Recently moved to Tucson and am so happy I found Spa Daze! As soon as you walk in the doors there is a sense of tranquility and peace. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Antonio is amazing! Highly recommend - I always feel centered and refreshed.

Lovely & very welcoming space! Laura Boyle was amazing and customized my session to what I needed/wanted. It was a beautiful experience & very healing! I would highly recommend her for Reiki & massage.

Shelby was very knowledgeable! Understood my needs and read my body with great accuracy. She understood the effects of PTSD and Rheumatoid Arthritis on my body and within one session I was able to stand up straighter and have more range of motion. I made it a point to come back once a month because it’s not about having a “girl day” it’s about restoring mobility and quality of life.Also the place was great, relaxing, and they were great hosts. Overall I felt absolutely spoiled.

Had my first massage with Alli this week which did not disappoint! Very impressed with her technique and diligence with my multi-knotted muscles. Highly recommend, and looking forward to my next session.

What a great place! Brandi was amazing. She listen to my needs And tailored my massage ! She did hot stones, and cupping, which I’ve never had before. Had another amazing experience here today! We travel from out of town on business a few times a year and this is now the only place I will go for a massage into in Tucson! I had my first visit at Spa Daze today and I cant say enough. I had a massage with Emily and she was amazing. She covered every problem area we spoke about. I had never tried cupping before, but she assured me it would be done in a gliding motion. It was very relaxing and her touches were intentional yet soothing. I had scheduled another appointment with her before I left.

I’ve been here twice and saw 2 different therapists. Both listened to me and did as I asked. Clean facility and very peaceful even though off Oracle Rd, which has high volume of cars. Highly recommend Spa Daze.

Brandi gave me a fabulous massage! She listened to and addressed my areas of concern, and also used hot stones at the end that felt divine! I will be back for sure.

This was the most astonishing experience Ive had at a massage spa. I needed a break so bad and saw the wonderful reviews so I decided to give it a try. It was one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time. Its such a beautiful business, the environment in there is amazing, the people are wonderful and the service was incredible for the price. Terrific experience from checkin, the massage, and checkout. Everyone was very service oriented, communicative and professional. Kurt was interested in my health, asked questions on where to focus and even did cups on my shoulder where I have had pain. Theae professionals specialize in different forms of massage and can provide a customizwd experience. Definitely will go back and recommend to others.

SPA Daze therapist, Emily was great. It was my first appt w/her. Prior to my massage, Emily took the time to discuss any concerns I had. She concentrated her massage to my trouble spots (tight hip flexors). It felt great. Afterward, she suggested a stretch exercise for my psoas muscle; which she deduced, through the massage, was a trouble spot.The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff present, were very welcoming.

An incredible experience physically and emotionally. The therapist was so in-tune to my body and mind she blew me away! For a first time session with Bethany McLean I am definitely going to return and already have my next appointment scheduled! Spa Daze was recommended to me by a friend right after I moved to Tucson. After trying multiple other places before that recommendation, I’ve now been going routinely for over three years. I love the spa, the people and the service. It’s welcoming, relaxing and every massage has been stellar. It’s personalized service - not rushed, not cookie cutter, not in/out nameless service. There’s a reason they’ve won Best of Tucson awards for years.My last massage was with Daisy- while new she’s a great fit! Her deep tissue work found and released all the knots. I highly recommend her or any of the amazing therapists. You won’t be disappointed.

Spa Daze is a rare gem!!! I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting with lots of scents and great ambience. Always very clean and well kept.Jay is a wonderful person and always greets you with a genuine smile. I appreciate that he is always engaging and accommodating while making you feel welcome.The therapists are also very good at what they do and making you comfortable, while they offer the most AMAZING massage. I appreciate that there is not a “membership” and I can come as often as I am able.If you are thinking of getting a massage or using any other services they offer, I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Spa Daze is one of my top five favorite places. Everything is always clean, warm and inviting. Jay always has a very welcoming smile when you come in. Scheduling is always easy whether in person or online Andria was awesome. Pressure was perfect and she did a great job addressing my needs and getting into those books and crannies. I will definitely request her next time and I tell people all the time about the best massages in Tucson and the surrounding areas.

Spa Daze is incredible! Jay, the manager, is always so welcoming and pleasant to interact with when I schedule a massage, check-in for a service, and check out. I love the services that Spa Daze provides, including two add-ons to a massage. Ive had five massages at Spa Daze and have now made a point to get a massage once a month. I also make it a point to gift my friends and family massages at Spa Daze too. The therapists are amazing, especially Sam. Sam is new and gave me the most wonderful massage. I plan to see Sam once a month because of his fantastic expertise and skills. I highly recommend Spa Daze to anyone because taking care of your body is important. I especially recommend booking with Sam!

I think they need to add personal drivers to pick you up and take you home after. From the minute you walk in the door youre made to feel welcome and comfortable!

UPDATE: This review is still very true. I just cant say how much I love this place and feel valued as a person.I cannot say enough about the quality of the services offered or the customer service. You feel like family there! Life emergencies have been frequent and they have always worked with me despite last minute cancellations and make me feel valued as a person.I have chronic pain and migraine and am doing trauma work. They have extremely well trained professionals working here (I love you Jessica!) and I feel comfortable and listened to and my needs always met. They are helping me do body work for my trauma and each time listen to what I need.They have great prices and the stones and face massage and scented oils and energy work are all included in tb standard price.They also help the community by selling locally made goods and helping with donations to organizations like Emerge.They are absolutely hands down the best place for a massage Ive ever been!

The most inviting kind attentive spa business with great people and service! From the moment I walked in and conversed with front desk staff to time with my therapist to the sweet gift they gave me on the way out, this place was awesome! My father in law asked my husband if there is a certain place I like to go for a massage (I think for my Christmas gift) and I immediately said Spa Daze! Ill definitely be going back!!

Spa Daze is located in an historic adobe building right behind Hi Falutin restaurant. I was greeted warmly by Jennica, the owner. As I was early, she took me on a tour. The massage rooms are huge, the smallest room probably 3x as big as any massage room Ive ever been in. At one time it used to be an inn. It is a beautiful space. Jennifer gave me a terrific massage. I had a very stressful morning and Jennifer worked out all the knots in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Spa Daze.

My first experience at Spa Daze was excellent. Actually, I went there to purchase a product I saw that they carried in the Tucson Lifestyle magazine. When I bought the product, I saw that Spa Daze offered a variety of great sounding massages at very reasonable costs. The desk person, Jay was fantastic in explaining all that Spa Daze has to offer. I set up a massage for the next week with Brandie and found it to be terrific. I would highly recommend this establishment and wouild suggest you call Jay with any questions! He seems to know it all!

Got a couples massage gift card for my brother and sister in-law who just had a baby and are around for the holidays. My brother is 65 so I asked if they would have a table that will fit him and they were honest and upfront that yes, his feet will hang off (but that would happen anywhere unless he had a custom massage table due to his height)! Customer service was excellent, I was able to book the apt so theyd be in the same room for their 60 min massage and the price was less than expected. Ill report back after their appointment with more details but as someone who booked a couples massage last minute around the holidays..Im extremely grateful and impressed with Spa Dazes accommodations! What an incredibly fabulous experience. From the moment I walked in Jay at the front desk was all smiles and so very welcoming. While waiting a few moments, he was so fun to chat with. Jennica was so friendly, warm and made me feel so pampered and cared for. She is such a sweetheart. I have had many many wonderful massages but I can absolutely say that nothing has compared to her incredible work and detail beginning with my feet wrapped in warm hot towels to a lovely scent sprayed over me to help relax. We are in the process of relocating from out of state and I came in with a painful neck and back from moving. I walked out feeling like a wet noodle. Oh my gosh, the feeling was amazing. This was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Every step of my appointment...Perfection! She has made me a client for life. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience.

I have gotten a lot of massages, massage is an integral part of my self care, both personally and professionally. This is the first time that I have been able to truly relax and benefit from the effects of the massage! Savannah is an incredible therapist, listening to the needs of her client and the clients body throughout the massage. She recommends what she feels you need in future sessions without the high pressure sell tactic. I trust her knowledge and training and absolutely love when it’s time for another massage.

This was my first visit to Spa Daze. By far the best experience Ive had from a therapeutic massage location!First off, it was great that I was able to schedule an appointment for next day and in the evening, which was super convenient. The place Id usually visit was over a week out. Filling out the initial form online is so convenient.*I do have to note and get out of the way the only minor inconvenience experienced with the scheduling (which was resolved). I scheduled and got an automated email that the therapist would have to confirm. I never received the confirmation and got a bit worried, so I had to call a couple times. After the second attempt, I reached Jay who was super helpful. It appears that there may have been an issue with the scheduling system, which initially wouldve pushed me to an appointment the following day with Amanda, but then I somehow ended up double booked. Regardless, Jay was very understanding and apologetic about the snafu and got it all resolved.*The initial consultation to address the areas of concern for back pain relief with Jessica was great, she covered all of the issues discussed; and for once, when asking for medium pressure, I felt like it was medium pressure. Usually other therapists (from other locations) seem like theyre out to make a point to try to ream out the knots and make you flinch with medium pressure. Some therapists are also overly chatty, which was a relief that Jessica doesnt sit there and chat you up like youre getting a hair cut. Only checking in and making sure youre feeling well.The basket with the towels and water bottle is a great touch! Along with the cleanliness overall. The parting gift, which very minimalist is a very nice touch as well. Ive already recommended several people. Thank you Spa Daze!

The ambience, service and therapists are top notch! Jennica, the owner, provides an above expectation spa and a variety of services. I recently had reflexology with Petra and I was so relaxed the rest of the day! She is experienced and has a calming presence. You cant go wrong at Spa Daze!! As a business owner and LMT myself I wanted to find another locally owned spa to support. I fell in love with Spa Daze on visit #1. Fain was my therapist and she was amazing. She fit so much into my one hour session and almost immediately pin pointed my trigger points. I can’t wait to be back and make this apart of my self care routine.

We did a couples massage at Spa Daze and we were so satisfied with the outcome! Wendy and Jess gave us a full body massage that was amazing, relaxing and professional. They made sure to address our individual needs, injuries and our preferred level of pressure, which I was originally a little worried about. Since it was our first time, we came out of the massage to find a goodie bag with tea, chocolate and coupons for our next massage. So sweet! I highly recommend this hidden gem spa!

My fiancé and I got a couples massage from Ken and Wendy yesterday and we both have amazing things to say about them. Wendy was my therapist who made the entire experience not only relaxing, but she also focused on problematic areas for me. We both felt like we were on cloud nine when we walked out. I’ve had many massages in the past and truly mean it when I say that was probably the best one I have ever had. The spa itself is adorable, extremely clean, and everyone was so friendly and professional, we even got a little gift bag. Definitely a memorable experience!

I’ve had two massages so far with Jessi at Spa Daze. I’m impressed that she sits down with me beforehand and then follows up afterwards To talk about how my body feels and how she can help most. She customizes the massages to what I need each time based on how I feel. Her knowledge about anatomy and muscles is great and, of course, I feel amazing every time I walk out of there!

I went recently for the first time and i was impressed - friendly staff, online scheduling available, comfortable setting, and my massage with Jordyn was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I prefer massages that are more deep tissue and targeting specific areas of concern, and she did this as well as made it a very relaxing experience. Thumbs up!

I love Spa Daze! I have been working with Jordyn as my massage therapist for several months and have recognized consistent improvement in my overall recovery and wellness. Her work is incredibly suitable for CrossFitters, athletes, and even people with injuries. She has helped me rehab a torn shoulder and I wouldnt trust any other Spa to aid in this area. I truly believe that consistent massage work is necessary for optimal recovery for overworked muscles and also for the mind muscle! Spa Daze is peaceful, beautifully located, and the only place Id go for massage work! Thanks to Jennica and her amazing staff for always making me feel welcome and taken care of!

Ive never had a bad experience at Spa Daze. Ive seen 3 of the therapists now, and my husband saw another one. We agree that they have all been very good, especially at working on his injuries and my TMJ and migraines. I have never been anywhere else where I walk out kind of wobbly because Im so relaxed!

This place is so homey, inviting, quiet and peaceful when you walk in the door that you start to relax immediately. Other massage businesses could take some lessons from this place. April Fox is a great therapist, (she specializes in neck and shoulders work, perfect for my situation), she listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly during the massage. Afterwards she offered advice on things I could do to keep my neck and shoulders in good shape. Ive had countless massages in my life, this was one of the best Ive had, and the atmosphere of the business added up to a stellar experience. When I checked out, I was asked if Id like to make another appointment- ummm, yes please!!!

I took a rest day in Tucson during my Arizona Trail 300 bikepacking trip. I really needed a good sports massage after 5 days on the bike. I have had 100s of massages in my life and Amandas massage was a top ten. She is really good at it and did not take short cuts on a one time client. Highly recommended.

I’m usually so tense that I can’t relax but this massage was so relaxing and soothing that I nodded off about half way thru. My recent massage by Bethany was absolutely outstanding. One can feel that she knows and senses what she is doing and that she is really into what she is doing! Such high quality therapists are rare to come across...it was my lucky day! It took just this one 90 minute session to release all the unpleasant stiffness and pains. Afterwards I felt very calm and like I was relieved off a heavy weight. I will be back soon, because I want to take good care of myself, especially since I lift weights, do HIIT and practice Bikram Yoga regularly. The massage brings all back into such pleasant balance! I thought always the Yoga would do that and I wont need a massage, since I always feel as if I just gave myself a massage after a Hot Yoga session, but I could just not get rid of my tight almost cramping muscles and back pain from Yoga.Spa Daze is now my place to go!

My husband and I just discovered this lovely place about 5 weeks ago and we’ve both now had two massages with Jordyn. What a professional she is! And she seems to have a natural talent for finding all the knots and tender spots that need work. We both highly recommend Jordyn and Spa Daze.

After the Thanksgiving holiday and 10 hours of flying, I was feeling stiff and creaky, in need of a good massage. I was also somewhat apprehensive of going to a new to me spa and masseuse. There was no need to be apprehensive, the Spa-Daze staff greeted me cordially and Shawnee provide me with a super massage. She certainly knows her muscle anatomy and the trigger points. I have had 4 major shoulder surgeries in the last 5 years. I am now 32 and the only way I function is with body work on a weekly basis. Not only is the owner present and attentive but her staff is incredible. It would be difficult to find a better way to invest in yourself or some one you care about than to spend your time with Jesse or Jordyn or Jennica

I was told that Shawnee is uses a lot of strength in her massage, and I was not disappointed. She targeted the specific need I described. I am very satisfied with the result. Spa Daze is a very inviting and peaceful place.

I made an appointment with Gloria late the night before because my cervical neck pain and shoulder tension was unbearable. I was impressed by Glorias warmth and years of experience. She was very gentle and made sure the pressure was right for me. I dont fall asleep very quickly, but that night, I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow and slept like a baby.
