Our previous vape store closed where we bought all our juice so we decided to give Monsoon’s juice a try bc that’s where we go for all of our other vape needs. Not only do they have great juice but they were able to match our old juice that we have been vaping on for years and made it taste waaaay better like it should have been! The combination of knowledgeable staff, a wide range of products, and a pleasant atmosphere made it a place I would recommend to others. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future vaping needs.

Easily the finest vapor establishment Ive ever been to. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and an environment that makes me feel like Im with my buds.Theyll help you find the right products for your preferences, and theyve got some great humor to boot. Overall an excellent atmosphere and experience, and it keeps me coming back every time. Easily a 10/10.Almost forgot to add, but the juice Ive gotten has been A+. Great menthol flavors (my personal favorite) and the sweeter flavors Ive gotten have been a wonderful balance of sweetness and accompanying flavors that provide the full spectrum of enjoyment I look for in my e-liquids.

I meant to write this review in my last visit but glad I didnt...not only did DJ who has helped me the lady 2 times, make my day but also got to meet Elle and she was amazing! They both set me up with awesome juice that I love each time, but helped me set up a new tank for my old vape system. I continue to only come here because of the amazing employees that help me. Thank you both for being so helpful to a newbie like me ❤️

They are awesome. And one of the few places that sell the pod to my specific vape. Great prices and awesome inventory and juices. The workers there are super nice!

Ive been going to Monsoon for years and have always been impressed with their great selection of juice and affordable prices. Recently, I had a small issue where I purchased a flavor of juice and decided I wanted a different one the next day. However, Patrick was very accommodating and replaced the bottle for me without any charge or hassle.In addition to their excellent juice selection, I have also purchased mods and tanks from Monsoon and have never had any issues. Overall, if youre looking for an awesome selection, great prices, and exceptional customer service, Monsoon is the place to go!

Definitely probably most likely the best ejuice store Ive ever been in Tucson Ive been vaping since 2012 and Ive been to many of them And this one not only Made me feel welcomed And appreciated They also taught me a couple of Factoids that I did not know I love The fact that they told me no matter what I purchased if I did not like it they would do whatever they could to fix the problem even if that meant them losing money I would have definitely given them 5 stars but I tried the other day to Get a new mod and they did not have what I was looking for considerably not their fault but they were willing to order in whatever it is I wanted for that I definitely give him 4.999 love the placeAnd just to give you guys the store owner heads up I was the one that was willing to go undercover and go get you some prices somewhere else 😉. As far as Im concerned this is the best shop on the norwest side possibly all of tucson.

I came here for all my juices and coils and they were amazing. The juices that they made had so much flavor and where at a good price. The people where nice and remembered who you were so it felt like they cared about their customers. I have since stopped vaping but if I ever started again I know where I would go for all my equipment and juices.

My review is on the juice, I could care less about the people working here and atmosphere others right about. Juice doesnt taste like anything, 3 bottles in and I havent had a single one that has any flavor. Also this shop does not carry a full supply of coils and I had to take a replacement for my tank that is not up to specs.

They have a great owner with great staff, with knowledgeable people who are very helpful with any questions you ask. They have awesome custom flavors like sweetnerds, or dirty red head. But my major and only complaint is that their own mixed juices do not last. They go bad after 3-4 days they turn very yellow very fast and become extremely nasty enough to the point I just cant smoke on these and I have to change it out with premium juice and a new coil. I love this place, and the staff. But these juices they do in house go foul after 3-4 days it never fails anytime I get a juice in less than a week its already yellow and tastes bad.

Support your locals! This shops got it all. Quality, authentic, and unmatched. If you’re wondering whether or not to stop by, just go. Customer staff team is knowledgeable, helpful, and on your side! Will provide the best detailed info and make you feel safe during these troubled times. I wouldn’t send my family/friends anywhere else. Nothing better than having a 1-stop shop right around the corner. Not to put any other shops On blast, but monsoon vapor deserves more than 5stars.

This place and the people there remind me of the way stores used to be. Helpful, kind, understanding, (that Im pretty clueless about, well all of it!) Friendly, And Genuine. Ive been vaping for over 10 years and find the advances slightly confusing as Ive never really grasped the how, especially all the settings etc you can do to get the best vape. I know the coil and wattage setting and nicotine amt that works to keep me from wanting a cigarette again, but its a little weird as I need to use 100% VG. I just found these guys a few months ago. I was so impressed with their service and prices, that it took another visit to be sure they were for real. The woman helping me actually remembered my juice preferences from my one and only visit 2 months ago. We discussed my formula for getting a throat hit with almost no PG. She listened, made suggestions, not to make a sale( I was only getting juice and batteries) but to make the most of my vaping experience. I could go on and on (which I did and obviously do.) but the bottom line is this is the best vape store I have ever been in. They have all the new stuff and the old stuff, their prices are great and the service and people are beyond exceptional.

Best place to get in house juice and disposables. Pat who is the owner really values his costumers and so does the rest of his team. This is the only shop I will ever go to because the prices are cheap for such good quality juice, mods and disposables. I love shopping here for all my vaping needs 💙

They have great juices and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The best part about this place over others? Their house juices are made to order and therefore almost fully customizable. This is the only place in Tucson I go for juice anymore!

We love coming here for quick juice and great deals. We planned on a quick in and out for juice but ended up chatting with Patrick for about an hour. He is such a cool guy and really knows his stuff- he even topped off my tank for free! Always reccomend this store for a good time and some dank juice!

Definitely the best place I have ever gotten juice from. The staff is so nice and caring and honestly haven’t seen that at any other shop. I don’t go anywhere else because the prices are great and so is the juice. Even in college I ordered online because I wouldn’t go to a local shop because they up charge extremely and there juice isn’t as good. I have been going for years now and I won’t stop either! I love this shop ! ❤️

This is the place to go for your juice as it is consistent and properly advertised. They are overpriced on equipment and have an extremely minimal selection that is usually unavailable. Rarely have wicks or if they do they only carry 1 or 2 types that may or may not fit your tank. Very friendly staff who appear to be knowledgeable in theyre field of expertise. Wish they could meet customer demand on repair parts and parts in general to make it a one stop shop type place. Overall they have a lot of potential and hope they can meet inventory demand. I would recommend this place over other nearby shops.

I love the customer service, they really understand the way customers are suppose to be treated and how to sell their products. Ive gone in there and was relieved with how things went. Wish other places were the same. But I will forever be a monsoon customer. Flavors are amazing, coils are great.

Great and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. They have helped me multiple times with advise on vaping. I do agree with products always being out of stock. From what they have told me is that they have issues with vendors not delivering as promised. Im not excusing the fact that they should still have products for us. In terms of prices, I never bothered checking competitors. The price seem reasonable enough for the products i buy and i rather pay the extra few bucks for the excellent customer service that they have provided me.

Went right at close to get some juice. Was already made when we got there. Ended up chatting with the owner Patrick for nearly a hour. They have amazing juices for great prices. Have never been a fan of crative vapor. But these guys here at Monsoon really know how to make super flavorful juices. Definitely found my new juice shop

I’ve tried a lot of places but Monsoon vapors treats me right and gets my juice just the perfect blend of perfection. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Then again I’ve been going here for 5 years. All the staff are friendly, respectful and helpful on all my e-cig needs. If you are trying to quit smoking cigarettes/cigars or just wanted to be treated with respect come to Minsoon Vapors. I promise you that you will be treated like family. I walked in with 2 ecigs and Patrick was amazing. he cleaned both tanks and pieces. have me suggestions on usage and my.options for upgrades. he provided me with info on sales and specials. His customer service was awesome. he didnt try to hustle or talk me into buying anything. he simply heard and listened to my problem and solved it. I will definitely be back again real soon!

Great place!!!! I had been looking for a mid but most places have really high prices. My buddy got a mod there then took is there an hour after and they hooked me and another one of our friends up and ended up giving my buddy a free 30ml for bringing us in. I had a problem with my mod because I was a beginner and messed it up, I took it in and he gave me a new coil for free and fixed her right up!!! Awesome people and super nice! Great customer service!!

Great shop! Just visiting Tucson and broke my Crown 4 glass. They didnt have a replacement, but pulled one from a new tank to sell to me. The two women working were very friendly and helpful! 5 stars all the way. A++

This place is the bomb Theyre always nice Patient theyre understandable They help you find what you like Or need I wont go anywhere else to be honest and the Place is always clean And theyre always good to matter whos working..have to say everyone is great but dj is my fav..makes my juice perfect....not every1 is perfect n its ok..I still wouldnt go elsewhere..

Best place for e-juice.....HANDS DOWN!!! I have tried other places, but no juice compares to the liquid gold i get here!! The staff really knows there stuff, they will always take the time to help me out and answer any questions I may have. If u can dream it, they can mix it!! I try to make my way down for new juice every week, cause they always have something new on the shelf to try!!

I have been going to monsoons for a long time now and I can honestly say they have the best juices around, if somehow you manage to not like a single juice they can make one youll like. They have a wide variety of mods and vape accessories. If you have it chances are they can build on it or have a coil for it. They know what theyre doing down there and have great juices. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and will go out of there way to help a customer really find something theyll like. What more could you ask for?

I have been a loyal customer since they opened. With that being said beware of the woman with short hair. She has a horrible attitude and is very argumentative. The reason I gave a 5 star is because the rest of the staff is awesome! And Patrick is amazing

Awesome selection of juices, (free) sampling of every juice in stock, and decent prices- whats not to like? Not to mention the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they seem very knowledgeable about all forms of vaping, from eGo starter kits to sub-ohm mech mods, they will guide you through your journey to finally quit tobacco for good. Went to Freedom Smoke first because a friend said they were good. I explained to them that I was a 2 pack a day smoker wanting to transition to vaping. They set me up with a starter kit. Not knowing what I was doing I thought this would be a sufficient nicotine system. It was not. After upgrading oils to higher nicotine levels and still not feeling satisfied I went to Monsoon Vapors. They were extremely helpful and set me up with a system much better suited for someone quitting a 2 pack a day habit...and they did it for considerably less than I spent at Freedom Smoke. I highly recommend Monsoon Vapors!

Oh boy!!! So, I am a totally CLUELESS person who wants to just “blow clouds” but I have a rib dysfunction and it hurts to inhale deeply. ELLE IS AN ANGEL!!! She has had to put up with me for 2 weeks to help me find the right setup and has gone so far beyond regular customer service, I may have made a new best friend! Been a customer here since opening day and can say this store has grown ALOT. Juice is phenomenal, they have a selection of mods to choose from for upgrades, and customer service is a speciality. I recommend you give them a shot of you havent already.

I love Monsoon Vapors, I go there to shop thier in house floavors for 2 heavy vape users and myself whom only lightly vape. We are all different and picky and never walk out antthing but fully satisfied with our purchase and smiling from the amazing people there! Never had a bad experience there and go very often.

Bought a Nord Smok awhile back and it started leaking and the pins broke. I brought it in knowing it was out of store warranty. The owner said to try going through the manufacturer but said they were not very good at following through. He gave me a replacement and thank God because its been over a month and still havent resolved it through Nord. Thanks for the replacement, it wouldve been a great excuse for me to start smoking again.

Been a customer for years and the level of service and product is the best. And has the best juice in Arizona you can get!SweetNerds is my go to favorite flavor.

Walked in to a store devoid of anything to sell. Asked what juices they had available in 3mg... 2 options. 6 mg, 4. Took a look at their hardware, and the selection was sparse. Needed some supplies and found out they charge $1/ft for Kanthal and .25c/ ball of cotton. Kanthal sells for $4/100ft online, if you werent aware. They told me that they sold out of juices quickly, but if their juice is priced anything like their supplies, I can only assume theyve priced themselves out of the market. Between the outrageous pricing and the lack of selection, theyve lost a customer theyve never had.

Used to shop only at FN Vapors until about 8 months ago. Realized how badly we were ripped off, seriously! Sad Lexi is gone, but cant beat the prices and quality of the products! We will never shop anywhere else. Sad all this COVID19 stuff is limiting everything, literally like daily! But this shall pass...thank you Monsoons for being so awesome...stay safe...

I have a uwell mod and was in need of a .4 coil. My vape store is only open on Saturdays from 2PM-7pPM, during to covid-19 pandemic. I needed it yesterday and called Monsoon vapors and Anthony ansewerd! He saved the day and said he closed at 4pm but would help me. He was a sight for sore eyes! The layout of the store is cramped and uncomfortable. The selection of juice is impressive for its volume but the juice itself wasnt very good and didnt taste like pistachio at all, it was pure chemical.

Love the people there as well I just moved from Florida to AZ in Sept 2019 and when I asked of they could order some juice they checked into it and did!plus I do buy their some of juice.
