Terrible experience. Showed them what I needed sold me the wrong one and I had to argue with teller to make it right and I got burned not once. Twice. Simple stuff. You sell the wrong coil for my vape smok you should make it right. See you. Never again take responsibility for your stupidity

BEWARE!! PRODUCTS ARE TAMPERED WITH!!!!! I was there 3 days ago and purchased a Cuban gold vape salt. The Indian guy mumbled on about these flavor additiv they have now etc. I noticed my bottle actually was opened but somehow just let it go. When vapid the product it tasted like some kind of artificial strawberry or something. I actually returned yesterday and upon inspection the first 2 bottles i checked also had seals broken. Unbelievable! This is criminal behavior in my opinion. I will never shop there again.

Locke was awesome! He helped me find exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful. Cigs are super cheap, customer service was great, supplies were abundant! Come say hi at the very least! Its worth the stop.

Went there looking for a certain coil for my mod. As a novice, I didnt know much but the guy Lock/Locke knee enough to get me what I needed at an affordable and more than reasonable price. Very happy with my visit. Im not in Truckee often but when I am, this will absolutely be the shop I regular. Thanks!

I have probably visited Smoke Island a couple times a week for about two years now and it’s definitely my favorite shop in town. The employees are always helpful, kind and respectful. They have so many different products, I’ve always been able to find exactly what I want for a reasonable price. As a local, I highly recommend this shop and want to thank all the employees for always being so good to me.

This the ONLY place in Truckee that had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Locke was on his way out the door to lunch, but still took the time to help me get all the accessories I needed for my Smok without rushing me. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had from ANY business! Thanks a lot champ!

Friendly staff, best collection of vapes and vape juice in town, and reasonable priced glassware. Be warned they often close during business hours or open late. Still my go to shop in truckee. If you’re looking for a smoke shop I recommend this one.

Just went in there, had a great expierence. Dude hooked me up with a deal on some juice and coils, and gave me some great advice on how to prolong the life of my coils. I’ve been to many smoke shops and no ones given me such great advice in just one short visit lol ask for lock (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) guy knows his stuff.

I came here to get some fluid and a coil. When I went in, I started browsing the fluids and saw two different sizes of Naked brand. Now, since I have never used vape pods before, I had no idea what salt nicotine was, so I just decided I would get the smaller bottle (being the salt nicotine one) and a coil. As the cashier was about to ring me up, I changed my mind and decided to get the larger bottle. I told him this, and he said, in a very rude tone, “those aren’t even remotely the same thing.”I’m giving this place an average review because I felt that the cashier could have told me what the difference was, rather than just making me feel embarrassed for not knowing. Otherwise, the store has good products.

The sales guy knew quite a bit about vaping mods, coils, and tanks of all variety. He even showed me other products on his ipad that they didnt even carry, but was willing to order for me. I felt he was committed to making sure i got what i needed even if they didnt have it in stock. Also, cheapest american spirits in town. Will def return!

Locke is absolutely the best! Im visiting from out of state and wanted a smaller vapor becase my other is big to travel with. I dont do nicotine so I get the non nicotine juice. I only vape for relaxation. Wish I could travel back here just for Locke. I dont know much at all about vapers but he was so helpful! Highly recommend this place!
