This place is great, first time going in to cannabis 21 and I got all my questions answered while looking and more.... would definitely visit this dispo more often for product.

Cannabis 21+ is a very nice dispensary. They have a nice selection of products and brands. I was surprised at the prices the first time I went in. From what Ive seen they have the best prices around town.What also stood out was the customer service. All the workers have good vibes, kind and are very helpful.I myself like the special every Sunday. If you buy 3 if any product you get the 4th one free. Good time to stock up on carts or whatever floats your boat.Give them a try. Its located at the old Kwine building.

10 Stars. Been to every club in mendo and grand opening. And Cannabis 21+ has been the best and my favorite club since. Will not go to any other club, but Cannabis 21+. Best price and always have deals. And alway so friendly customer service. Clean and organized and great product and outdoor smoke lounge. Only thing is Cannabis 21+ if your listening open up earlier. You open a little to late everyone opens a hour before you guys. And I want to give my business. So pls open earlier thank you just some advise from a mendo born native Head boy

One star is the lowest rating I could give without it being 0 stars. Thats what they deserve. I dont know what happened since may 2023, but this place has gone downhill. The bud tender is beyond rude, which Ill admit, set me off, but show some decorum when youre the face of the company. They refused to give me any kind of contact info for a manager when I requested to speak to one about his unprofessional attitude. They advertise products online which they dont stock.Prior to may 2023, I had nothing but positive experiences there. I really enjoyed going to a shop with all females working, aside from security.Horrible, just horrible! Dont go. Go somewhere better. Anywhere is better than here.

Best Dispensary in Ukiah by far! Love the staff, they know their stuff!!. Heather always is so helpful. Not only is she a cutie but she is also sweet and friendly. The dog always welcomes customers when they walk in the door, I love seeing him there. Stop by for the best customer service you will get at any Dispensary around.

The vibe in the store is next to none more selections than most others and the employees are amazing my bud-tender Russell really knew what he was doing/talking about and upsold the heck out of me and couldnt be happier about it i give the store 10/10

My husband and I went into this dispensary this month and was greeted by a gentleman of the name “Anthony” my husband has been having back issues and Anthony pointed us in the right direction and got us just what he needed!! My husband would not stop talking about how this guys attitude was on point and he sure made us feel welcome❤️💚 the shop is beautiful and clean! This place is a gem in itself, we’ll definitely be back

This place is awesome. Heather is the BEST. She always is cute as can be, very friendly and helpful. Kimberly and Anthony are nice too. I love the mascot dog Escobar he always greets everyone when they walk in. The people leaving bad reviews, who have bad things to say MUST BE crazy because this is the BEST Dispensary IN UKIAH. The employees are always wonderful and have great customer service with everyone who comes in. Love you guys at C21 UKIAH.

The women in this place are beyond unprofessional. They talk about coworkers in front of customers and argue and slam doors(the one that’s boyish) very unprofessional! Then you have another lady that don’t sit still for longer then a second, talks a hundred miles a hour and always outside with friends on long breaks. Don’t wear appropriate attire and never ready to work and is a manager? Dang for a cannabis place it should be nothing but professional. The security Randy and the male bud tender are amazing if the male bud tender isn’t present on a day I need medicine, I will not be spending my money with these women who have no knowledge. Coming from a 70 year old women. Thanks 😊

Horrible customer service and the security guard is rude, loud, nasty, and needs to be retrained or get rid of her. in this establishment they lie on their menus and treat you like garbage when youre just there to buy things and go home.. they scream at you and threaten you and make you feel unsafe. definitely do not recommend coming to this place.

I got a vape cartridge and some flower. The people there are really friendly and helpful. The hours are nice too. The lounge out back leaves something to be desired though. Its nice to have a spot to sit but y u make bench out of cinder block and some wood? Its not super comfy, but I get the idea.

A very knowledgeable staff that are extremely helpful. The products selection is quite nice, and the specials were great when I visited. You can find some amazing strains of quality flower.

Cant get behind a place that lies on its menu. Telling somebody theyre getting one thing and then giving them half of that in a jar, so they dont know until they get home, is BS. Find somewhere better, these are scam artists.

Nice people,but expensive and i paid for 3 different types of cannabis and all 3 are over a year old and have absolutely no flavor, giant waste of money product date is packed on9-12-21 its 9-9-22.will not be going back

I work at another dispensary in town and have had multiple customers come in to tell me they just walked out of this business and came to the one I work in because they were treated with disrespect or rudeness.
