OYO Hotel Valdosta GA I-75

The check in experience was... odd. Room was just sort of okay, but not worth $88. Bugs on the ceiling crawling around. TV did not work. You could hear everything from inside the room that was going on in the parking lot. Cigarette burns all over the room. We stayed, we left, we wont be back.

Our room only had 1 towel so I went to the front desk and requested more. The guy at the front asked why I needed more towels then proceeded to have his wife lady check our room to see if we were sneaking towels. Long story short, I got what I wanted.

The guy at the front desk was... rude to say the least, on the morning of checkout, an hour before we were even supposed to checkout the house keepers came pounding on the door... asking us when we were gonna leave... made me feel like they were trying to basically push us out the door... now Im not an expert in these things but isnt the whole point of a hotel to make you feel at home? That being said... The room was great.... Clean, they had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to quite a few restaurants, the mall was basically across the street, only a few miles from Wild Adventures, the Walmart was close by. As far as location they couldnt have picked a more perfect spot. Definitely need to work on their customer service though.

Zero stars wouldn’t recommend!! Booked a room for two people requesting double beds but they gave us one bed saying only two people but not all two people who need a hotel sleep in the same bed together!!! Guy at the front desk was rude. I also asked for a blanket they said they couldn’t give me one bc laundry was closed but I see a stack of bedding in plastic behind the window. They also didn’t have a phone in the room to call front desk. And to top it off there was a carcass of a dead roach in the bathroom at least it was dead so I guess they exterminate frequently but still. Bed was hard as a rock and only had a paper thin blanket with a sheet. Oh and they charged a $80 deposit for not to smoke in the room but it was a smoking room with an ashtray!!!??? Another oh yeah, they also have a dog which barks aggressively at you when you have to go to the office. These people are not professional they will also walk in on your an hour before check out to get you to leave. Rude AF!!! I will never stay here again!!! Don’t waste your money.

This was our 3rd different hotel room in 2 days, OYO hotel Valdosta out did the 2 others by a mile. Clean, respectful, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again when in Valdosta. A+++++

The guy at the front was EXTREMELY RUDE if I could give a -0 stars I would his attitude is the worst for no absolute reason. Don’t know if he lives there or not but his rude (blank) was always there. The room was gross sheets had someone else’s hair on them when I pulled them back found a condom wrapper in the bathroom area. Worst stay I’ve ever experienced in Valdosta most definitely wouldn’t recommend if you need it for more then a few hours.

$106 for a two queen on a Saturday shows how far down our country has come. It was a Motel, at the best. Price should be in the $60-70 range but it was sold out and thats when you usually get ripped.But to be fair it was clean and thats all what matters when you lay down to sleep. Obviously no breakfast, not much service, simply sleep and go.Also we were able to bring our dogs which was another $30, so $136 a night for a Motel.

The guy at the front desk is extremely RUDE! the room was wet. Floor was wet, the beds were damp. He stated it was bug spray. I did not stay he said ok no refund. Save yourself and dont stay here.

The bathroom was nasty. I bought some Clorox bleach spray to clean it myself but nobody wanted to shower even after it was clean. Yellow stains, and little gnats all over the shower. Also the man in the front was rude! I will not go there again.

Excellent sevice, amazing rooms, and amazing location at a great price. Highly recommend if you want a great nights sleep.

The rooms were very nice especially for being a motel 6. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I definitely will be returning next time I travel that way

The room was fine overall. The service wasn’t preferable at all. I waited In the cold for over a half hour because no one was at the desk when I got here. Then the following morning before check out, around 10am the same guy at the desk bangs on the door and instantly opens up the door while I was still in bed. Very unprofessional. Room was fine. Service was poor.

Horrible room, lousy mattress, noisy outside. Thin walls. Says pet friendly but got stern warning from desk about our dog. Just nasty.

Little noisy on the guests, maybe cause walls seem Soo thin. Dog fee per pet is a little much.No coffee, no coffee pots, no breakfast items at All.

Great location off 75 and near Target and Valdosta Mall and all major restaurants and atores.Newer Amana AC units digital to 60 with constant fan is reason I return when I am on my way North from SWFLA.Nice wood floors.Great to get first floor.Great prices.Mini refrig and microwave.Big high definition TV.Best price for over night stay.Front desk staff great.Only 4 miles to the Planet Fitness so that was great.They even have a nice pool.

The stay was nice. I didnt appreciate the Indian lady opening our door while my girls and I were getting ready tho. The room was not bad for the price. Holes in the comforter and bathroom door looked like someone tried to punch a hole in it. Overall. I would stay here again.

We were on the road going to Florida and had to pull over for the night. We had a small dog. Everyone wanted 75.00 for the dog and almost 100.00 for a room. We found oyo on the internet and took advantage of booking on line at a fantastic rate and a low dog rate. Room looked brand new and smelled great!!

While the lady was nice she had two dogs one large dog and one small dog that were in the office and the larger dog kept barking at me. Also if I left the to walk the premises I certainly would not let my dogs just roam around as the larger dog approached me and the lady had to call her back. I shut my room door and accidentally made the extra Safety Lock swing over and could not get back in. The husband was nice and transferred me to the next room but at first made it seem like I shut the door too hard when the lock was simply too loose. It was around 11:00 p.m. so I did not slam the door as I was trying to be quiet. The location is convenient however the noise is loud from the main road. I made the reservation over the phone and then was told when I got to the office I had to then pay the additional $15 for the pet fee. I feel that this kind of hotel should be more of a $60 charge not $83. The room did come with a microwave and refrigerator but I did not use them.

Nice room, excellent service, and a great location right off of I-75 and within walking distance of several restaurants.

Online price for first stay at the hotel was 29.99 when I paid online it charged me 70. And when I went to get the key they charge me additional 15. The front desk check was less than helpful. The room dingy with holes in the wall. Decided to stay somewhere else and they only refused 10cent . Could of kept it.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. Manager is rude and snappy, the rooms are old and stinky, towels are yuky grey and thin and the place very loud, good luck getting any sleep. Way too expensive for this run down and dirty place. Never will I stay at this place again!

Priceline got me on this one I had to share my review and experience number 1 the rooms smelled like a ashtray for it to be a nonsmoking room they had a big hole in the bathroom door the towel was nasty like they been use already plus they all looked like floor mats he was gonna give my money back because it was too late after booking plus he charged me $80 deposit that take 2 5 days to refund plus a $5 fee to put back on card …checkout time was 11 staff walk inside my room at 10 am after one knock good thing we was dressed I will never ever ever ever go back there…

Called ahead to book. Most complicated booking experience of my life. Took about 30 minutes and then I arrived expecting to receive what the man on the phone confirmed was my reservation. I arrive and it is completely wrong. I then had to pay almost double to correct the reservation with the snarky man at the front. Would not stay here again.

Never will I stay here again... Front desk is rude as hell, the rooms were nasty, tub dirty, roaches. Pick somewhere else

It was a safe area but thats about it. Got to room both beds are damp to almost wet. Air took till 2 a.m. to cool down room. Can hear all the noise outside. They said the deluxe room will fit 4 people easy not true 2 couples normal size and could barley fit on the beds they said queen but were full size. This is barely a $60 hotel but charge $100

The room was fairly decent as it had hard wood floors, but the linen was very dingy and nasty looking. I asked if they had better linen and the said no. So I have to go by me a king size bedding and towels. Also, the bed did not go all the way to the wall and it was very nasty behind the bed. The air condition kept tripping the switch which was an added aggravation. I had never heard of this hotel before so my first impression of this company was not a great experience.

I showed up with a reservation and he said it wasn’t in the system and to book again. BOTH reservations went through and they refuse to refund me for 1 of them. This place is sketchy please beware don’t fall for the price.As for the room- thin walls and bugs.

I reserved a room therethrough booking, it showed me 72 $ when I get there to pay. I went there when I arrived, the manager there told me, being an Indian. very rude and at the same timeaggressively telling me in fact the room is 97 dollars I accepted and told him to give me a receipt after hearing the receipt he didnt agree with me either He said he wont give me any room And I lost 72 dollars because the reservation was non-refundable I called the police told me he can do nothing dont go there

Upon entering it stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. Then once we entered our room and went to turn on the light I noticed the lamp shade looked like it was dug directly out of a dumpster; torn and completely filthy. Turning on the light made it look repulsive. The other lamps in the room were the same. I started noticing all the furniture was chipped, broken and most was covered in a layer of grime. I really think all the furniture is second hand, I could probably find better stuff at goodwill.Lining the floor also was mold and mildew, especially under the A/C unit. All that said, I know this is a budget hotel. But the things I saw are basic cleanliness and upkeep that should be attained. We will definitely not be returning.

Let me tell you about this underrated hotel room. My family was traveling late night and was looking for a hotel last minute. We booked a hotel room about 12 AM We did end up going to the wrong one, so please pay attention there are two in this town. No when I arrived I was very skeptical. After a good night sleep. I will tell you I will always return when in the area.Fresh Linen, comforterable,that no bugs, clean bathtub, friendly staff. Oh and my add breakfast Ill take it!

The room was decent and the people at the desk were very nice. I didnt quite understand the bathroom curtain/tub design, but it didnt effect much. Wish there were better channels on the TV. Worth the stay for its asking price. Would do it again. Recommend just hooking something to the TV.

Charged more then what was told from the booking, room had roaches housekeeping walked in without permission telling us we were supposed to check out even though we booked the hotel for the whole weekend…Wi-Fi is good when it finally works though

If I could give it zero stars I would. The water had no pressure so it was cold and there was brown liquid coming out the tub. The water out the sink tasted like sewer water. We had to go to the dollar store to get fresh towels, sheets, and blankets, and water. There was holes in the door going to the shower and the towels were filthy. They smelled like old urine and they had a nasty brown look to them. We could not shower and this was my daughters orientation weekend for college at Valdosta State. She was very disappointed in her room and cried the whole night. I have tried to contact someone because we spent almost 400 dollars in two rooms for two horrific nights. It reminds you of the Bates Motel.

The front desk was incredibly helpful. To be honest, for the price, we expected a lot less. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Location is convenient to many restaurant options as well as close to the mall, college and interstate.Thank you for a pleasant experience!

When we arrived there was no water and told it would be 2 hours before the problem would be fixed.We were told by the staff and Booking .com it would take 48 hours to get a refund and no other hotels had rooms. So we had no choice but to stay. The water problem was fixed in about about 1 hour and a half and it was running brown water at first and I refused to drink it. No iron, no dressers, no coffee or breakfast. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The next morning a maid did come to see if we needed anything. This hotel is in a great location for restaurant, stores, and we went to the movies and attended a church service both were not far from the hotel. In spite of my experience I would stay again but not for the rate that theyre offering but for like $50 a night.

After traveling 11 hours with the family I arrived at the hotel to find that they had cancelled the reservation that I had made a month before because they overbooked! We were not offered any alternative. I called customer service and was told many times that they were sorry. When I explained that my family cant sleep on a bed of sorry and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that all of the supervisors were all to busy to speak with a customer. This hotel chain is the worst! BEWARE!! BTW, we did find a hotel in the next town at 1:00 am, so we did get to sleep...finally...

I gave him two stars because of I was misled but probably mainly due to hotels.com I was told and I read that I could cancel free up until the time taking in well when I went to cancel about 3 hours ahead of time they told me know they would charge me anyway if I canceled. and yes I called hotels.com try to go through them too but you couldnt get ahold of them just machines but can weight cause a big problem to have to go where I wouldnt lose the money and to top it off check out time is 11 a.m. but housekeeping is beating on my door at 7 a.m. speaking to me in a suggestive manner to get out so I made sure I stayed until 11:01. but on the plus side for the hotel it was neat and clean the rooms had bench seating in the corner I like that and really stay overnight was eventless & quiet. No noise and not a lot of no ways and I know this because I was up all night working.

The room was filthy. There were bugs. There were toenail clippings on the nightstand. The toilet wasn’t secure and the faucet wasn’t attached. The towels hadn’t been switched, they were crusty. I would have canceled my reservation but I couldn’t get a refund. Don’t stay here

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE. DO NOT STAY HERE! My fiancé and I picked this hotel primarily due to the cheap rate and pet friendly policy as we were needing and extended stay while in the process of moving. At first glance everything was fine. The man at the front desk understood our situation and seemed to play fair. We ended up needing to stay longer than our extended stay and when my fiancé went to add days we were told something totally different than what we were told during our first encounter. A larger sum of money different. I found the same room for significantly cheaper online through Priceline and booked it. We figured we would go in the next morning to pay the pet fee. When my fiancé went in to pay the fee the man at the front desk(same man from before) YELLED at him and told him he would not honor our Priceline booking because we “went behind his back” and FORCED my fiancé to give him $100 more to cover the “difference”! My fiancé tried to reason with the man and told him that it was just more in our price range on Priceline and didn’t see what the issue was. He continued to yell at him. I will be contacting Priceline for a full refund of my booking through them and contacting the BBB and Oyo customer service directly to be issued a full refund for the rest of our time there. Our room was only cleaned twice the entire time we were there and there were bugs. Do not go here and absolutely DO NOT trust these people with you money!

Checked in with Hopper paid for and got to hotel at 1230am for the female owner refused to honor Hoppers booking she wanted 100.00 more. When I refused she told me to leave. It will take 3 to 5 business days for my refund now. Not to mention the large crowd of questionable people standing around by the stair case.

Stayed one night. Had a dog so had to pick one that would allow. Place was run down. Had a big crack in door when you shut it. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Room appeared clean but had an odor. We sprayed refresher and left door open. U get what u pay for

This hotel is HORRIBLE!!!! WE WHERE TOLD NO DEPOIST AND HAD TO PAY ONE WHEN WE GOT THERE AND THEY DON’T TEFUND IT!!! THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING FOR OYO TO BE A NEW BRAND HOTEL!!! COME TO FIND OUT IT USE TO BE A MOTEL 6. THERE WAS ROACHES AS WELL!!!! LOOK AT VIDEO AND PICTURES OF THE ROOM!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!!!!!! AND ON TOP OF THAT THERE WAS A BABY IN THE BACK OFFICE WHICH IS AGAINST ALL LAWS!!! YOU CAN HEAR THE BABY IN THE VIDEO!! Honestly I never leave a bad review!!! I try to only do positive ones!!! But his one had to be done… DIDNT EVEN STAY THE WHOLE NIGHT!!

The Manager onsite was very helpful, polite and accommodating but the room could use improvement. Old towels with holes and hairs in the bathroom. In the tub and on the floor. Spacious room set up. Not bad for the price.

Room was decent. Felt like staying in a jail though. The Man at front desk was more like security. Make sure you don’t show up with extra ppl in car when checking in. Their going to ask are they on your reservation lol and keep your receipt to show room service you paid for more than one night. Ran to store and left my 17 year old in the room and she was hassled several times about leaving after checkout. I had to call front desk 🥴 they need better customer service

It was clean and convenient, my only problem was that the first room they gave us had a broken bathroom doorknob. I asked to be moved due to the door not closing and was actually appalled at the way they handled it at first, I finally had to tell them again I dont want to see or hear my 30 yr old son in the friggin bathroom. Yes we were moved and good thing we had cells because none of the phones worked and vending machines were not plugged in

They overcharged my card for the reservation and then declined to make it right when I contacted the booking website. I had to dispute the unauthorized charges with the credit card company. For this reason, I will never stay with them again. I dont trust them with my credit card information as they just added 3 extra charges for no reason.

Good value option for an overnight in Valdosta. Painless check in. Basic furnishings, but good enough for me. Clean, comfortable and convenient within an easy walk to a variety of restaurants.

This hotel chain is the worst! I booked 2 rooms over a month ago. After driving 11 hours, I arrived to find that they had overbooked and cancelled my reservations. When I called customer service I was told that they were sorry. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were all too busy to talk to customers. If you want to book a room and actually have it when you arrive, I suggest ANY other hotel chain except OYO. THE WORST!!

I booked a room for my sister at this motel because she is disabled. The last night of her stay the person working at the front desk refused to give her a key for her room. When I tried to tell them that the room was in my name. They refused to give me a room key and told me to call the police to receive one. We were locked out of her room until the police came. Upon giving my ID to the desk clerk he had the police sign a copy of my license that the clerk had the whole time. This motel has no regard for its residents at all. For the inconvebience they wouldnt even refund our money for the last night. I highly do not recommend this establishment.

I didnt actually stay. I booked the room online when I got there with my 2-26ft Uhaul trucks I didnt feel like it was a safe area to park them so opted to turn the key back in a keep driving. I asked for a refund and was told I would need to call customer service which was fine, seemed standard. I called and talked to several people on several occasions and was even left on hold for 45 minutes finnaly to be told my refund was denied by the man who checked me in saying I gave no explanation as to why I wasnt staying which was absolutely untrue. I explained that I had 2 large trucks and that I believed the area was not safe. He lied and said I said nothing. Im so upset. Id would never ever do business here again

We were in town for the ManCup event for the weekend. The room was clean. I use their App to book my reservation. Check-in went smoothly and without any delays. The only issue we had was water pressure. Other then that, everything else was great. We will come back

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. We arrived at the room, and discovered it completely dirty, with the beds made up with visibly dirty sheets that even had a dirty sock in them. When we called down to the front desk I was told to come down and they would provide me with a clean room. When I arrived downstairs, the man at the front desk proceeded to yell at me, and my family, for about 45 minutes. He threatened us several times and when we said we were calling to report them to the Covid-19 standards report line due to the safety issues of having clients in dirty during a pandemic, he finally gave us a refund. I cannot stress enough, please do not stay here.

The location of this hotel is veryconvenient, and at a walking distance its plenty of restaurants and shops. Safe place and quiet. The room was very clean and spacious. Pet friendly with a nice space to walk th dog. Personnel friendly and helpful. Will go back for sure.

I’ve been waiting on a cancellation refund for a room the attendant could not find in his system. He also didn’t offer another room. Admittedly, the hotel smelled like raid and dead roaches. But I probably would have stayed because the room was cheap. I wound up staying at a Great Western at the next exit which was fantastic. But all in all, I spent $160 for one room. Don’t stay at OYO, keep driving.

I WOULDNT EVEN LEAVE 1 STAR... Had reservations made for Mothers day weekend. Made those reservations for 2 rooms 2 weeks in advanced, I called and spoke the the front desk and the guy assured me my rooms would be together. After a day at Wild Adventures we left to check in and the guy only had ONE of my rooms. I show him my confirmation on the TWO rooms and he started screaming and shouting at me to leave. I said no I paid for two rooms do you have it. He then tried to make me sign a paper for one and I said no sir ill sign when you give me a paper for two rooms. He scream you no trust me? I said no sir and he screamed and started hitting the window that divided us so I left for my safety and my kids safety. Also the hotel is not as clean as the pictures appear!

Took me a long time to wake the staff up in the office, it was 32 degrees outside while manager took his time waking up. Spilled liquor bottle and blunts at the side-window. Finally get to our room, you cant lock the door because someone previosly kicked it in. Holes in the bathroom door where someone put their fist through it. Just give me a unsafe feeling thay males your hair stand up on the back of ypur neckI hate that the door doesnt lock! Im calling OYO customer service.

Good clean upgraded room. Comfortable well made up king bed. Great motel for less than $70. I will stay on the next road trip. Burger King at end of parking lot. No in room coffee. Mic.. & fridge in room.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The man at the front desk is absolutely useless when it comes to doing anything with your booking besides paying. The bath tub was nasty and leaking. Terrible overall experience. Spend your money and stay somewhere else; it will save you the stress and discomfort.

We went to stay and it was not at all what we expected , pictures were not what it was set out to be , we did not feel comfortable there and the place felt disgusting! We then went to get our refund and we paid threw a 3rd party and the office did not want to answer the phone to confirm the details so we could get our money back ! And she was very rude ! Will NEVER go back

Always gotten a room here aways GREAT quality & very good assistant. Have great manners and they have very good reasonable prices through the week and weekends. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

Great stay! clean, comfortable beds, hot shower with a lot of pressure! very amazing! fresh nice cold AC and filter. CLOSE TO THE MALL AND ALL SHOPPING CENTERS! Will stay here again! Building is small but it’s not what you think. Great place

The lady at the front desk at check in was very rude. They did not honor the price I was given on the website nor did they allow us to check in at an earlier time after being told by the manager earlier that day we could check in after 1. There was no water pressure nor hot water in the room so we was not able to take a shower. At check out as we was leaving the cleaning lady for no reason at all told us we better have left the towels or we will be charged. The whole experience was horrible we will never again use that motel.

We got locked out but they were very quick to get us back in. It was a 1 night stay. So wasnt looking for anything fancy and we got just that.

Dave Trivedi very Disrespectful to a customer. I went to do a early check in at 12pm and Dave has on front desk. He told me that the hotel was book last night that he didnt have any room at the moment that I have to wait to 3 pm to check in. So I sit on a small chair the have on the lobby. And Dave very Disrespectful said to me that I cannot wait there until 3pm. So I stand outside of the lobby to wait and Dave came out and told me that I have to leave the area or he call the cops. And he did call the cops and the cops told me that he cancelled my reservation and that I have to get another hotel. So I didnt.

Cost 71 $ by the time the add ons are done .room was clean. Had hardest flattest pillows , thinnest bed linens ever .very nice mini fridge but that is the ONLY aminity offered here besides free wifi no coffee maker in room , no plug to take a hot soak in tub ( nice large tub though) after a long drive . It is a clean bare bones motel worth about 45$ a night total . If you are looking for a weekly rate long term stay you would be comfortable with a dinette in room small setting area .and decent tv . But i dont recommend it for the average traveller who wants value for the money .

Rooms r nasty does not match the pictures on line this location does not offer shampoo air vent covers in dust old phone looked it was fried old bathing towels very old. Not bright white railing to 2nd floor not secure walls r thin poor paint job or lack of paint job this is for room 212. Not worth $78

I had a reservation through Booking.com.When I arrived, the hotel said their main office had cancelled my reservation today (while I was travelling and without communicating with me).They had also taken the cancellation fee through Booking.com because the free cancellation option had passed. They have cancelled, not me!Of course they had a room for me, for a much higher rate.I am very displeased with this policy and will never book a Oyo hotel again.

This is the nasties and dirtiest motel i have every been to in my life. The people at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. Everything in the room is cheaply made. I put my purse on the table and it broke. I am telling you now dont stay here even if you dont have no choice. Im telling you now choose somewhere else.

Last nov 2021 room was very clean .close to everything. We Actually left quality inn which was nasty & came here. Mgr. & Wife were very nice. It was during the week..so no I 75 traffic or rowdy ppl travelling up & down 75.. maybe ppl should remember Valdosta is a college town ...lots of young ppl & a lot of interstate traffic..many dont care about giving or getting respect. Given that the place was clean & quiet. & Like I said we left Quality inn . where we had reservations .. too nasty ..pk.lot seemed to have permanet visitors camped in front of their hotel room doors yapping late at night sitting on office chairs??? No thank you. We were lucky to find this little place .

My family & i stayed for 2 nights this passed weekend. The house keeper managed to snag my debit card that was laying on the table. & is caught on camera using it as well. In 2 different locations. On 2 different security cameras. Be careful for sticky fingers in this fraudulent establishment!

Poor communication. Prices were TOO HIGH. A pet fee of 25 dollars on top of 75 dollar charge for room and fees. So 100. dollars for 1 night. We have stayed here before numerous times with no pet fee and for around 50 dollars. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Beware lots of excuses and no service. No hair dryer in room, no iron.

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS A SCAM. I ordered a room for my sister n law at hotel.com when she got there place was not as advertised and didnt feel safe. She went to the front desk and said she was going to go to another hotel and he still charged us and told hotel.com that she stayed the whole night. BEWARE SCAM. David was the Manager and told me o well call the police which I did but they cant do anything unless I go to small claims court.

Would have given a higher rating however half the lights would not turn on. Electrical outlets where the lights were off would not work as well nor did the microwave work. That was really the only negitive things about the room and our stay.

We stay here when we are working owners are super friendly and check in is fast great location and clean next to restaurant in walking distance as well. Parking is great also if you have a trailer

Nice and clean stop for a weary travler. A little dated, but very clean and nice. owner was at the desk at 11pm. Nice guy, and was efficent in getting us to our room.inexpensive and comfortable. perfect for what we needed.

Terrible if I could give no stars I would! DO NOT STAY unless you have to. We got a refund. We walked up the the room and I felt dirty immediately... floor is coming up and under it is disgusting. Holes in the walls from someone getting mad. Smelt disgusting as well.

This place was really sketchy and I was too scared to comfortably rest in the room. Front desk worker was extremely rude.

Walked in and walked right back out. Huge cockroach on the ice bucket on the sink. The hotel is supposed to be refunding us but hasn’t yet. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

The price was good, the room was clean, the pool was clean, the people was nice and helpful. It’s waking distance from shopping and eating. I will be coming back to this hotel very time I go there.

Horrible. The first room had dirt on the sheets and left over rose petals swept under the bed. When we told the front desk, they moved us to another room which had clear indications of poor upkeep.

I was skeptical to stay here because of the negative reviews but ended up booking anyways. It was worth the price for sure, and very clean. The managers were accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here

This place is a dump. Beds are horrible, room was destroyed from previous stay. Holes in drywall, no toilet seat lid, no pillows. Absolutely garbage for $100 a night

The hotel room was clean and the location is great, right off the highway and close to many restaurants. The management was extremely friendly and accommodating.

For a good night stay with no extras, this is the one. Get your key, go to sleep, wake up and leave. No breakfast, No coffee, really no nothing. But the price was right! $$$

Room was nice but the bathroom had hair in the tub had a dirty rag in there and no additional clean rags again rooms were nice but the man called the police twice it was 8am everyone was sleep and police knocked on our door and was told that we were arguing when we were sleep that man had very bad service towards us he was rude from the time we arrived.

They are very rude plus they cancelled my room with out me knowing so when i got there to pay for my room they took 67.25 off my card and i still didnt get a room or money back im calling everything in now cause the clerk dont speak good english and rude

Made reservations get there and he as no rooms came all the way from Georgia with my daughter step team rooms had roaches sheets wasn’t clean they just made up the bed and didn’t change the sheets not worth the money nor your time

My family and I stayed there this past weekend we checked in Friday night(4/1/2022) later that night the kids woke us up complaining of being bitten so I went and checked the bed out and Upon looking I found bed bugs in their bed this was rooms 219 and 221 the we notified management and the owner at that point we where told we would receive our full refund in 3-2 days after not receiving the refund my wife call up there to talk with the owner and the owner who is the same lady we spoke with Friday night about the issue tells my wife that they will not be refunding our money we never stayed we where at thins hotel for a total of 2 hours I would not recommend this place to anyone

Honestly great for its asking price. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the reception was solid and quick. I would stay here again.
