VOKO Karaoke Lounge

Been here a few times with different groups of friends. They have all enjoyed themselves, no complaints. The only improvement they could make is the sound quality and a more user- friendly interface. Havent tried food myself but a friend had one of their soups and said it was good. It would be nice if they could include more mics for larger groups, I dont think they do. Very clean and friendly service. Will keep coming back and 5 stars will be given when they get a higher quality sound system and easier to use interface.

Had a little karaoke night with some family and friends. The staff were able to get us a room fairly quickly, and most were very kind and accommodating. I left no rating on the food, as my group did not try any. I would definitely come back, but I did feel surprised when their POS system would not let me tip any lower than 20%. I’m used to having more options

First time at this karaoke lounge and this was SOO fun!We got the medium room. Customer service was very accommodating to our needs and were transparent on price. My friends and I enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back again!

This is hands down the best Private Room Karaoke place in Orange County. Its easy to make a reservation. They have super clean rooms, and LARGE rooms to accommodate big groups. They also have a wide selection of songs in English, and a full bar. We have only had fries so I cant speak to the food, but the staff is awesome and always remembers us. We love it here and I highly recommend.

Microwaved frozen foods quality, strangest martini ever, didnt open until 7:15 when published time was 7. The waiter, the younger guy, hustled. The karaoke was fun.

First off, amazing venue w clean booth and amazing quality tech. Also really appreciate the COVID measures. Secondly, the song selection is amazing. They’ve got Bollywood, Philippine music, and all the latest hits (Doja cat, Lizzo, Harry styles, The Weeknd, even Joji and alternative rock hits). Perfect place to bring ur friend for their bday!! The owner is also super nice and accommodating, surprised us with a free bottle of cider :)!

Our first time here together and it was an absolute blast !!! jay was very helpful and made the entire experience a lot of fun! we will definitely be returning for another karaoke night :)

Not a karaoke person, but I had a pretty good time. Highly recommended for all ages, one of the only places around that doesnt charge a fee to have a minor in the room. The room and equipment were clean, if not showing slight signs of wear. Didnt really interact with staff, didnt order food because it was pricey. Good selection of English songs, fairly easy to use the machine and its fun to play around with the settings. Overall a nice time even for someone who doesnt like to sing.

Went for a friend’s birthday. Not a karaoke person, plenty of pro audio experience though. Room acoustics are atrocious. Very heavy echo make the room unintelligible and extremely loud. Overall sound level was similar to a rock concert (95-105dB). Not good for hearing and those levels will damage your ears. Speakers are hung from the ceiling and point straight to the back wall. Audio settings were completely jacked up. EQ, gain structure, everything just wrong to produce any reasonable quality sound. English music selection isn’t bad, not great. A good blend but missing some big songs. Some songs listed would not pull up in the system. Korean remote was easy enough to use, really just need digits and two buttons. Need to deaden the sound in the room and prevent people that don’t know what they’re doing from messing with audio controls. Staff knew nothing about audio setup. No reason the room should be that live and loud! Place sound deadening material on all 4 walls and the ceiling. Re-position speakers. Would make the sound much less torturous.

LOVE this place. Great music selection, decent bar and food too. My friends and I visited last Saturday night. They were packed but were able to accommodate our large party. The girls up front were very accommodating and frequented our room for refills and food orders.

We partied here last night. The place was awesome! I have never liked karaoke rooms before, I have always stuck with karaoke bars, but I have to admit this experience was extremely fun. The service from the waitresses was great and the bartender Andrea was the best! She was very attentive and talented. She made us these craft drinks called Summer Breeze. They were the perfect blend of refreshingly sweet flavor that hit the spot. Thank you for allowing us to have our party there. I look forward to party there again in the future!

The service was impeccable and everyone in our party had a blast. We had trouble for the first 20 min getting the hang of operating three multilingual system; which we were concerned if this was our nights projection...not at all. The woman who helped us had so much patience and was kind and professional.Drinks:The bar was the only annoying aspect, the 3 hrs we were there, we must of waited a collective 30-40 minutes in total for our drinks to be made the whole night. There was 1 group, of 2 people in front of us and it took around 10- 15 min to order and get our drink.Food:They had a good selection of bar and Asian food, some things they didnt have on the menu but they were very apologetic and accommodating. The food did NOt take a long time to be made, so that was really nice!The room was nice, clean and had good selection of songs. You can even Bluetooth your phone and get a song you want if they dont have it.Overall, it was really fun and we are coming back! Thank you for the great ans professional service!

If I had to describe Voko in three words: fun, clean, and friendly!If you love singing, Voko is a haven full of private rooms for you to sing inside. They also have tambourines. The mics offered are high quality, and Ive never experienced the terrible mic feedback that other local facilities have put me through.Voko has one of the cleanest and largest spaces out of the karaoke lounges in the OC. For those with stage fright, youre only singing in a private room with whomever you select to be there. Also, everyone around you will probably be drinking and singing and not care what you sound like so dont let that hold you back!They have many popular English songs and a number of Korean, Japanese, plus a ton of Chinese song selections. It would be amazing if the facility could update their english song selections since they are missing a number of popular artists and songs from the past few decades. This would truly solidify its 5-star status.They also have a decent menu of food items in case you are hungry. Fries, pizza, wings, Korean seafood pancakes, etc. Taste is pretty good though portions are a little smaller for premium prices. No outside drinks are permitted, but theyve got plenty of water and alcohol you can purchase.Service is usually on point! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and try to give you a very positive experience, even when they are busy.Prices are par for the course for the OC, but well worth the value for a really nice space and experience.

First of all, I tried to make a reservation. Second of all, I showed up to attitude from the front desk. To end it all, I was overcharged by the front desk and taken advantage of based off of her persistent attitude. I will not EVER recommend this place because I felt like it was not ever about me having fun and letting loose, but rather about money. That is sad in a company and not something I would want moving forward. By the WAY the whole keyboard is in Korean and they are rude in trying to break down how to pick your songs. It’s kind of messed up how mean the girl was toward me.

We had a great time here! The music selection was HUGE and very up to date (came October 2021). Room was very clean and comfortable and had cool lights. Also the fries were tasty.

Nice rooms with updated equipment. Food is okay. Song list is huge, especially for Korean and English music.CAUTION: Be observant of the time you check in. They tried charging me for 1:50 hours instead of 1:20. They insisted their timings were correct until I showed them my parking time in google maps. They refunded $20.

Decent song selection in English, not many popular songs available in Spanish. Song selection is mostly Asian. Great atmosphere, everyone from my work loves it here!

Just had the best night here. The guy who managed tonight was beyond accommodating. The room we got had technical difficulties but he was able to move us and help us with all our needs. Absolutely plan on coming back and again that manager tonight was so great. Thank you so much!!

Birthday girl wanted to karaoke with her friends after shopping at Irvine Spectrum. Found Voko Karaoke Lounge online and walked in with a party of 7. They searched our bags but were very friendly and helpful with a bunch of teenagers. Girls had a great time and are already planning for a next time. Thanks Voko!!! 💞

Very nice place to go and have fun, WIDE variety of songs. not many in spanish so I recommend you take a tablet to get it connected to sing your own spanish music music, sound system is very good, good customer service. highly recommend it.

The rooms are nice, clean and spacious! The host was especially friendly and patient in explaining how to use the machine. Definitely will be back!

Fantastic karaoke place! Great location, super nice and welcoming staff. Love the dual TV screens so thelat friends can perform up front and center. Large rooms, COVID friendly, spacious and comfortable seating.Dont let the whole in the wall look deceive you, its a worthwhile spot to go to for karaoke!

This place is so fun. Pretty typical but the staff are polite and music selections is pretty decent. You can definitely find songs youll love to jam out to here.

Great place. Love that they serve alcohol. Wish they served food but they said we could order in. Which was fine. Very good selection of songs.

We came in with a group of 4 at 8pm on 12/26 for a karaoke room. There was no bartender on duty for the night. The Korean staff showed us how to play with the Korean karaoke system but we still had issues with choosing/shuffling songs and putting them in the queue. English songs were plenty to choose from recent hit songs but we could not find some of the older hit songs. Chinese songs we could find are mostly older songs from before 2010s. The video was almost always the annoying Korean super boys/girls band dancing no matter what song came up. Mics were not cordless and one mic had obviously higher volume than the other - we told the staff and he could not fix it. The price was great due to the happy hour deal - the 2nd hour 50% off.

Spent a Sunday eve celebrating a friend’s birthday - music , karaoke and drinks in ur own private well appointed comfortable room - we had a blast ! The sound system was phenomenal and Dinesh and Smita were gracious hosts ! Would definitely recommend to friends and family ! A unique experience .........

My friends and I got the vip largest room! its right by the restrooms which was great (especially when you drink liquids that make your bladder go crazy!) Its not very sound proof though, you can definitely hear the singing from the outside hallways. and the doors are glass so ANYONE can just walk and look in. but that wasnt a problem for me, it was fun anyway! The music selection was better than I thought-- found some Taylor swift songs that are never usually at karaoke places. as a Swiftie I love it! There were tambourines and disco lights. super fun time with super fun people :)

I had the pleasure of having fun and to come and enjoy our time and most of all create memories as a family there is enough negativity in our daily lives with Covid 19 trying to enjoy one another singing songs and the staff is awesome too I appreciate a place like Voko to bring us together. Thanks

Terrible service- waited 1.5 hours for lukewarm wings. Asked multiple times for help with my service- to mo avail- I asked for a refund and the owner told me okay- then changed her mind and only gave me half the price of the meal I’m not going to eat.I will never come back.

Loved this spot and the Karaoke rooms are fun and food is food too.Would give 5 stars if the bar had tap system for beer/ fountain drinks.

Fun place, but all menus and settings are in Korean with no option to change to other languages. Many of the songs were MIDI only and all videos appeared to be from horrible Korean soap operas.

A little outdated on the music library at least for songs in English. Decent selection on beer. Overall good experience and fun singing.

This karaoke is brand new to the area I believe. It was clean and they serve food and alcohol. The service was fast and I had no issues here. Would go again.
