I always have fantastic service at this location. The store is usually fully stocked. They have super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Even when theyre busy they do their best to help you and answer any questions you may have

Thanks for recommending the more expensive product and convincing me to buy it and then never having the pods in stock in any of your locations. The staff is completely unknowledgeable about the products they sell. But I bet they can tell you where to get weed at a good price. Totally dissatisfied.

Cool staff. Great selection of everything you could ever want for all types of smokers. Can be understaffed and they do have to juggle between customers, so bring some patience along but youll leave happy!

Would not recommend their shop for electronic cigarette products. Several products I have purchased here have been clones (read: knockoff) and it goes so far as to be the same case with the batteries offered. Counterfeit batteries can lead to a explosion and seriously injure you. Their house juice is a sickly concoction of sucralose and random flavorings thrown together, sucralose will kill your coils, cotton and maybe lungs. Overall the employees are nice people but after several bad purchases I will not be returning.

Bought a battery, went to my car. It didn’t work. I tried to return they said, no returns and called the police on me. Will never go back!

I prefer going though Jr cigars. I bought a few from the store in North Utica and had a bad experience with your cigars. Cigars kept dying out and the draw was hard which I didnt expect for $13 cigars. Definitely will continue to go through Jr or Thompsons cigars.

Worst store ever, dont shop at any smokers choice especially the one on auert ave. Puff and stuff is way more affordable, better craftsmanship, and friendlier customer experience. If I could score smokers choice as 0 of the 5 stars I would.

I def do not recomend coming here. Staff is very rude! Theyd rather talk negativly about the owners of competing vape shops to anyone who is unfortuante to have to listen to it. In particular “jon reiben” a manager. Was talking negativly about the lady who runs the vaps shop by big apple. The one who runs the vape shop by biglots in rome. And the owner who runs the vape shop in whitesboro by burger king.Def do not recomend coming here. Go literally anywhere else. God dam that was an annoying expereince. Just wanted to get my stuff and leave but noo, he had to talk his lil peice first.

This lady there robbed my mom of $50 told her the items weren’t buy one get one free. They are. People that rob old people are the worst of the worst. If I could give them no stars I would. I would suggest Amazon or any other place.

Nice shop but they accept no returns. So, if you make a wrong choice and want to return after 5 min, they will say sorry.

Just recieved the worst most unprofessional treatment by self proclaimed manager...shes white and trys to act like she is black...called out of my name and never ever cared to help me with what i needed...shes extra extra extra and i will never return again...
