Came here to buy a budget bong for a quick smoke, as soon I entered I was attended right away, since it was my first time, he guided me and showed me around. The shop has everything you need!! a ton of selection to choose from, it’s clean and sorted wonderfully. The people working there are so extremely chill🤙 definitely will recommend

So as I normally do when I’m new in a town I search for great places and ZIGGYS it’s one of those places, walking in probably after the just open and Nick was the like Superman lol he helped me with every question I had no pressure to buy and was just breath of fresh air in the world where customer service is going out of the window, since Tracy going to become my new hometown Ziggy’s is my new shop, plus the cool sticker that’s going on my laptop I truly appreciated the experience!! Ziggys is my Tracy go to. The guys know their stuff. Would definitely recommend. And if you hungry, they got grilled hot dog food in front.

I’ve been hearing all about Ziggy’s since before they even opened and finally got around to going. I’m glad I did. The selection and low prices were perfect. My neighbor had a specific type of piece he wanted and Mike found him exactly what he was looking for. All around great smoke shop.

My friend referred us here and we found it no problem. Customer service was amazing even got a free gift with my purches. so many amazing local artists work are incased here, that its like going into a different dimension. love it

There was this really hot goth girl that sold me a vape, we banged in the staff room she was really warm and tight and i gooped all over her back and she gave me her number and now we hook up every now and then and her kitty cat just feels so nice. reccomend

A bit pricey including taxes, I bought a $15 glass peice and the total came out to 29.99? Whats the deal...? I guess Ill have to check it out again the next time I need something if I happen to be in town.

The smoke shop is lit! Very helpful staff. Plus occasionally they have a hot dog stand out front that is fire!

Best glass selection (heady glass from local artists) in Tracy. Hands down the best smoke shop around. Every other shop cant even really hold a candle to what they got going on in here. This is a well run company. Ive been to many smoke shops around the bay area and their customer service is excellent in comparison. Knowledgeable staff and they have a very wide selection of products. We never walk out dissatisfied or empty handed.

Im from out of town and I like to take my Puffco Pro with me. I ended up needing a new chamber/atomizer during my visit. I called and checked if they carried what I was looking for before arriving. I got what I needed. Store and staff were great!

So I ran out of this great tea, (Kratom). I had found, while out visiting with my family in Woodland,Ca. Thankfully I found it sold at Ziggys here in Tracy. Because I really hate ordering online. I have a lot of luck at having my packages stolen. So this is great for me. The guy there was so helpful & friendly. Lots of info on the different Kratom strands. Im definitely a happy customer, (she says as she sips her tea).

Came in yesterday and was impressed with how big and clean this store was. Asked the employee for some recommendations on some glass needs and was so happy he knew what i was looking for and they had it. Best smoke shop ive entered in tracy. I wasnt sure what I was looking for. I quit smoking but needed to find something to imulat smoking . The man working was very helpful and seem to know what he had in the store although I couldnt find what I wanted I was able to pick up something for a friend that was way less expensive here. Thanks

I dont write much reviews but this place deserves one. Awesome customer service! Bought a SMOK Novo to replace my Juul, which I definitely over paid for at the gas station. Definitely the way to go. Kinda off the beaten path but like my wife said you wont have to worry about running into anyone you know if you want to keep low key. Way cleaner than most smoke shops around here. Excellent selection as well if you are in to the 420. All in all 5 stars hands down.

It was awesome. you know when you go to a restaurant and the waiters and waitresses serve you. its like a store clerk he has to leave it supposed to help you. I suggested to put up a tip jar. my experience was awesome. the store clerk was the early bird hes the one that opens the store.

Im not a smoker of ANYTHING, but I went in to purchase some weed for a friend. They dont sell cannabis, but seem well supplied in other smoke products. The clerk was informative and cool. Even told me where I could go purchase cannabis for my pot head friend. 😂

If you’re looking for thee most CLEANEST & HEADIEST smoke shop in the Central Valley. Your answer is ZIGGY’s. There is a reason most smoke shops only have 1 store and this successful establishment has 4 and even more coming. There is a reason they were featured on VICE news magazine and it’s all because of how they go about providing a one on one customer service aesthetic that other behind the counter stores don’t. From all the dudes that I’ve met from Stockton and even their new opening here in Tracy has been more pleasant than the last each time I come in.. weather it’s to browse or ask questions that will best suit my needs to whatever it is I’m interest in I can always count on Gus, Mikey & Billy, all whom I’ve met have been very patient , caring and badass and willing to open up just about every case for me even when I’ve grabbed pieces and then changed my mind which I have a bad tendency of doing.. but they with a smile gladly open up cases for me because they want me to be happy with my purchase and even offer suggestions if I do want them. The store is huge and has a lot of things to offer so you can easily spend up to 30 minutes or so just looking and getting educated on things here. They have literally EVERYTHING! They have beautiful works of art by local and skilled glass blowers and no other smoke shop in Tracy has Heady pieces to this magnitude or even at all. Their prices are awesome and fair and they even are willing to potentially hook you up on pieces or stuff.. it kinda just depends on what you want and no other shop is willing to do that for you so a big kudos for ZIGGY’s for wanting to help me afford a piece instead of line their pockets on every transaction. Not a smoker, but went in for incense and they have so many types and at a great price. And they have Faygo and Jones sodas right next to the incense stand. I didnt catch the cashiers name, but he was nice and welcoming ☆

One of the better shops I have ever been in. The costumer service is great. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Plus they have great merchandise. I recommend paying them a visit.

Worker at the counter suggested I get the CleanAF CBD disposable device. He claimed I would get close to 1,500 puffs off of it. Truth is I got less than 100 puffs, it lasted less than a day. I feel RIPPED OFF! BEWARE of what they suggest to you, it will be poor quality...

Bought some CBD balm for my legs, good lord it was expensive but it soothes my pain. I went to other smoke shops and this one has the better priced items for what I was looking for. The service is awesome.
