2022, My newly teen daughter and I went there for facials. Great room ambiance, we had a good experience (4 ⭐️) They suggested products for her and I to use. A short female with light brown hair that worked there (she left at the end of March 2023) would msg me to reorder products and was knowledgeable. She was always there; I could walk in, buy items, make appts, ask questions in person or thru text and she remembered us (5 ⭐️). After she left, the door is always locked, no one returns my calls, Im unable to make appts, Im unable to pick up face products, basically ignored (1 ⭐️).I dont know about other services, but they seem overpriced.

The owner found out I was unhappy with my lash extentions. I had recieved from a younger less experienced employee. She reached out right away and made it beyond right. They came out amazing. And I will be going back!

Love love love this day spa in Ukiah! All the girls are very welcoming and each provide such unique talents and services to their clients. Becky is amazing at waxing, fast and to the point with the wax but takes her time getting to know you and creates awesome relationships. Ashton spends so much time doing research on products and knows her stuff when it comes to skin care, makeup, lashes and everything else. Amanda does nails like no one else. It really is an all around perfect place to go to spoil yourself, take care of yourself, and create amazing connections. They are simply the best!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Very clean + cute, staff is so kind, such a relaxing environment! They even let me bring my baby in there while I got my brows done! I get my eyebrows done by Becky who is quick and gentle. I haven’t personally gotten my nails done here yet, but my friend goes religiously and hers always look 10/10 ❤️

Love wildflowers! The shop is the cutest little house style and so warm and inviting. Love the smell of the candles they have to purchase, and the other products they have. Becky is the best waxer I’ve ever had. Ashtyn was great during my lash lift and tint as well. Can’t recommend them enough. Staff is always happy and friendly.

If you are looking for a great wax - look no further! becky is the best and always creates a comfortable environment. The shop is very cute and welcoming with lots of fun candles and gift ideas.

I had a complete facial but I dont know if he didnt remember to do the extraction, which is actually why I bought the package so I let him know... and then a piece of advice: applying sunscreen at the end is very important and even more so after a skin peel. I also felt super relaxed 😁 thank you!!!!
