I want to start by saying my therapist was amazing and did a wonderful job. This location however was very disappointing. They canceled on me less than 24hrs before my scheduled visit, but were able to rebook with someone else so no biggie. But then the pushy aggressive sales pitching to get me to immediately rebook and sign up for a wellness plan was absolutely unacceptable. You should be able to leave a great massage feeling relaxed, not fight your way through salesman on your way out the door.

My massage with Marco was exactly what I needed. I went with him regularly a couple years ago while I was pregnant, which was so helpful. He can pinpoint the areas that need a lot of work (which is usually in my shoulders and upper back) and he eases the stress. He had a pleasant, light conversation, and I was able to really relax. Thanks, Marco!

Darlene did an amazing job with my massage. I wanted medium to firm pressure and she was attentive to that the entire massage. I like that she checked in with me periodically to ensure my comfort. I will definitely be adding her to my favorite’s list!

Marco and Nathan are awesome! Great staff, clean rooms and massage tables. In-take and set up doesnt cut into your massage time unless you come late to your appointment.

Gladis is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever gone to. She’s professional, makes you feel comfortable and I feel so relaxed every time my session is done. This location is lucky to have her.

I’ve been a member here since 2007 and I had never had a bad experience. All of the Therapist are very professional and knowledgeable, place so clean and relaxing. I’ve been getting more facial treatments lately and can see great result. Alexandra and the other aesthetician are both wonderful.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 15 years, and by far, Mavies is the best massage therapist Ive ever had at this establishment. Ive been with him 2 yrs. He is knowledgeable , educated in certain techniques, such as lymphatic drainage , and medical massage. He always has customized to what my individual needs are . I love having this subscription. It has saved my back, my knee injury and my sanity. Great employees. They really know their stuff. Mavies is my all time favorite. He knows exactly what to do when I have an ache or pain. Gives me advice on stretching or modifying a repetitive movement at work that might be the root cause of my pain.

5 rating ...I thought Soraya was great. The only suggestion I would share is to provide a brochure or written quote on the membership. Its challenging to make a decision over a verbal conversation directly after the massage. I would like to think about the options available and then report back with a decision. I am very interested in joining, but I would like something in writing to digest and ultimately make an informed decision from there.

This was my first time at massage envy. Bella greeted me in the front. She was very Patient and professional at her job. Natalie was my massage therapist. I had a bunch of back pain. I have a bulging disc hitting a nerve and a Slip disk. It was by far the best massage I have ever gotten. I feel like I can walkNormal. I highly recommend this place to anyone. This is a really nice massage place with professional therapist and clean and nice environment. Every one of my visit it is so relaxing!! It’s not like some of the last massage places where you feel pressure needing to purchase additional products or pain during the massage process. If I am not leaving the area, I will continue my addictive (jk) routine visit here! 😊😊😊

I was so excited to take my girlfriend and me our necks have been hurting a lot! The massage we got was like my 8-year-old giving me a massage, I kept directing her to my neck but she did a whole body instead and shorted me 6 minutes for 80 bucks an hour I we will not be going back again!

Massage Envy Tracy; Massage therapist Richard is client centered. Focuses on Client’s needs, very respectful, and always aims to make them feel comfortable. Every time I have gone in I go in for sore TMJ facial muscles, headaches, and I am sore head to toe. Richard makes it a point to focus on my neck, shoulders, and head to help release tension in those trouble areas. Which for me helps improve my symptoms for headaches and TMJ. Richard is a quality therapist and Massage Envy is lucky to have him!

The staff is very friendly and understanding. The place is clean and welcoming. I like Richard. He listens to you and takes care of the specific areas you want him to work on. I am very impressed with the promptness.

Mavies is the literal best. Completely understood my concerns and problem areas without me having to tell them. Knew what to do and how to fix it as well as educate me along the way. Highly recommend. Just be sure to save me an appointment 😁

This is a particularly nice massage envy. Friendly staff, not super crowded. Memberships are a great deal! Everyone needs a massage at least once a month, and I highly recommend Massage Envy!

I tried a few places before I found my right place and masseuse team. Highly recommend this location and CURTIS. He listens carefully and uses the right amount of pressure/technique to work through the knots and areas that need work. Jody is incredible for facials. I wasn’t a fan of people touching my face until I met her. My skin has never looked or felt better.

Just came back from a 90-minute facial with Jody. AMAZING!!! Her facials are comparable to ones I have had in upscale spas in SF, LA, etc. Looking forward to going back. Highly recommend.

I have been going to massage envy for a while and I have to say Soraya is one of the best massage therapists I have had so far. I have issues with knots under my shoulder blades but she does an incredible job of getting them out. Her technique and pressure are always spot on!

On a completely coincidental stroke of luck, I found Mavies at massage envy. He completely transformed me in one session. I joined and now he can’t get rid of me. If you need to feel better go see him asap. He’s knowledgable, experienced and will work wonders.

Im disappointed that you list a 90-minute massage that is really 70 minutes. Why would this include a 10-minute consult, 5 minutes to undress brfore, and 5 minutes to dress after? Every minute counts when your in pain and need a 1.5 hour massage. The v advertisement of a 90-minute massage is misleading.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had the best experience by Maives! He’s truly is the best in what he does and VERY knowledgeable in the anatomy of body and address all concerns. I have had back and posture issues and after the first session I already feel the difference. I have secured my next sessions and can’t wait!

Came in on Friday 9/9 and had a 1 45 appt with Cynthia and she was 5 mins late taking me into the room and I feel like I didnt get the best massage, she massaged in places I specified not to and not any focus on my low back and legs a 5 rating out of 10 I wont come back if this is the best than can give I had requested Gladys but .. was told I could not get her. I wont return I need a better massage,They end the 90 minute sessions too early I feel like Im not getting my money worth need to end at 5 minutes before the next session.

I have been going to Massage Envy since they opened in Tracy. My appointments have always been wonderful from the front desk to the therapist. The facility is welcoming and clean.

I was informed that I would be charged $10 on TOP of my member fee a few hours before my appointment because my membership fee is located at a different location. Shouldn’t all massage envy places charge the same rate? Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend any massage envy location. Once I use all my hours I would never purchase anything from this company.Who is in Kansas? My terms are within California and I have been coming to the Tracy location for YEARS! They waited until a few hours before my appointment to decide to charge me more. You can make all the excuses you wish, I don’t see massage envy staying in business for long with this kind of service.

Massage is Fantastic. Darlene does a great job. She makes sure she relieves the tension in areas I need it. The best Ive had so far. The place is clean and calming. The front desk is friendly.

They text almost daily that there are appointments. However, if you respond within seconds they state no services are available. The staff should not be allowed to charge text messages fees to customers when there are not services available. I waste my time with the membership, never any services available.I was given an appointment and reviewed with a therapist where my problem areas were, and included my lower back and hips. I added I would like a full body, but please focus on those areas as well. The therapist did not even touch the two areas I specifically requested. And I remain frustrated.

Renee is a great massage therapist she listened to me before we started and did everything I needed and when I asked for her to be a little softer in one spot she did but didn’t start using less pressure everywhere so I didn’t have to keep asking her to change the pressure. I definitely will be adding her to my favorites list and will be seeing her again. She did a great job Thanks again Renee you made my muscles relax and feel so much better before leaving for my trip. 😆😆

Massage Envy is great, I love the Tracy location and the membership, it so much more cost effective for those of us that need massage to function.Marco (forgive me if I spelled it wrong), is wonderful, he takes him time and understands the body. I always show up in pain and leave feeling much better.

Mario was amazing! I was having an issue with my arm and a pinched nerve and numbness in my fingers. He really took his time to get into the knots and inflamed areas. I left there felling so much better. I couldn’t wait to have an appointment with him.

Massage was good (as always). Front office staff is dreadful - had monies used on gift card without consent - and when I questioned it and asked for printouts of transactions, the manager came over and escalated the situation in every negative way possible. I will not continue to patronize a company that cannot understand why I would be alarmed when money is used off a gift card without permission (spoiler alert they had attached gift cards I purchased including one given to my best friend to my account - also without asking). Recap: Good therapist, terrible office staff, be careful to watch how they handle your $.

I have been a client of massage envy for a while now. I love deep tissue massages and found my two go to therapists- Richard and Darlene. They focus on the areas that I reference and ask how I feel about the pressure. They are amazing!

Richard had hit all important spots that I needed worked out. I feel so good today. Tell him I said thank you thank you thank you when I get back into town I will come and get another massage.

I appreciate her communication with each step. She also continuously checks on how I am feeling throughout the session. She is great!!!

If I can give this place 1/2 a star I would. First time and last time ever coming to this place.The customer service was horrible.I called ahead of time and said I was running a little late. The lady said it was fine and that I can reschedule my appointment for another day. I said that was great and I will stop bye to fill out my paperwork. When I arrived they said I couldn’t reschedule because I was 1 minute late from their policy and have to pay again.Never had this experience with other nice MedSpas.

Just had my first massage here with Marco. He did a great job, making sure the firmness was to the level I wanted, adding in hot towel therapy when most massages dont include it, making sure I was comfortable with having my feet and glutes touched etc. That was the most relaxed I have been in months!! I scheduled an appointment for my dad with Curtis and although it was dads first time getting a massage, he said he had a great experience. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing, and Curtis was very professional and and made sure my dad was okay the entire time. My dad highly recommends Curtis and will be returning for another appointment.

Mavies is so skilled at identifying where the problem is and works it out just right.

Jessica, my massage therapist was excellent. She informed me of the areas where I had the greatest tension and what needed to be done to make them better. I had been accustomed to getting moderate pressure. When she asked if I wanted more pressure I said yes. That was the best decision I could have made because it really made the difference. I felt great. I requested her again.

Very happy with the quality of service at Massage Envy in Tracy, CA. There are several therapists available who provide different levels of massage. When I need deep tissue, I choose either my Mario or Rich.

Went to get a 90 minute massage with Renee and it was the best massage Ive had in the longest time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!‐-----‐UPDATE:After getting a membership I requested a hot stone massage several times with the receptionists. Each time I arrived i didnt get what I wanted. Got several excuses talking about how a note needed to be on file with attitude of they could care less. Like I put the notes on there?! At times I wouldnt come in and I would have available credits. They started adding up so I decided to freeze my account. No body went over the guidelines when requesting this and just emailed the form... I decided to call in to use my credits not knowing I couldnt use them. I had a nice hot stone massage (finally) to be told the price was $210. While complaining the receptionist had no empathy and decided to tell me I could cancel my membership when I still have credits on file. I tried to explain thats not the reason why I was irritated. I was irritated that the receptionist dont have any customer service skills to first off schedule an appointment correctly several times until my membership was frozen, have attitude with me when I come to relax, and say I could cancel my membership like Im not a valued member. Afterwards the girl with the bleached blonde short pixie cut wearing glasses says would you like to schedule your next appointment? Like I want to schedule an appointment with her being the receptionist. First off she was eating in the lobby when I arrived and after my 90 minute massage she had her leftover food on the lobby counter. Then gives me attitude while voicing my frustrations, had zero empathy, and told me I could cancel my membership. I hope to see that management retrains their receptionist. Im supposed to go there to relax not feel belittled while theyre not being professional. I had no problem paying the $210 but its the fact that the receptionist kept messing up and had an attitude with no consideration to what happened and asked me to cancel... WHO DOES THAT?!?!

Masseuse Tracy was perfect for a first timer like myself! Lovely and respectful, she made sure I was comfortable and my boundaries were never crossed touch wise. I felt more relaxed afterwards than I had in months! Highly recommend this location and Tracy!

When I came in yesterday for stretching and Massage, I couldn’t turn my head left due to the tension from hours working a desk job. Curtis was personable and we chatted during the stretch session. He was focused and thorough through my massage. I’m a bit sore today, in a good way, but I can move better and most of all, turn my head left again without any pain! Slept great! Already booked another session with him. Looking forward to healing my lower back!

It was a good micro derm session with Jody but I was in and out in 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes as advertised

Bad customer service. I had appointment today at 4:45 pm. I called to inform them I’ll be late by 15 minutes due to traffic, I told the person on phone it was ok if therapist spend only 30-40 minutes for massage but they were not willing to accommodate me. Actually they wanted me to come earlier as they had availability at 1 and 2 pm. I think just wanted to close early. Very disappointed.

The location is clean, smells nice, and has very friendly staff. Mavies is a spectacular masseuse! As an experienced medical masseuse he knows how to work through aches and tightness without you saying a word! He will execute specific requests however I strongly recommend that after telling him any area(s) of focus you let him do his thing. He will explain everything or anything you ask sharing his vast and impressive knowledge using technical and layman terms to ensure understanding. He knows how to get to the root of any challenges and how you can help yourself make changes to ensure long-term success! With a minimum 90 minute session you will experience a head to toe massage that will leave you floating on cloud 9!

I just love Gladis, I’ve been seeing her for over a year, twice a month! It was hard to get through COVID without her.! I worked long hours sitting at a computer all day long and she’s been able to work out all the knots and keep me standing up straight! My hubby bought me a massage membership to help with my constant aches. My masseuse (Richard) this past go around was wonderful and did an outstanding job with pacing and pressure. I feel like massage is an art in many ways. Its a delight to truly be able to melt away for an hour and a half and relax. I was skeptical that I massage envy would be the right place for me but I’m now so glad I can come here to get relief. I’m also glad that massage envy takes many precautions during COVID…staff wear masks, temps are taken, questionnaire must be completed and purifying air systems are in rooms from what I’m told. I’m looking forward to my next visit :).

My therapist was amazing, she was able to work on the areas I was having pain in and applied new techniques I had not experienced before. I feel amazing today and cannot wait to return.

Great service. Better than the first massage place I went to (I forgot the name). Loved how she started off gentle and asked me if I wanted more pressure rather than assuming I wanted a certain amount of pressure. I’ll be back !!

Such a bad experience with facial. Practically nothing applied to my neck. No facial massage. Just shoulder massage. Products were applied one after other. Extraction done for less than a minute. I was told its 60 minutes. But it was done in 40 minutes. When asked i was told that the aesthetician was following the protocol. And the protocol was no facial massage in the facial. Hilarious!!! And the lady said she will massage me next time if i would wear a mask, so where would you give me massage on my “forehead”. The lady was sweet. But I didn’t liked anything about the facial. Such a waste of money.

I had an appointment on Wednesday. I had something come up and I had to reschedule, so with the person I talked to on the phone, I rescheduled to Saturday at 10:45. When I came in, they said there was no appointment, that they dont even make appointments at that time. I asked who cancelled the appointment from Wednesday, and the rep just kept repeating that she doesnt know, and they dont make appointments at that time. She basically called me a list. I dont ever leave negative reviews, but this is ridiculous. How do you lose an appointment? Now they have my card information, and Im afraid theyre going to charge my card because I didnt show up for an appointment theyve lost in their system. Just make sure when you make an appointment that you get the name of the person you talk to and the therapist they schedule you for - and call if they dont call you the day before to confirm. I drove 45 minutes for this appointment. This is unacceptable.

Gladis was so amazing! This was my first massage & she walked me through the whole thing & always made sure the pressure was right & that I was comfortable. Definitely going back to her!

This is the 2nd time I received a massage from Marco. He is a fantastic masseuse. He listens to the body and goes with what the client needs the most rather than just sticking with the basic massage routine. I recommend seeing Marco when you next need a massage.

I loved the added aromatherapy. Massage therapist was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Room looked clean. They didnt have music, so I just used my phone to play a spa playlist lol. I also dont like the membership fees... Or the extra high costs if you dont sign up. Its also in the Naglee shopping complex of Tracy and I HATE driving in there. Its stressful getting and leaving there...to and from your relaxing massage 😜

Very friendly & professional.This was my first time since Covid19. I wore a mask & so did my provider. I felt safe!As thirsty as I was after the session, I understood it was for the customers safety not to have water. & went to buy a bottle of water across the parking lot.

Curtis helped me get thru planter fasciitis, and Ive stuck with him ever since.. he listens to my requests, and he really understands my muscles. Ive been pleased with all of the therapists ive seen at Massage Envy. Each have theyre own techniques and strengths, or areas of expertise. The environment is comfortable.

This is the nicest Massage Envy in the valley. Mario did an amazing job with my hot stone massage and staff was polite.

Renee was my massage therapist and she was great. Applied just the right amount of pressure and worked on my knots (I’m a hygienist and always have neck/shoulder discomfort).The facility was clean and adhered to Covid protocols, however, I was disappointed that their excuse for not offering water as a client leaves, comes up very short or how they should care about the client. In lieu of the “cups of water” they used to offer, they can safely give out mini bottles of water ( very inexpensive for the company to buy, even cheap at Costco). Our dental office hands out full sized bottles of water to our patients as well as my husbands transpiration business. Come on ME… thank your clients like me ( 10 years!!) who have stuck by you through all your tribulations!!!

Massage Envy is the bomb! If you want a professional massage, this is the place. Jesenia has been my awesome therapist for quite some time and I would recommend her to everyone. Due to injuries, I get therapy twice a month and Jesenia always customizes massage therapy to meet my needs. The office staff are always so friendly and attentive. Hats off to the entire staff. 5 stars!

Everyone is very professional and courteous there, facility is clean, and some really amazing therapeutic-style therapists like Curtis help me whether Im injured or just need maintenance very skillfully and effectively.

The staff were extremely unfriendly. The massage therapist talked the entire time about herself and tried to recruit me to get massages by her privaty. It was not relaxing in the least bit.

I had an amazing stretch with Curtis. He was professional and so friendly. I felt very comfortable with him. I highly recommend him!

I specifically told Renee that I wanted her to focus on my hamstrings and glutes. She spent the majority of the time on my back and wasted time pressing down on my back and neck. Also the massage only lasted 45min and it was supposed to be an hour. I did not get my moneys worth.

This was the first time that I have ever had a massage and it will be my last. This was the worse experience that I have ever had. My therapist could tell that I was uncomfortable but she never did anything to make me feel at ease.i told her that this was my first time and I needed her to explain the process. She didn’t explain anything that she was about to do; she just started removing the sheet which made me very uncomfortable . I stopped the session about twenty minutes into my hour session. I was scheduled for a facial but based on my first experience I cancelled the facial.In Reaponse to the Ower; The Theraptist that I had made no efforts to make me feel comfortable. I told her to let me l what she was going to do before doing it and she just ignored me. She may be experienced but she is lacking in customer service skills. It was only the two of us in the room so for you to say that she did everything to make me feel comfortable is Insulting to me.

Soraya does a great job. She is sensitive to my needs. She is friendly without being chatty. Overall a very relaxing experience.

Love the team and especially the massage therapists here in Tracy. Richard is the best at asking about any areas that need attention and delivering the best massage in every session.

Management, or owner, you can look for my application and resume on file at this time at your Tracy location. It happened. Both my mother and boyfriend were also perplexed by the situation. I was offered a job after the interview and told that they needed someone in management at a different location about 30 minutes away and would that be ok if I didnt want a receptionist position at the Tracy location due to my experience and being over qualified for the job. I was a retired esthetician still wanting to work in the industry but could no longer do physical services due to a couple of spine conditions.I appreciate the response though. Inconsiderate management front desk staff ruins the customer experience. When trying to talk to management basically said dont care what you think Im backing my office staff. So going to miss my masseuse but no need to be treated this way after 3 years.

I had a 200.00 gift card. I went in for a chemical peel. I didnt peel except for a tiny amount on my chin. That was $100.00. I went in again and told her that I didnt peel the last time. She said it was most likely because it wasnt the maximum strength solution. You will definitely peel this time. I wait and wait but not even a tiny bit of peeling this time. I called and they said Shreena would definitely call me back. Nothing, so I call again in a couple more days. They said again that they would give her the message and she would definitely call me back. Nothing. $250. And she cannot even return my call. I had peels done by dermatologist and I definitely peeled all over. Dont waste your time and money by going here. The worst customer service!!! You deserve better treatment.

Best massage I have ever had!

The room we went in was freezing. No one knew how to turn on the heat or the bed heater. I’ve never experienced this before. My masseuse was good as always but the cold room kinda ruined it for me.

My therapist is amazing. Really pleased with the front desk service. Always so kind.
