Every therapist so far has been wonderful but love the job that David does. He is newer but seems to have so much knowledge and understanding that you cant tell. Highly recommend. One of the best massages I have had so far

Janine is such an amazing therapist! The spa is always so welcoming, cozy, accommodating, and CLEAN!!!! I was so excited when they first opened, and I get massages every month! They have a wonderful family membership plan!! I usually don’t like signing up for memberships, but theirs is SO worth it! Love love love coming here, and love the staff!

I love coming here. April has done many facials on me and each time they are amazing!! She is so sweet and talks about what she is doing and is very knowledgeable about skincare. Ive been a member since December and my skin has improved so much!!! Ive had a few massages and Dria is by far the best Ive ever had anywhere! She focused on my neck and shoulders and I feel wonderful! I will definitely be coming back to see her. The manager gina is very nice and friendly and if you need help with a situation she is there to help. Sarah is very pleasant and friendly too..I could go on all day I wish I could come here everyday 💖

Renee, was excellent. This was my 1st message and it was amazing. She recommended an add-on for deep tissue (which I recommend) and had the perfect amount of pressure. Today I received a facial here and it was phenomenal. Everything was great and my April was my esthetician and she was amazing. The room was calm and relaxing and she was very helpful and had fantastic advice. She explains and talks as she works and I love the customer service. If this sounds good you I definitely would recommend her and the location! :)

I had my first facial today with April and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about all of the products she used and very professional. My skin feels so glowy and beautiful! Definitely would recommend booking with her.

I planned a couples massage for my wifes birthday. I was hesitant to go here, their price was a bit too good to expect a great experience. After attempting to schedule at a few other (pricier) places with no success, I checked the reviews. So many happy customers and nice pics I gave them a shot. I am sooo glad I did! Both my wife and I had great massages. Sara is AWESOME! My wife says Jessica is great too. But back to Sara, best deep tissue massage of my life! The facility is surprisingly nice. Ive been to high end spas, and for being in a shopping center in Shelby, the decor and ambiance here are surprisingly luxurious. We were so impressed, we decided to buy a membership, which offers a great deal if youre interested in regular massages.

I have been enjoying monthly massages at MassageLuxe since November. I have been fortunate enough to receive sessions from four different therapists, each with their own unique techniques. All of them have provided me with exceptional massage experiences. During my most recent visit, Renee was my therapist, and she gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. She also gave me valuable advice on post-massage care and recommended which areas to focus on in my daily stretching exercises. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage experience. The staff is friendly, the ambiance is relaxing, and the therapists are highly skilled. Overall, it was a great experience!

I’ve been going to this place for over 4 years. Different techniques from different therapists everybody has been the best there. One therapist her name is Renee.she is very technical and does her job very well. She went above and beyond …..Asked questions ….that was the best massage I’ve ever had very courteous and professional my wife and I really love her. We will be back to see Renee real soon !!!! Everyone is always so friendly when I come in (especially Gina) at the front desk.Ive had April for many facials and they are always excellent!Ive had many massages and they are very good and most of the therapists are wonderful and do a great jobThe manager (gina) really cares about her clients and if you have an issue she makes it right for you .I have been a member for over 6 months and I plan to continue coming back

Ive been coming here for a while I think this is like my 11th massage and Monica was amazing. She just felt where everything was tense went back to problem area to make sure all the kinks were out. Wow, I love her techniques - really good. I have already booked my next appointment with her and am looking forward to it already!

I’ve been going to MassageLuxe for a couple months now as a subscription member. They offer amazing first time benefits and I’ve been able to show my body love with monthly massages. I’m a nurse so my back and calves hurt often, but these appointments have definitely helped me find relief. I’ve been with a couple of different massage therapists including Dria, Elise, Janine, and Jessica. All of which have amazing talent and expertise! I am always leaving my appointments so so relaxed and the environment is always so soothing. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Had my first visit to this location today. After cancelling my membership at the Troy location I was pleasantly surprised at the Shelby Township location. Everyone was so friendly and Dria gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to book my next visit!

Had my 1st facial last week and cant fully put into words what a amazing experience it was. April is a 100/10 therapist, truly is a professional. Back in January I scheduled my mom and I a couples massage for her birthday, we had Jessica and Janine. Needless to say after our appointments we both signed up for memberships! My husband and I had a couples massage tonight with Anita and Janine so he could see what the hype was about. Results are in! AMAZING! Each and every one of you ladies are wonderful!

Renee was EPIC!!!!! Deep tissue with working tough very tough muscle tension. I lift weights in the gym and my muscles go through brutal recovery. They knot up with extreme tension. Renee worked hard through the muscle groups and I came out feeling like a million bucks ready for my next weight lifting session. If you train, Renee should be part of your recovery.

This was a pleasant experience Renee was a pleasure to work with. When I come back I only want her. The front end was great too. Customer service is awesome here. I’ll be coming back.

My fiancé and I have had a membership for give or take a year now and we have NEVER had a bad experience. We both have therapist we love to see, Jessica and Elise. However, I recently had Dria for a session and she was AMAZING as well. Truly never a bad experience

Renee is really good.. had a great experience during my massage! She worked perfectly on neck and back as I expected.. would really recommend her.

Everyone is so friendly and personable at this location. Elise has done a few of my massages and she is great! I prefer a firm to deep tissue massage and she does this very well. I would recommend her!

Dria is such a wonderful massage therapist. She has great technique and such a sweet personality. I love having a membership and being able to see her each month.

I purchased a Groupon and redeemed it on May 29, 2024. Ive had massages in the past but this one was not as expected unfortunately. My appointment was the last one for the evening and I understand the masseuse was tired but she stopped to yawn about 5 times during my session. She also paused multiple times to scratch her face/hair. She forgot to massage my right arm and I had to tell her at the end of the session. I felt her massage was not consistent at all.

I have been to dozens of massage places and this one ranks at the top. Dria is a phenomenal therapist. Her deep tissue techniques and pressure are perfect for me. She really knows her stuff and works with me to heal my problem areas. Feel great after every visit. Love her! The Hydroluxe chair is also a great bonus.

I have enjoyed Massage Luxe Shelby Township membership for the past 6 months. I dont think I have ever given a company a bad review, but for the past couple of months, a particular front office staff has been absolutely nasty. I go there to be a peace and relaxation. Being greeted with crankiness and nastiness is not something Ill tolerate, so I canceled my membership. Wont be going back to MassageLuXe Shelby Township!

I’ve been a MassageLuxe member for years now, but new to the Shelby location. Each time I’ve gone in, the Shelby team has always been fantastic! Everyone’s super-friendly, greetings happen immediately, appointments are on time down to the minute, and the place itself is well-polished and clean. My fav go-to therapist is Katherine; she’s amazing! Pressure is always perfect, she knows cool details and tips on body care and maintenance, she’s super-kind, and always in good spirits. I’m super-happy with the service and of course would recommend!

Dria is phenomenal! She is so sweet and talented. She makes the experience very comforting and relaxing, everything you would hope!

Anita is fantastic at her craft! She has skilled hands, a calming ambiance and the tension melted away. Highly recommend!

I used to go to this place long time ago, its very clean, smells super good,and comfartable place that gives you a felling of relaxation and stress relieve once you enter, the staff is very nice and helpful, we have membership with them, me and my daughter used to get our massage done by Katherine, she is best of the best. She is amazing Never think to change her, she is very professional, nice, and always relieving my pains with her special massage techniques. We give her 10|10 rate. i am strongly recommend her for every one!

Dria is amazing, I tend to carry all my stress in my shoulders and get some pretty intense knots in my upper back and neck. Her deep tissue massage gets them worked out and has me feeling back to normal

Katherine is amazing!! I’ve seen her 3x and have appointment scheduled every two weeks for the next couple of months. She’s attentive and she has great pressure. I have recommended her to a few of my friends who need a deep tissue massage!!

I’ve had a lot of massages of my day, but the best one I’ve ever had is from Dria! Jesus just the right amount of pressure at each area and she spends a good amount of time and your troubles spots. She’s absolutely wonderful!

Therapists werent as good as the ones I currently see. I thought I could save a little money by booking a therapist closer to home. You dont actually get 90 minutes either. You get 80 and then 10 minutes on a massage chair. WHAT??? Didnt like that at all. The table are really mushy foam and not firm. The clerks at the desk obviously dont know what theyre doing either because Ive been trying to cancel since September/October and they are still trying to charge me!!! Id give these people negative stars if I could. Nightmare!!! I disputed the $300 that they were not authorized to charge me but they charged me anyways and I got it back. They ruled that there were obviously some errors in their business dealing. Thank goodness. The saying is true that you get what you pay for. Never going there again. Im sticking with my therapists. They might be a little farther to drive but so so worth it!!!

My facial was a wonderful first time experience. April did a fantastic job and I will be back .I would recommend getting one from her as a gift to yourself. I also received a deep tissue massage from Jenna and that was also a great experience and worked out the knots in my shoulders with just the right touch .I will be back for another one forsure.

I always have a wonderful massage with Janine. Today before my session I pulled a muscle in my neck and could barely move it in a lot of pain. I left today full almost full neck mobility feeling great and refreshed. Thank you Janine! Excited to try a facial from this location 5 stars

Ive had four or five massages at this MassageLuxe in Shelby Twp, with 3 different therapist and I have not been disappointed by anyone after any session. With that said, I had a Swedish massage with Renee T. and I felt so relaxed afterwards, it was amazing! Her technique and the pressure she uses is on point. I asked her to focus more so on my back and shoulders during my massage and she did just that, and helped with some knots I had on my upper back. When she got to my face and head though, I just wanted to melt 🫠. I didnt want the session to end, but alas, my time was up. Thanks Renee!

Today I received a facial from April and she was amazing. One of the greatest facials I’ve ever had. I felt like she not only did a facial that worked best for my skin but also added a massage to use every minute, which I loved! I also received a massage from Dria and she aimed for all the spots I asked and did great with her pressure to take out my knots. She was also very delicate when I needed her to be and always made sure I was comfortable with the pressure she used! Thank you both and also to the lady that helped me at the front desk she was very polite and helpful. Clean area and very relaxing!

90 minute deep tissue massage with Dria was excellent. I was so relaxed, I caught myself dozing off a couple of times. Definitely a great massage.

I highly recommend Dria. Her hands are magical and shes a wiz at releasing knots. Overall, the facility is well maintained and the staff are always attentive.

I am not one to post, but Dria was truly amazing. If you are looking for an amazing deep tissue massage please go experience her massage. She truly owned the massage and it was fantastic!! I could not give her enough credit to how amazing her massage was!!

After leaving my review, the owner reached out and we had a great conversation about my rating.To add more substance, my review is primarily based off the massage therapist I had during my fiance and Is couples massage. There were a few things she did not do that previous massage therapists have done (scalp massage, massaging toes). My fiance stated his massage therapist did a great job; however, it is his first massage so he does not have anything to compare it to. Also, to add, we got there right on time but due to not completing the electronic paperwork before hand, we had to start a few minutes late (took 5 minutes, our fault). Massage started at about 12 minutes after start time and ended 5 minutes before the hour. So in total, the massage itself was 42 minutes. We did get a 10 minute hydro massage for each of us after we were done (similar to what Planet Fitness offers).We purchased two gift certificates prior to this location opening while they were offering a great deal. Before purchasing, I asked if we could use them together for a couples massage and I was told yes. I was not informed there was a $10 per person fee for a couples massage so keep this in mind if you choose to do one.Overall, the office is beautiful, welcoming, warm, calming. Its also very clean with appropriate lighting. The owner is personable and strives to ensure all clients have an enjoyable and personal experience.

Today I had Alana for my massage and she worked on my neck like an angel sent from heaven just for me. I’ve been a member for about 5 months and every time I go I’m always impressed by The atmosphere and professionalism of the staff and massage therapist alike. I appreciate how often they check in to see if I’m comfortable or need anything. I will continue my membership with them and continue to come back for as long as I can. The manager has always treated me very well and always seems excited to see me and my wife when we come in for our appointments , I would give this place a 10 star review if that was possible.

Came in to get my monthly massage, and for the first time I tried Anita, she was amazing and triggered all my tension points, especially on my neck and shoulders! She knew how to treat and heal them! She was truly amazing. I will go see her again for sure.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, and I would put her in the top 3. The massage was extremely relaxing, even while working on the many knots I had in my back. I will definitely be back to see her.

Today I had an hour massage from Dria. I guessed in the first 5 minutes that it was going to be a fantastic massage and it was! Everyone has left a massage disappointed for one reason or another: pressure wasnt right, missed tight spots, too much talking, not enough talking etc. I was not one bit disappointed. She is AMAZING! Dria inquired on what areas I wanted to focus on and she did a GREAT job on all of those spots. I booked a 90 minute with her before leaving the spa. I do not need to look any further for the massage therapist who doesnt disappoint. Dria is IT!

What a nice place everybody there was so friendly, and a very nice environment. As soon as you check in, they take you to a lounge area where you can help yourself to hot chocolate and tea. Dria is the best! I’m a dental hygienist and I’ve been getting deep tissue massages from her for years and followed her to this location! She is so sweet and really focuses on your problem areas.

I had my very first facial and I’m so thankful I had it with April! She was kind and you could tell that she enjoys what she does. She knew all of the benefits of each product and what it does for the skin, which was helpful for me because I know very little about skin care products. She made sure I was comfortable, her set up was clean, and she always warned me if something was warm/cold before she put something on my face. That made me enjoy the experience more because she did every step with intention instead of feeling like she is just going through a “routine.” I’m not from the area, but I’d definitely go back just for her! I love getting a monthly massage here. Janine is the best massage therapist. Shes always made me feel so comfortable and makes it easy to communicate how Im feeling and what I need. Shes been invaluable in helping me manage my chronic migraines and tension pain. I very much recommend getting a 90min massage with hot stones, especially in the winter.

My mother purchased me an hour massage for Christmas. Worked peak season at Amazon, and I actually forgot about till she said something.. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and when I say the staff was great starting with the receptionist… She took my info and got me checked in.. From there she took me to another room in the back.. lighting dim and the tv was playing.. They had various beverages to choose from (tea, water, hot chocolate, and coffee.. The ambiance was definitely set by this room. From there after making my drink, Hailey came and escorted me to the back… It was heaven from that point on till I exited the building. Will be becoming a member. Thank you for EVERYTHING MassageLuxe❤️

Lisa did a amazing job on my first ever facial. She explained what she was using and gave a wonderful relaxing mini massage. I would recommend her and the redness facial.

First time customer getting their facial and massage. April was very gentle and knowledgeable about each product she used on my skin, did a treatment based on my skin type and its needs. David was amazing as my massage therapist. He worked on the areas I was having in the most trouble; gentle and not too rough, and always asked about the pressure throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable. Both of them are awesome, and I will be returning. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful spa day on my birthday. My skin is glowing, and I feel so relaxed afterward.

I received a gift certificate to Massage luxe Shelby township. Today was my first visit to this location. It took me a whole year to remember to schedule, but it was most certainly worth the wait. Halia was an outstanding massage therapist! Ive had dozens and dozens of massages in my lifetime and I can honestly say that today was my very best experience! Halia Is an extremely intuitive therapist and Im walking out of there with complete and total relaxation. Not many therapists address your knots in a way that truly makes them melt.... However, Halia had several different methods of working through them almost artfully. Perfect firm pressure and truly looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks. If you are looking for a new massage therapist I would recommend Halia and Massage Luxe Shelby township without hesitation! Thank you for a wonderful experience.❤️

Massage Luxe Shelby is the best! The facility is well kept up, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the free water massage table is amazing! Katherine is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She tunes into where my specific issues are, while still covering the full body, and she relaxes me so much she puts me to sleep, which has never happened before!

This was my first facial ever. I had a seaweed with April, it was great.The spa is clean, sharp and looked organized.The bed was nice and warm and helped me relax right away.As I write this my face feels refreshed, healthy and light, like weight has been removed from it. Wow, there are many steps to a facial! And this was all about the facial but when she put the seaweed mask on me, while it was doing its thing, I also got an arm and shoulder massage, and additionally got 10 minutes on the hydro massage chair!

I just had my 1st massage at Shelby Massage Luxe. What a great experience from start to finish! The aura of relaxation is apparent the moment you walk in. Its very beautiful on the inside and everyone there was kind and helpful. My therapist worked especially on a couple trouble spots in my back and neck that I told her about. I felt so much better when I left! Ill definitely go back again.

I had a massage with Haila today and she did a wonderful job. I had knee surgery about 6 weeks ago. She was able to release the tension from my right leg. This will make PT this week a lot easier on me.

Im not much of a massage person, but I was advised to get one because of my neck pain.I cannot say enough about Katherine. She actually took the time to listen to me amd my concerns.I liked her so much Im going back in two days, not to mention its a hour drive for me. Well worth it.Place is very clean and calming.

Do not sign up for a membership it is a joke. The massages i experienced were not greatso i tried to cancel. I was told I had to go in to the spa to cancel. When I cancelled, i had one credit left which I was going to use a few months later (because I already paid for it) but was told it expired. Apparently it said on the form I signed that it would expire but not relayed to me verbally. Why on earth would it expire after 60 days when i paid for it. Just all around terrible experience.

I loved this place. I had a facial with April and it was amazing!!! She really cared about me as a client and the hand/arm massage that went with the facial was wonderful. I like the ambiance. Very relaxing! I was so impressed I joined the massage club and cannot wait to go back and start getting massages and facials here.

I had recently had a couples massage with an original Groupon so in that case it had to upgrade and pay to get put in the couples room. When I first called I was told it was $5 each then checking out it was $10 each paying $20. Massages were done in the same room but I would not call it a massage all they did was rub not massage my arms and upper back. And legs and feet, lower back were not even 10 minutes. When my husband and I clearly told them the feet are our main focus. On top of all that they ended 10 minutes early…. I don’t recommend and definitely won’t be back waste of time and money. They don’t know the definition of massages.

My boyfriend got me a facial for Christmas as a gift. I did have some problems at the spa, but Reuben is a great manager and reached out and resolved my problems. He really took the time to understand the situation and to fix the problem. He reached out to me and was very professional and it was great talking to him! He was amazing with his customer service. He asked what he could do to fix my problem and he listened to me and helped me out!

Ive been coming here for facial massages sooo worth it, All the tension gone, my face is clean and clear. April even applied sunscreen for me so I could go to the beach. Feels like Im part of the family every time I visit.

I enjoyed a luxurious facial and massage of my neck shoulders arms and hands along with skin care advice from April. I then spent 15 minutes in their Hydro massage chair. A great experience!
