Best Massage

Great spot for massages. I usually have a really good experience. However, from time to time I get someone that doesn’t speak English so they don’t understand when I ask to not massage as hard, which has left me leaving sore or waking up sore the next day.Also, when it comes to the tipping, often times it can make you feel uncomfortable as they stand there waiting to be tipped, and they definitely don’t like to be tipped the minimum of $10.00. I can feel like the massage was amazing, but if I paid $40.00 for it, I’m definitely not tipping $30.00..

DO NOT GO HERE!!I would like to tell people ignore all the positive reviews on this company it seems that these reviews are made up by telling people to give them 5 stars, these reviews are NOT honest. People need to take this serious because when walked in this place the employees were very unprofessional and they were forcing my to tip them BEFORE I could take the massage this DOES NOT make sense what so ever why I should tip you when I have not even taken the massage yet how would I know you did a good job which is mind blowing. Also the audacity the employee telling me straight up am NOT making this up she said exactly “No tip no massage” I chose to not tip and they just handed my credit card back to me and I walked out. This is CRAZY they do not know what the meaning of tip. Giving tip is a way of showing appreciation for the good job that they have done. honestly I do not know how this place is in business. TRUST ME if you don’t believe that I am talking of truth, go ahead and experience this in person and think of how much you wasted your time. The employee was telling me AT LEAST give me $10 tip.PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Today was my 1st time here for a massage. The massage was ok at best. I was treated very nicely, but the deep tissue massage wasn’t up to par. Upon leaving I was stopped and forced to tip the misuse more $$$. Not a bad place but a C average at best.

My husband and I love going to Best Massage at least once a month for body massages! Theyre great at doing deep pressure massages, which are my favorite! The massages remind me of the Thai style where they use their arm bones and elbows to provide deep tissue massage. Worth every penny!

They started late, and then they had the audacity to demand a $10 tip when we gave them a $5 tip. They are lucky they even got a tip.

Michelle gives super good massages. I was so sore and tight, and she really helped me out. She is a very professional and skilled masseuse. The whole staff is always welcoming and friendly and Ill definitely be back next time I need a massage!

I come here with my wife often, they all do a consistently good job. Would definitely recommend!

0 stars! Terrible service! I was very nice and extremely patient and they were so incredibly rude!!! They charged me first for the wrong massage trying to get me to pay more, and yelled at me when I calmly tried to explain they are charging me for the wrong massage/i didn’t understand why they charged me that much when we previously and explicitly discussed the massage I wanted… I even used Google translate to help… she then changed her mind and said she can’t give me a 30mins massage. Will never return lmao.

My wife and I went to this place and theyve posted a tipping schedule for which $10 is minimum. We had a $40 foot massage and one of the massause was not happy with the $6 tip we tipped them each. Thats 15% and demanding $10 tip which is 25% is absurd for mediocre service. If theyll demand this much and perhaps they should also displayed each of their massause certification and credentials.

They’ll give you your money’s worth. It’s relaxing and the staff is nice. You have the option to tip upfront or afterwards. Pricing is reasonable and they seem to care about the quality of their service

My wife and I went here for her birthday and Lucy and Crystal did an amazing job! We both moaned the whole time! Lol 😂

I could give zero if I can. Just waited 30 mins in lounge and another 15 mins in the room, no one turned up. Ridiculous service
