The staff always provides great service and are very knowledgeable about their products. They were able to give me an alternative to the product I needed that they did not have in stock that works for my device. They go above and beyond, when they could have just said they were out of stock and left it at that.

I first came to Utica vapor a year ago and havent gone to another place yet! They are always super helpful and always recommend things when Im not sure of a product. If its not something I wanted they are always willing to make it right with me. I say shop local!

Nice clean shop, Very expensive compare to other shops, he mixes his own up to 50 mg salt base juice.. however he uses very thin oil which burns really fast so you need to keep coming back and shorts you on the flavor added then he charges almost twice the price for his juice than the places around that have the same mg salt base.. his prices are quite a bit more for all the equipment than anywhere in Rome anyway.. I stopped getting ripped off and found a local place and am now paying normal prices.. personally a nice guy, but hes expensive for everything..

Nice, small location for vaping products in Utica. Ability to choose or match your flavors to have a house blend whipped up. Which a lot time can be better due to nailing that preffered flavor on the dot. Warning to someone going in choosing a flavor Willy nilly esp if not sure of how they are alone, and together. Trial and error might be needed. Could price more then typical but for the exact flavor I have in mind for that day. It is top.

It was a good visit, The Dude was very helpful on getting a Nicotine Vapor for My Fiance and was very knowledgeable as to what type of Vapor Oil She should be using in order to quit Smoking regular Cigarettes.
