Martin is the owner here and hes been knowledgeable about the vapes sold. I pick up from him and get the Lucid Air disposables, which are considerably rare to find in other stores. The brand holds the highest puff rate so its been nice to know he has them here! Friendly service and support. Note: The plaza is currently under construction so theres scaffolding everywhere but the shop remains open, even if it looks closed! Plenty of parking available and you have to ring the doorbell located near the doorknob to have someone greet you.

Love this place. This is officially now my go to place for all my vape needs.They have an Amazing stock of juices, mods, tanks and accessories.Great environment amazing knowledgeable employees.They are open late, to top it all off they provide a great reward system that you earn incentives for buying the things you where already planning to.Recommended. Super chill atmosphere and service. Easy to get along with workers, and has an variety of up to date products. For beginner vapers to the most advance, they got you covered. Super chill manager as well, Martin. Always looking out for you and keeping things real. Highly recommended place.

One of the more welcoming vape shops Ive been to in the South Bay. The staff was knowledgeable, and I didnt get the feeling that I was interrupting anyones nap or story time when I walked in. I got great recommendations on juice, and they always seem to have my coils in stock. This quickly became my regular shop.

What can I say that hasnt been said already. Ive been coming here ever since theyve opened their doors and continue to do so on a weekly basis. The crew here have taken care of me since day one which is one of the main reasons my loyalties lie no where else when it comes to my vaping needs. The atmosphere, chill personalities and customer service here are top notch. Come by and see why their going to be your next neighborhood vape shop.

Went to this place and instantly saw that the item area was incredibly small. I thought it was going to be the size of a reasonably small smoke shop but no. There’s only two counters with mods and atomizers. You look up at the juice selection and it’s small for a shop. It was an awkward setting as well and the customer service was terrible. I had to force my self to get the guy to talk to me about the items. It was my first time at a vape shop as well even though I have my own mod and some understanding of vape parts. I’m asking this guy questions and he’s coming off as if I’m pretentious. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all.There were people sitting down at a table straight in front of you when you walk in. I don’t know if that’s a lounge for paying customers or what but it’s weird. One of the Lyft drivers I was with had told me about the place and I honestly would’ve been better off just not going. I had high hopes for this place because it was about 4 months from the time I was told about this place until I went.Juice selection is awful for what you pay.High end mods priced at reasonable levels. If you’re looking for a 120w or lower they only have an ugly 80w mod in different colors.Very small store.Terrible customer service.The stores overhyped in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I go to Vicious Vapors quite often. Great shop. Great staff and owner that are always helpful with all of my vaping needs. Prices are comparable to everyone else so you wont over pay for your juice or hardware. I would recommend this shop

They dont have a large selection of supplies, so I wouldnt come here looking for parts to fit your not-so-common mod or tank. The shop is a little small, a little dark, and seems more like a hangout for employees and friends than anything else (common problem for a lot of vape stores, imho). Having said all that, the prices are lower than average, and thats gotta be a plus.

I went in and apparently the ad was false, according to one of your staff, so I’m a little confused. Would love to hear back from you. Go somewhere else. The staff are pretencious hipster douches who have no sense of customer service and their lounge is full of little teeny bopper kids. Juice selection is awful as well. I tried to give them a second chance but never again will I return here.

Do not come here. The Puff Bars are counterfeit and the staff refuses to exchange the items even after telling you to test them outside. I was told they cant take back items due to COVID. How about selling me functional products instead?

Man thank you Kurt and rick service was off the hook my man Kurt did a mega dope build three spot that I had gone to were not much help till I came here both these guys made me feel welcomed and at home lol tried teaching me some tricks but ehh aint their yet great place great prices oh and that burrito spot next door bomb thanks guys

Awesome shop; I come here all the time, its very family orientated.If the workers see you practicing a trick they will help you out on perfecting it.

Bought 4 puffs 1 of them died after 3 hits another one was dead since I opened it and 2 were working fine

The douche bags who work here were to busy being wasted stoners to help customers. I wont return and cannot recommend this kindergarden of man-boys.

Great experienced, family-owned, has a lounge with two couches in the back and plenty of snacks must spend at least $2 to use the lounge
