It was a dark and dreary afternoon with storms crashing all around us when I stumbled in, seeking knowledge. Zack had all of the answers I had been searching for. He was incredibly patient and helpful while educating me on mods, pods, coils, and juices. 5 stars all the way and I will definitely brave the harsh Tucson weather again to make my way back to their store in the Spectrum Plaza.

I absolutely love Red Star. Im so glad that their stores came from Phoenix to Tucson and especially close to my home. I was begging for years that they bring some Tucson stores Bryce and Steve at the Spectrum Mall Plaza are so helpful and always willing to answer questions, smiling, friendly, easy going and will direct you to the correct product that will help you out. I purchased a product last Wednesday just before closing. I drove to Phoenix and the next day it stop working. I was back to Tucson next day ( less than 24 hours ) returned the product for even exchange. The clerk last night was not only condescending but shared his Manager and Managers Manager would NEVER honor exchange less completed within one day. As readers know 24 or less is one day.I do not use the product I just purchased it. Buyers be advised unsavory business practices.

Went in to purchase something for my husband and to ask for assistance on why a device we purchased there just weeks ago was leaking all over the place. I always have a great customer service experience every time I come in whether Im grabbing my coils or the same juice Lucas is always friendly and kind. Or if Im coming in to find a new juice I always get good recommendations. I recently dropped my vape and had to replace it so this wasnt my usual routine visit but Bryce was very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and of course friendly. I was able to find a new brand of vape that I hadnt tried before (Lost Vape Centaurus M200). Its been a couple weeks and I like it better than my last vape (Geek vape L200) and its still working great.
