I been coming to these store for a year. I came to this location one day cause my usual is closed. I tried a new flavor didnt like, so they replaced it. That was so kind. Well now have new juice and its the wrong nicotine level. I got 2 juice that day one out of the 2 was done right.

I have been coming to this place for awhile and Jillian has been helping me and my boyfriend. She is great always is a pleasure being around. I also was greeted by the owner Glorya and she is so sweet and alive. I highly recommend this place over any other vape shops around the Eastside if I can give you guys 10 stars I would. They also have military discounts and so many flavors to try. If you are a menthol person like me try the Ice Queen you will love it. And thanks for always being open when you are supposed to be.

Love these guys!! Gloria and Her husband own this together and as a computer specialist and computer company owner, I prefer to vape over smoke so not to make my computers smell like cigarettes so I go to Vape Zone for my custom juice. Vape zone takes their time to get your order right and the prices are unbeatable in comparison. Their employees are highly knowledgeable and well trained.Great job to Gloria and her husband!! We are new in town, travel nursing. I looked up several vape shops in the area. This one had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The gal was super nice (didnt catch her name.) I asked for a specific juice to be made that she has never heard of. I had looked up the ingredients online, Its called 555. She did a great job mixing it and its almost exactly what I was looking for. Was highly impressed being as she had never heard of it nor made it before. I certainly will be returning. Even told my brother and sister in-law about this shop who live 5 hours away. They have also been looking for 555. They are planning on coming down to get some made too! Bought a vape from this shop Nov 6th. It kept leaking all over the place. I went back to the shop on Golflinks and the nice sales gal tried trading out some parts. I tried it again for a while but it kept leaking horribly. I went back to the shop as soon as I could, I work a lot and long hours so I could not get back there any sooner than tonight Dec12th. I came in and the vape unit was leaking all over my hands and the gal had to wipe it all down. I told her I wanted a refund. She had to call the owners since they have a 30 day policy. But I had been in before the 30 days the first time. I just wanted my money back and NOT store credit! Poor business practices by this owner. The Brand was VooPoo Drag X Pro. I dont recommend this brand or this shop at all!!! Defective items should be totally refundable! Poor business practices! If I could give negative stars I would!

Went in today with some broken glass I needed replaced. The girl working went above and beyond to try to help me. She looked and looked and even though they didnt have what I was looking for, she still helped me remove the glass and get it cleaned up. Ive only been here once before but will definitely be back. Excellent customer service.

Horrible experience! The vape I bought. Leaked. I brought it back twice. The second time I just wanted a refund since it was obviously defective! The sales gal was nice but the owner she called refused to refund my money. Do not do business with them! Poor business practices! Defective items should be refundable especially because I had been in the shop before the 30 day policy! Bad, bad, bad business practices!!!

Walked in to buy some juice and a battery. I was told they can only sell batteries as a pair. I got a 60 mil bottle and the 2 batteries and it came out to just over $50. I asked how much the batteries were and she said $25 for the pair! $12.50 a battery?? Really!! No thanks i told her...and continued to buy the juice. Get home and was kinda excited to try out the coconut cream pie flavor i had....zero flavor. Definitely save your money. If your going to spend $25 on a 60 mil bottle of juice....get a national brand. Much much better. Atleast they have flavor in them. Whole bottle of juice in the trash

I love Vape Zone. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I go to both east side stores and have never had any problems. I did get a juice once that I didnt like. I went back the next day to see if they could add something to make it better. They made me a new bottle for free!

I dont know who this new order lady is in here. But I have never met anyone so rude in my life. She gives me the wrong coils and has a attitude with me because she doesnt know how to do her job. I come in here ever week to get my juice and coins but obviously its time to find a new shop.

I went to their far eastside location with the intent of just seeing what they had to offer. I ended up being there the majority of the morning getting a custom blend made up for me. Tori S. helped me with my request,and, she is absolutely the epidomy of helpfulness and professionalism. She is easy to talk to and, multitasks very well. I am impressed. I walked out with the most perfect blend that could be achieved for my taste. I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi. Ill definitely be back.

Ive been my own vape shop for a few years. I even created and sold my own flavors. Ive been vaping for a long time. I was worried that maybe my taste would be too much for a shop to handle at this point due to prior experiences at some of the major shops in town. I have to say the staff at this smaller east side shop is very friendly and personable, I could imagine hanging out there on a lazy weekend day. They were able to tweak my flavors to my taste and even helped me with a merchandise problem, very cool people and the owner seems fair. Ive visited them three times now and Ill be going back. I bought a shirt that yields me free juice with my purchases, I recommend the shirt. Try the Island Punch!

Just went in to have them look at my older mod. I’m a klutz with stuff and my old one was leaking which caused the device to fail. Had my old one for two years. Very nice friendly staff, knowledgeable, and they got me setup with a mod that hopefully won’t leak and take the beating I do with phones to evidently my vape mods. This is my 3rd one. 2nd one with adjustable settings. Love the fact their juices are made in house and not manufactured. I will be back.

I absolutely love this shop! Though it’s my secondary shop the employees here are super chill and always get me right as soon as I walk in the door! (Plus their juice flavors are the best in Tucson HANDS DOWN)!

I used to get my juice from a different company but I knew something wasnt right so I stopped into The Vape Zone on golf links to try it out and I found what I was missing the whole time at the other places. The e-juices are such a better quality, they have the freshest taste, and the staff are the nicest and most courteous bunch of people you will ever meet. I moved up Phoenix a few months ago but I still make a trip down to Tucson ever couple weeks and I always stop by The Vape Zone to stock up. I cant find anything this good anywhere else up there or in Tucson.

Amazing experience. I went in there right before they closed and they were way excited to help me. They let me try probably 15 flavors, I could of tried more, and they helped me pick out the ones that were right for me. Super relaxed environment and very cool people. You can tell they have a passion for what they do.Honestly, when I walked in, I didnt know that I was walking into my new vape shop.

Listen ,this place is AMAZING!!! I frequent Freedom Smoke, but they may have lost me forever. Honestly the women were great, helpful. The deals here were pretty amazing, till st Patricks day liquid is buy one get one, what a steal. I purchased a mod and got free juice, then ordered 2 juices and got 2 more for free, wanted a variety since you cant taste them, I got orangesicle and just amazing! Cant wait to try the others. They do CBD oil as well, but I dont know enough about it to matter to me. Anyway just a great place.

Prices were a lil too steep for me, primarily went in looking for atomizers for my baby beast. Bought one out of necessity it was a few dollars more then the average price around town. Employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well taken care of but I can get 3 Atomizers for the price of 2 from here. Lots of selection on juices and accessories.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years and have bought more than 10 mods in this time. I was really disappointed today when I purchased a new one, got home and was unable to use it as it had no battery. The person selling it knew that I would not be able to use it and didnt bother sharing the information. What she said was they were out of extra batteries and I would get a free one next time I came in. NEVER did she say, yes you can purchase this, however its useless because it doesnt come with a battery. Anyway, thats the last time I shop at Vape Zone. Thanks for wasting my time.

Love love this place. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Have specials monthly. My favorite special is bring in your furry pet and buy anything and get a free 10ml of juice also they have a discount wheel you can spin and get a discount from nope spin again 5% 10% and so on to 35%

I always go to Smokeless Vape Lounge. The ladies are so sweet and accommodating and the flavors and concoctions are endless! They also have every product option as well as so many deals. The store is always clean and inviting as well.

I have been going there a long time and thought I was a good customer, loyal to only them and consistently buying the same two things. Today I was told by the owner that every time I visit I cause a problem. Moreover, he repeditedly called me a liar and told me Im lying about a burner I wanted that apparently, he has never sold, and that I must be getting them elsewhere. I explained to him I never go to any place other than his shop. He got more vocal, yelling at me about how much trouble I am to bring this to his business. He told me to leave, and as Im standing there starting to shake with anger, he told me he does have the burner I wanted. I ASKED if I could get an apology and he begrudgingly, half-heartedly, mumbled out an insincere apology. I will never go back to his abusive store. Not to mention on the way out one of his friends started to verbally assault me as well. I also purchased some liquid tobacco, the same flavor I always buy, and when I got home I discovered it was the incorrect flavor. I wish I could better convey how disturbing this incident was at the moment and how utterly blindsided I was by the ongoing attacks. Thank god I wasnt hurt physically.

This is without a doubt the best shop in town. If you are looking for a vape home bar none the best is right here. I happened to go by because the shop I was going to try didnt open when they had posted they would so I drove down the road. I found the place where the light shines and the military are honored. Give this place a shot I promise you will not regret it.

Super polite over the phone. They informed me that they could trouble shoot my particular device and that if it still didnt work that they had other options for me. So I drove from downtown Tucson to Golf links and Pantano just to have them try and sell me something else without even attempting to work on my device. I still planned on buying a replacement since I had driven so far but the moment some one else walked in the guy walks over to them and leaves me standing there.

These guys know their stuff and are always friendly and willing to help with my vape wants.

I’ve been coming to the Golflinks Vape Zone for a few years now and the staff is always friendly. The vape is also some of the best!

You know I Vaped before and done the box mod thing but I really just wanted something basic to get started again the the most basic thing that they could offer me was a box mod at $70 and then a tank costing God knows what this is really great if you want to have a box mod but not so great if you just want something chill. The associate suggested that I stop by Walgreens that was a bit condescending.

The owner has lied multiple times, on each occasion Ive asked any questions such as, if I purchase this tank, will you sell coils and parts for this Hercules tank, $89.57 so I wont have to buy another 100$ tank setup in my near future.. I was told that they would.. Which was discontinued the following month.. Then the owner claims his juice is more pure and I put him on the spot and requested some paper work to show numbers which he couldnt avoid the question any faster on any occasion and has opted me to NeVeR return to pay the INSANE MARKUP OF 890% PROFIT FROM BOOSTING THE COST OF THE PRODUCTS ALONE! AND THATS INSANITY AT ITS WORST! THANKYOU FOR KEEPING ME SHOPPING AT WALMART AS THEY HAVE A MANGO JUICE FOR UNDER 10$ THAT HAS FLAVOR THAT THE VAPE ZONE ONLY TALKS ABOUT. THE VAPE ZONE IS FULL OF LIARS AND CHEATS AND THE OWNER(S) ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND EMPTY WALLET. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. LIARS. CHEATS.

Wouldnt accept a return in a 24hr period. Also didnt express at the time of purchase that there was not a return policy. There also wasnt any signs saying anything as well.

9 out of 10 times I buy a product from the store they do not have the product I want and offer a third-party option stupidly I listen to them every third party product I buy from them is broken in a week mean while the actual product last months as an example I bought a coil this for the same price as the non fart third-party option the coil broke after one day I have never seen a coil break before
