If you purchase a bubble bag make sure and double check that they give you the correct item. I came in to purchase a 220 work bag. Wasnt my normal brand but he rang me up and it seemed simple enough. When I got home and started to wash the strong incense smell from the bag I realized they gave me a 25 micron bag instead. I called them within 20 minutes of leaving the store to let them know of the issue. I was told to come right back and that they would get me taken care of. They had no suitable 220 micron bags in stock and told me there was nothing they could do as the bag had touched water. (zero hash just water) Now Im out $145 for a bag I have no use for. I have been supporting this place since 2012 but BEWARE: make sure they give you what you asked for.

Best smoke shop around in my opinion. They have been in business for over 20 years. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If your into supporting local shops then this place is a great place.They have a selection of products and quality products that are unparalleled around here. You also know your not getting a knockoff like you could easily risk if buying online.

Fairest prices Ive seen in the emerald triangle for quality glass. Ill happily go three hours out of my way to bring them my business any time Im looking. This is customer service done right.

Very helpful staff. Way more friendly than the people at build a ecig. I started buying all my vape supplies here recently and they have exceeded my expectations.They do have a return policy, unlike build a ecig, where they will only sell you more stuff instead of helping you. You also can feel more relaxed to ask questions, no elitist attitudes toward inexperienced vapers and smokers.Highly recommended!

Great selection, great prices, friendly staff. I am not sure about parking might be tricky on a busy day or maybe it was just the construction. Could be hard if you are buying heavy stuff, i was happy to find this little gem

The best headshop in town for quality craftsmanship! Here you will find beautiful pieces of pure art, not rinkydink, sketchy junk from China. Even if you don’t “partake”, come look at the glasswork! Much of the glasswork is made here in the Pacific Northwest! Everything you need is here in this shop, along with gift items, soap, incense etc. They keep up with the cannabis culture trends and are very knowledgeable. Very friendly, honest and helpful staff, always nice visiting. I take all of my out-of-town friends here and they enjoy it, too. My #1 supply shop since 2009 for safe, quality products.

Sold me a puffco with a in store warranty that lasts 10 days. It broke first week. I asked for a replacement puffco or replacement atomizer and they pushed me off told me to call puffco. They didn’t honor their warranty. Lost a lifelong customer I’ve been going here for the last 14 years religiously. Workers and management were very unhelpful and unprofessional. Will never shop here again It’s cheaper online anyways

Im so glad I heard about this smoke shop!! We are not local to Ukiah..but only an hr drive away, so we go often. Although Id never actually been to the Emerald Triangle- I was beyond impressed once I arrived💚💚💚👍 Not only are they located perfectly, not far from the off ramp we take, but they had everything I needed & more!!!! Lol The people who helped me inside were so patient, helpful, kind & courteous. They went above & beyond imo😊💚👍 I purchased my first silicone Nectar Collector that day as well as some other goodies. Their prices are seriously affordable & idk who wouldnt want access to a great priced smoke shop- thats pretty local?! The vape section has been greatly expanded and the prices reduced. i highly recommend you check it out. Far beyond what you would expect from what is essentially a head shop.

Other than your standard glaaswork equipment, this place also carries some tobacco products. Including Makla... the only place Ive been able to find it in Lake OR Mendocino county.
