I have been to the store many times. They helped me quit smoking cigarettes. They did this by helping me cut back on the nicotine level that I was using. They have always been helpful upfront and honest. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they don’t know about a particular product they invest time to learn about it. Their stock is large and they are continuously upgrading and adding inventory. I highly recommend this business

As soon as my husband and I walked through the doors on July 3rd 2022 we were welcomed with a smile and assistance. They had a great selection of juices and very nice vapes for much cheaper then what we are use to paying. She helped find the parts we were looking for and when she didnt have them offered 2 order them.If I lived closer this would be my goto. And they have other cool items as well

The woman here was very nice and they had what I needed. She comes off standoffish at first but I think the area theyre located makes her be that way. Shes a nice lady down inside once you get her to open up. .... She gave me a free charger for my batteries because she knew I havent upgraded my stuff since like 2012... Thats how I knew she had a heart of gold but you gotta dig a little. If I was local, this would be the only place Id go. Thanks for your help lady... Ill never forget you.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! IT has just about everything VAPE! Something 4 everyone! SUPER CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND THE MOST INVENTORY OF ANY VALUE SHOP AROUND! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Vape shop!! It is by far the best one in a 50 mile radius! This local family run establishment is extremely clean, Always stocked to the gills with one of the widest ranges of styles and flavors from countless different vape juice companies! There prices are on point but there sales are amazing! Not to mention the owner and her daughter are Spunky, fun loving, down to earth kinda people who will make you laugh! They also are very knowledgeable in everything E-Cig and vaping! I drive 40 min passing numerous other vape shops just 2 go there! You will love it!

Nice place, decent prices. The employee I talked to wasnt very knowledgeable about the products though. Wanted a beginner set up that doesnt leak, got a tank thats well known for leaking. Found a better one online after a couple hours of research.

Best e-cig place around here. By far the biggest selection and good prices. Cool promos like a freebie if you spend over $100. Shane is super helpful and always makes sure all the flavors my wife and I like are in stock. Plus they always have new stuff to try out.

Build an Ecig is the only vape shop I go to.Who ever left a bad review sorry for your experience yet the company of juice has nothing to do with the owner. Do some research on the FDA regulations because in fact not one vape shop can give you testers unless you pay any more. Vaping is different to everyone, just like eating we all have different taste buds. To blame it on the owner is just childish. Ive had some juice I didnt like either its not the staffs fault. Its the company so maybe the real problem here is the company you tried. Remember keep it local so our community can thrive. Regardless of this rant build an Ecig is the only place all ever go to. Friendly staff huge selection and there willing to help with anything😍😍😍😍😍😘

Awesome owners super helpful great mods tanks and coil choices e juice selection takes up half the store🤔 they know my face and always make sure to have my juice in stock I could easily buy my favorite juice online but I choose to do business with them and always will!!🤔

One of their employees has almost 0 knowledge on vapes, and said vaping is just as bad as smoking gave me some fake bad juice reccomendations and then woulnt give me my free vape juice even though i pointed out the buy 3 get 1 free sign right behind his head. If a shop is gunna hire tweakers that have 0 knowledge and 0 respect id much rather buy my vape supplys online for half the price.

Like a lot of smokers, I thought I would save some money by purchasing vaping products, but as soon as cigarette prices went up, so did vape prices. Way to unnecessarily gouge our wallets guys. Box-$90 batteries-$20 charger for those batteries-$37 vape juice for 2 weeks-$70...*UPDATE* Im all for supporting local business, but theyre ripping you guys off. Seriously, look on eBay, $40 for combo tank and mod, $15 for 100ml good ejuice 4port charger $15. Thats like a 200% markup on ejuice. Shameful guys.

Very knowledgeable about vapes and vape products and was great about getting the right glass and coils for my vapes. I recommend this place 100 percent and Ill be going back soon.
