Valerie is not just a body healer, she is a miracle worker. I first met her after a devastating snowboard injury that left me broken and crushed. I feared I’d never ride the same and wrecked myself beyond repair. Following her service, I couldn’t wait to tell her that the entire trauma felt like a dream. She not only had the understanding and wisdom of the body that was necessary to nourish the damage but she had the grit to make sure I walked away taken care of. She left me so impressed that the moment another incident happened, I went straight back and experienced even more impressive healing. I was glowing after her help. I have an abundance of gratitude towards her for my restored mobility and wellness. Also, for sharing her gift with the community. I truly hope those needing healing come across her and gain from her ability to aide in healing and restoration.

Valerie at Balance Holistic Health Spa has helped me love my skin again. Her facials have transformed my rosacea and I’m hooked. She also sells some of the best skincare products, especially for dehydrated, sensitive skin, which is common at this elevation. She really knows her stuff and the facial can’t be beat!
