I started coming to this place during the pandemic right after the lockdown was lifted. And I’ve been coming ever since. I just love coming in here. I love the selection of incense. I always find some neat scents. Also, I love how knowledgeable their staff is. One rep helped my boyfriend pick out a nice vape pen and I got some Delta 8 gummies. I discovered the Delta 8 was too much so I moved to Delta 9. Another rep told me all about the intelligence of crows. They said they liked feeding the crows as they had the mind of a 7-year-old. I looked it up on YouTube and it was indeed true. I had no idea. I just love the clothing selection and array of hookah lamps. But can y’all get some plus size shirts for the grown and sexy ladies. I tried some Cbd honey sticks too. Let’s just say I prefer not to taste the Cbd. So my search continues. Also, I bought my bf on 420 day. He loved the T-shirt he received. It was like watching a kid in the candy store. I love their loyalty program. It’s very beneficial. And they give a military discount too. One thing I would improve is their candle and ashtray selection. Also, their lighters aren’t girl friendly. We like old school lighters with cool decor on them. Nonetheless, I’ll be back.

I had the most unpleasant experience with this place. The dude at the counter treated me like garbage, because I told him I was a Republican. He brought up politics and began using profane language to describe pro life supporters. He literally went red in the face and refused to sell me almost $220 worth of vape products. He had no interest in the store making money and all he wanted was to push his own personal political point of view. I wasnt able to get his name but he had a red beard and his voice went really high pitched when he started screaming at me. Three other people in the store left without purchasing.

Just wittnessed how your employees treat republican customers. The foul mouth on the gentleman employee is something you should be very proud of. Because of his treatment of coustomers you will not see me in any of your stores. i maybe a republican but my money is green something you forgot.

This Xhale is one of my favorite stores to go to for basically everything I need to smoke or vape. Their prices are always better than other stores nearby and they have sales constantly. This store especially the employees are always friendly and helpful. I love coming in around holidays too because they decorate the store really well inside.

I got here at 10:50 drove all the way from Buckhead to spend some MONEY and the broke person working closed the doors before they should have losing their boss some money. Wednesday the 19th for whoever it may concern (Aka the business owner who probably likes making money and not losing it)

The shop is pretty big with a wide selection of different items. It was my first time there and the clerk working was very friendly; Welcoming me and offering me assistance just a few moments after I walked in. Will definitely visit this location again.

October and Julz went out of there way to accommodate my needs, I called the tucker store today for a specific piece and they went out of there way to FaceTime me and help me find exactly what I needed. They’re knowledgeable about their products and customer service was 100%.

Great vape selection. Great pipe selection. Juices are hit or miss. And when you miss its missed for weeks and always blamed on the warehouse. It just leads me to my other shop in which I began shopping at more because they seem to have a more reliable warehouse for stock purposes. Would love to be able to come to xhale city more as I love the staff and the vibe.

Always great prices, we actually live near another vape shop but we drive an extra 15 minutes to come here. Hubby just got 2 bottles of 6nic 200mil bottles for about $21. It was out of a bargain bin but if you like deals thats always the way to go.

So I went here a couple days ago after I lost my last vape pen at work. Whitney helped me look through like ten different options, eliminating each because of price or wattage or whatever. This is the 2nd time I have been to the location where they were closed for a shift change.....which is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!! They had a sign on the door that stated they will open up in 15 mins....I waited outside in my car for 25 minutes!! Theres no telling how long they were doing the shift change because the sign was already on the door by the time I got there. Went yesterday.....closed again!

This place is conveniently located but I purchased what I asked for to be 3mg nic and the gal gave me 6. I shouldve double checked so I think this may be on me. But sadly they dont carry what I like(merkury) but they do have an array of juices and she seemed knowledgeable of them. Would return but would advise to double check your nicotine content before walking out.
