The vibes are ON. After moving around several places in Tucson, OPV just continues to be my personal favorite spot for vape stuff. You wont find a more chill yet professional establishment for this niche. Theyre the best.

Went and purchased a small ecig to help quit, was promised that it would not leak. One week later and Ive drank more juice than vapor out of it. Just take what their employees tell you with a grain of salt. Their employees are very nice im not trying to imply anyone was rude or had bad service. Just the information thats given on products reliability is greatly exaggerated.

Awesome vape shop! Great people too! Highly recommended! And in a side note, if you like spicy, they also sell hotsauces!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They recommended a device similar to my dying device and Im very happy with it.They know all the technical details and easily adapted to my level of understanding. My ohm knowledge was 5 years old and they helped me catch up.I make my own juice and they taught me about the current nicotines available for purchase.Tobacco lobbyists make it harder and harder to control our nicotine levels. Write to your representatives.

I have been coming here for years. All these fake reviews about bad service, bad oil (refuse to call it juice because of kids), headaches form oil😅🙄, are all FAKE! Years ago, I was hit by a car and it was very difficult for me to get out of my moms van into a wheel chair and they just came out to us. Unyielding loyalty!! They even do little things like offering an ice cold soda for free. Im not sure where these fake reviews come from, but this is by far the best vape store I have ever been to. Keep up the good work and dont let these bogus reviews get to you.

Every time I come here, the staff never ceases to seem in love with their job.Serving the customers well with good product and policy knowledge, Im not sure if there is a better vape store in Tucson.The points system and military discount is just the icing on the cake.The location is beyond great at the cusp of two major intersections.The only downside is part of the upside. I love this place! I discovered this shop a few months ago and their juice is great. At first glance the prices seem a little high, but the larger amount of juice you buy the lower the price I feel, and the rewards program is great. Sometimes you can find deals on their Twitter page but they are mostly for the Marana location. But definitely go check them out, my favorite flavor is Pixie Dust!!

My Husband and I as well as Family and Close Friends, have been buying our juice from Opv for 8 Years now. They take care of their customers as if they are family/friends. We have never met a more Friendly staff then at Opv. They probably know most of their customers by name, because they engage and show so much effort to make sure you have a good day leaving their shop. Not to mention how fresh their flavors have always been and tasted!

I have tried other shops. Once I tried OPV, there were no more visits elsewhere. Their customer service and inventory are without peer.My most recent visit was for a unit that ceased to work. Justin, who is absolutely pleasant, knowledgeable, and wonderful, worked diligently for at least a half hour to try to figure out what was wrong and to solve the issue. When it proved unsolvable, he told me of offers that would get me going again. He did not try to upsell me. He just presented me with all options and told me of the benefits of each.I can not speak highly enough of this shop and it’s staff!

Every single time I walk in, Im greeted with a friendly hello and helped quickly if not immediately. Ordering online for pickup is easy, and when I had an issue with one of the coils for my vape, they replaced it. I had walked in last October just to see what was available and get a feel for prices. Walked out with a new vape and havent smoked a cigarette since. Excellent customer service, highly recommend. Thank you folks so much!

My husband and I have been coming to OPV for years. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly, the lounge is always nice and clean, and the juice is top tier. Weve gotten multiple vapes over the years and theyve always been great and tried a ton of flavors (our favorites are Tropical Mist and Perfect Pineapple) if youre looking for a top quality vape shop look no further.

Service is usually good. Recently a few bottles have been off flavor wise not sure if theyre mixing different lately or what. For the most part Id recommend this establishment.

Knowable, friendly, and helpful staff. Theyll even offer you a free beverage (soda pop or water). They mix their own ejuice to order, on site, while you wait. Their selection of devices is somewhat limited and their prices are a little high, but my wife and I have both found several ejuice flavors that we love, and for us, are worth the cost.

I dont leave reviews for stores too often, but the level of service I received tonight called for it.I arrived really late, 10 minutes before they closed as I live 30+ min away, and the guy that helped me went out of his way to ensure I got my e juice filled along with helping with a tank purchase as well 👌Even when I had a few more questions a few minutes after they were supposed to be closed he answered them with no rush at all.Sorry Im terrible with names or Id include his name to give him proper recognition.As a relatively new customer (I came when they first opened but very rarely since) he has ensured I will make the 30+ min drive to OPV instead of any of the closer Vape locations. I have now been going to Old Pueblo Vapor for a very long while. Almost two years I believe. I have never had a bad experience. These guys are wonderful to work with; they always try to make my experience wonderful. I have watched them work with all types of people, include the woman I was taking care of. She is in her late 80s and they work with her and treat her like a queen. They are very patient with her and they take the time to resolve any issues or questions anyone has; even if the product was not purchased at their store! I rarely write reviews as I dont like leaving negative comments as my experience could be just a bad day on the part of the place I went to. I can honestly say that there has never been a bad experience. Even when the store is packed with customers the wait is never very long as they have the staff to handle the volume. Their juices are great, I have yet to run in to a flavor that I didnt like. The prices may seem to be a bit high, but you are always, 100% getting quality products and service the moment you walk through their door. And they listen to their customers!!! The suggestion was made to be able to reuse bottles and they actually did it. The rewards program is another suggestion that was made a reality. They are continually making new flavors and most of these are created or requested by customers. Love the whole team at OPV; keep up the great work!!

These guys are great. Very informative and professional. I have never been here and felt pressured or ignored, in fact it is always the opposite. They tend to strike the right balance of attentiveness while still giving you space and time to think while still answering all of your questions accurately and respectfully. Regardless of if you are new to the scene or have been vaping for a long time this is a great place to take your business!

Dakota was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He spent about an hour with my aunt and I teaching us breakdown and maintenance of our devices and letting us try damn near every flavor (which are all amazing and made it hard to choose). Ive been an OPV customer for years. As a beginning vapor they were super helpful when deciding what device was appropriate for my smoking cessation. Im currntly using the Vaporesso XROS Nano which is a pod device that is very easy to use, no leak issues for me, and very affordable at OPV. They offer a wide variety of flavors as well at reasonable prices. One of my faves is Arizona Ambrosia. They give opportunity to try flavors before you buy when in store. This is great since the flavors I thought I would like the most sometimes were not my preferred flavor. It really helped me figure out what flavor profiles I prefer.

I always have a good experience whenever I go to any of the opv locations. Customer service is always very good, and the quality of product they produce is by far superior to anything you can find anywhere else in Tucson. They always are knowledgeable about questions I have and go above and beyond to solve whatever problem I am experiencing. This place was great but when I came in with my kid I was told I had to leave because no kids are allowed inside. I have never been to a vape shop and was told that kids can not go in because the owner said they had a kid that broke the glass cabinets when they were not watched. I have brought my child in to this place before with no problems but when you have this young little girl saying I have to leave maybe you guys need to hire a person who isnt a child. You may want to put up signs and put it on the website before people waste there time going to a place like this about who is not allowed in this place. Its funny how you say its been like that since 2012 and she said for the past 2 years. I have seen kids in there as well so maybe you want to tell the rest of them who works there.

Been going here since they first opened and will always be my go to place esp for juice...tried many other places, but I know what Im getting here and its always a good product. Good chill atmosphere with an honest staff. In the rare event they are out of a product such as a certain type of coil/wick they wont hesitate to get on the phone and find another local shop nearby that has them in. To me thats great customer service and going above and beyond!P.S. Please, dont buy juice from large chain stores or at a discount price youll definitely regret it! Same with ecigs its definitely better to get a good product itll save money and your lungs in the long run! Always buy local, too!

The folks at OPV are so so super nice! I was greeted right when I walked in, and there were a lot of customers but it didn’t take long for someone to get to me. I had a ton of questions and they answered them graciously despite the store being busy. Even though I didn’t end up walking out with a purchase, they still offered me a soda or water or something for the road, on the house. I would recommend them to anyone, whether you’ve been vaping for a while or are new to it. Actually, ESPECIALLY if you are new to it because they will be honest and sincere with you.

The service at this location is always nice, no matter if you are a first time vaper or and experienced one. Their prices are nothing to scoff at either. I appreciate that they pass on the savings that they get on Hardware and accessories to the consumer, for example glass for a tank does not cost half the price of your tank like some of the other shops.

If you are looking for a vape shop with knowledgeable friendly staff, please go here. I have been to several of the local places, and their service doesnt compare to OPV, which is why they are the only place I go to now. They truly care about their customers, especially when it comes to getting them off tobacco. Additionally, they follow all FDA guidelines strictly which I cant confidently say other shops do. This means that they are probably your safest bet for quality ingredients and formulations.

My daughter brought me in today and I thought there customer service was Awesome! Im new at this and they picked a flavor I liked there first try from my description. They also took care of a problem my daughter had with her mod. I had only been to Freedom Smoke and been there a few times. I hated that place and the people working there. They seem to be errigant I every way. Opv had much better prices. I also found them to be very relaxed yet informative. I will be going to Opv from here on even though its a bit of a drive its well worth it

Prices are decent...not too expensive, but also not a bargain. However, it is THE best juice on the planet. I walked into the shop and was greeted by a crew of friendly people. Im new to the whole vape thing, and dont know too much about things like ohms or wattage. Justin helped me out by answering all of my questions in an enthusiastic and friendly manner. He helped me pick out a few flavors, and even offered me a Coke. They really seem to know their stuff here, I would highly recommend this shop over the other ones I have visited in Tucson. Went out these guys because freedom smoke kept dropping the ball and customer service was just terrible. So this review may get a bit long but I believe in giving praise where its due. I love smoking, even though I know its ridiculously bad for me. But I decided it was finally time to quit and my friends said vaping helped them when they gave up cigarettes. I decided to do some research and it turns out there is a LOT of info out there when it comes to vaping. It was almost overwhelming. So I looked up vape shops and decided to check these guys out.The guy who helped me (Garrett) was awesome. I had a lot of questions and he patiently listened to me and answered every single one. I walked into the store still somewhat overwhelmed but Garrett walked me through the whole process. He helped me select a good beginner kit, told me all of my options, gave me his recommendations, and walked me through setting everything up. The store was fairly busy but at no point did I feel rushed or like I was being a burden. Garrett was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and that kind of customer service means a lot to me. I walked in clueless but left feeling confident in my purchase and thankful that I picked this store.Seriously guys, thanks for everything. You definitely made me into a loyal customer and I will be recommending you to anyone looking for a good vape shop. There juice is of great quality and well priced. They will fix your mod or help you find out anything you want to know about vaping. They are packed filled with information and they share it all. Customer service is top notch!! You will not find a better vape store that will give you the time you deserve even if your a beginner they will take the time to show you how everything works and let you try as many samples as you want. This place is by far the best Vapor Lounge I have been to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on all things e cigarette related. Unlike a lot of businesses they dont push you towards the most expensive products and instead try to give you what youre looking for in the cheapest route possible. They also let you try many of their numerous flavors before you buy them and if youre looking to just smoke some e cigs there the lounge is very nice. The price is also a strong point and it rivals many American based online stores (especially if you were to factor in shipping). All in all there are not very many of these types of places out there (I only know of one in Phoenix and its a joke) and I would advise anyone who is considering buying an e cigarette to check it out, or if you are just looking to get some liquid/accessories for your e cigarette this is the place to go.

Ive always loved this vape shop because they treat everyone like their friend. They remember you, and they dont act like their better/smarter then you for not knowing stuff. Instead they actually try to help you learn more by answering your questions without judgement & explaining in detail. I seriously love all the employees. They are the kindest people. I came in last week with 5 minutes till close i needed a glass for my tank and they insisted I didnt have to pay. Retail is 5 bucks (3 dollars cheaper then everywhere else ive been) thats beside the point. I came in as they are closing being that annoying customer that comes in last minute and instead of being annoyed (which I would have been if i was them) they were so kind i was shocked to say the least. i didnt expect it. Old Pueblo vapor carries the absolute best juice in probably all of the Southwest as a matter of fact a few years ago they were voted best in the southwest Vape magazine. They have everything from a cool little pocket-sized all the way up to the best mods that money can buy. These guys set the standard for vape shops/vendors. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to the other major shops in Tucson and they pale in comparison. Dont waste your money on inferior product at other places (especially some juice vendors online) Recently made that mistake with juice. Funny enough the cheap crap I bought online and the stuff from freedomsmoke tasted very similar and harsh (read: TERRIBLE). Premium juice means premium juice here

I tried vaping to quit smoking cigarettes and when I first started there were many places to choose from and it was an overwhelming experience. I just heart this place - the only vape store I will go to in town. They let you try endless flavors & dont get annoyed, they have a rewards system that actually gets you free stuff, and I never leave there with any problems unfixed (unlike Freedom Smoke USA which I will never go to again.) Their juice selection is awesome and after inquiring into the ingredients probably safer for you than some juices other places sell (if your health is a concern!)

Justin, the store manager took all the time necessary to help me find the right product, I was thinking of purchasing a mod with all the various components which would have ran me a lot of money. Instead of just going for the sale, Justin offered a number of alternatives too, and in the end I got a great little pod kit that is perfect for me.

They were very rude. They did not even say Ill be right with you whatsoever. When I finally did get greated and acknowledged, come to find out they dont have any tanks that work . They told me that theyre not selling most of them because they leak. What a waste of time now I have to drive to a better e-cigarette shop that actually has hardware that works! Ive been to several vape shops in town, but this one is the best. The sales person, Mike, was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. Thank you Mike. I needed a coil for my vape pen. The shop I usually go to wouldnt take the time to even look at the pen. Mike was really helpful and guess what, found the correct coil for me. I bought 5. I tried the e-juice and liked it. Bought some of that too. No more walking into the vape store I used to frequent and being treated by the peeps behind the counter like they hated Id interrupted their personal party and resented me being there. OPV is now my destination for everything vape.

I sampled quite a few products and really the only part of the experience that was difficult was having to pick a flavor. I picked 3 and even then it wasnt easy.
