selection of vape flavors and cigars. Plus a seating area to sit back and try samples. All in all, we had a great visit there and will return for future purchases.

Cool store but the woman working there did not wear a mask and looked me and my boyfriend up and down with this weird expression on her face. Like we were intruding on something she was doing in the back when we arrived.. A really uncomfortable feeling

I live in downtown LA and everything there is super overpriced when I went to this store I was so surprised by the prices. They are reasonable. Not as overpriced as most smoke shops in LA. The guy sold me the wrong top for my vape and it was $5 so I’m not trippin. He genuinely made a mistake. Looked like it would fit to me as well.

Went in today for a vape and I got the perfect set up. The customer service provided to me by Mel was amazing and I will for sure be back. She was so sweet and helped me find a delicious juice as well. Also their glass selection was beautiful and their ROOR and PAX prices are unbeatable. Definitely worth coming again.

This store actually looks really classy. They have a good selection of hookahs and a ton of bongs related glass. There prices for hookah tobacco were really good. Vegas prices almost. Wish they had more popular flavors from tangiers but I was surprised to see tangiers there in the first place.

They used to be good I went there probably once a week.However some of their new hires dont know anything.Sold me a pack of coils assuring me it would fit my mod, which it didnt, then refused to accept a return despite it being the salespersons mistake.

I got the best service from a really sweet girl!!! I honestly forgot her name but she was helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me it but it was out of my budget so she helped me by showing me alternatives and I ended up leaving with something I loved more than the original. I wish I could remmeber her name but it started with the letter ‘M’? Either way, keep doing what you guys are doing, I will be back!

Theyre customer service is what got me. Most other shops I visited they dont respond or try to sell me something else after they wasted my time. Smoke spot always kept in contact with me through emails and once you walk in the shop they still kept that level of professionalism, not to mention that have an great selection of glassware.

Went in their bargin bin... Sold me a homemade juice and a 2 year expired that had the expiration suspicious rubbed off partially... Ur gonna scope me out to make sure I dont jack anything that shouldnt be sold in the first place... In addition bought a nic Salt that was 50 but labeled 25... This isnt poor business practice, this is illegal!

I bought flavored tabaco from here that tasted awful. When I tried to return it to change it to another flavor. They kept saying that the manager is not there and that there is no way they can get through to him. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place and or their products.

I went to this shop for the first time, it was right by my house and the inside was so neat and very clean. Melika helped me find the perfect vaporizer and vape juices that was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

A lof my my friends stopped going to South Bay and Lomita smokeshop (because they rip you off) and started going here, so I bought a bubbler for a little under $20 to see wassup.The dude didnt even put it in some bubble wrap or a bag, he just handed it to me after I paid like I was next up to hit it or something. Once I got home I rinsed it out with a water bottle and filled it up to try it and what do you know, theres a huge crack under the pricetag...All the water had leaked out onto my lap and I smelled like the inside of a bong. Not expecting to have that replaced since most smokeshops wont after youve walked out, but its worth mentioning that Ill be going to Deja Vu in Lomita from now on.Sure theres hella tweakers, but tweakers will replace my glass if its broken, and will welcome me to shop another day.

I was searching up shops near me and I found this smoke shop So I went to check out and found Sheldon black first time buying there glass and got a great deal on , they got some lit Stuff there and will be going back to get some more glass

Went in to buy a vape. We were sold a piece that doesn’t work with the product we were using it for. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! That shouldn’t apply when the sales person tells you what to buy , and it’s they wrong thing. So many other vape shops.......don’t give any of your money to this one.

The best price for vape, cigarettes and hookah and even if you want cigar you will find it there and I recommend vape code juice and it is close to my house and the staff is really friendly , definitely I will go back again and they do have everything and they would not let you leave without make you happy and pay less than the smoke shop in the area
