Just wanted to reach out to say I made it in today, and got some vape products, and I wanna say they were some of the homiest, welcoming workers Ive encountered in a vapor shop. The blonde female worker was so so sweet I feel bad that I lost her name but she was so incredibly professional and helpful, and personable, and recommended great stuff for what I was looking for. Plus they were playing some Shadow of the Colossus in there on the game system at the time on free moments, and that is a childhood favorite of mine!!! Such an experience. Thank you. 🖤

Like the day before I bought a vape in Florida and I could not get it to work in Total I had spent $85 I brought it in here to the store it was in 2 minutes the guy had it working thank you so much you saved me so much money thank you

When I walked into this establishment I was immediately greeted by smiling faces and a friendly down home environment. Every one of my questions were answered with enthusiasm (which is hard to come by in retail these days) I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase vapes in the Valdosta area!!

Great experience here. I bought my first non disposable vape at another shop in town and even mentioned I knew nothing about them and the guy was very unhelpful, just wanted to sell a vape and get me out. It started leaking badly and I came into V-Town Vape and was warmly greeted by the staff. Barret helped me and broke the vape down and explained what he was doing and showed me a defective coil was causing the issue. I decided to buy a new vape from him and have been very happy with it. I will be going back here again.

Selection isnt great but its better than nothing. They never seem to have what I want when Im looking for multiple things. Juice, no coil. Coil, not the juice I want. Peanut butter? Forget jelly. Really nice people though who know their stuff.

Great customer service and inventory. Every employee greets you at the door and immediately ask what they can help you with or to give them one moment as they help a current customer. If they dont have what youre looking for, they are more than happy to order it for you at some of the best prices.

I went in with tank that was not coming undone. While trying to help me fix my mess up, the tank broke 😢. But instead of me having (insisting bc the tank broke bc of how I brought it in) to pay for a new one the set me up with a brand new one!!!! 😎 1000% the best customer service ever! Did I mention I’m from out of town and had never come in this shop before!!! Also I hardly ever leave reviews but this time I just had too!!!

Theres a big scruffy guy that works here, super helpful, super knowledgeable and hes a huge conspiracy guy (so am i). I went in for a quick in and out but ended up staying over 15 mins just talking about different products and quantum physics and such. I walked out with what I came for and am very pleased. 5/5 would recommend this smoke shop if you need helpful advise, and a good selection of delta 8 products.

I purchased 4 seperate vapes from this incompetent store within 30 days of each other. I like to keep 2 so when one is charging I have a separate one. In that time frame the second one I bought which was the most expensive one caught on fire, so I went for the next best one. I purchased 2 geekvapes within a week of each other. The first geekvape lasted a week and then has stopped working completely. I have tried using every charger with the exception of fast chargers to no avail. I contacted the store and they told me I had to contact the company. I clicked on the website function listed on their Google profile, called the store, and was informed they have been waiting to update their website as they are no longer considered a vtown vapor store I assume. I asked for the contact information which was not provided to me. I find it poor service when I purchase 4 of the most expensive vapes and 5 bottles of juice and cannot get a number for corporate to ask about the defective policy because they falsely advertise as a corporate store. I actually liked the employees, but when I spend what I guess to be 400 in three weeks and two products that are considered the best offered do not work I find it unacceptable. When I asked for a corporate number because they have a defective product policy and learn they are a private store falsely using the company name they are not affiliated with I find that unethical. I would not enter that store again ct if I was going through nicotine withdrawal simply because the woman who answered the phone did not care about helping me despite the fact I bought 4 of their top tier vapes, actually 5 but one was not a salt nicotine vape so we are around 500 spent all within a months span. The sheer lack of customer service regarding broken products astounded me. If you purchase something from them you can expect a three in five workable vapes with no consideration for product support. Actually I was told to contact the manufacturer of the company itself. I suppose it is because they do not belong to the corporation itself even though their website claims it. I rarely leave reviews but do yourself a favor and avoid this unethical store with no customer appreciation.

More juice choices here than any of the other vape stores here. Many versions and colors of the best mods. Nice and helpful workers who care each time. So kind and will be returning. Have tried other shops, they had less juice choices and didnt care that we were regulars and werent nice. These people do it right.

The people here are super super chill, love this place. It’s my #1 choice for all my vaping stuff.

JUUL COMPATIBLE PODS SOLD HERE!Went in to pick up a pack, once I got in the car I opened the package & noticed one of the pods were leaking (Eon Smoke brand), I returned immediately to see if they would exchange & they were more than willing to do so considering I just walked out the store.The staff was very helpful over the phone and in store, knowledgeable about the products they carry, and the prices were very affordable. I suggest anyone else in search of pods to go check them out & all of the great flavors they have!

My husband and I were rediscovering vapor again to help us quit smoking. We walked in to get new flavors and we were at a loss. We looked at the laminated form they had of flavors... but the ones we thought we would like, they didnt have. I saw that they had more, but the rep wasnt very helpful. He asked... what do you like... I am still learning. I couldnt test them out and I felt really out of place. South ga vapor is the place to go. You can try the products and the employees make you feel welcome.

A Great Lil Vape shop. They have definitely done changes over time and have become quite a respectable store. The staff are very nice (as always and their prices are reasonable. Being open on Sundays is a big plus too.

Great selection of juices. Might be the best selection in town. They also have a wide variety of coils available. If youre into mesh coils for your tank this is a great spot for you. These guys can make custom vape juice flavors for you in house, $20 for 100ml $15 for 60ml $10 for 30ml.

Rob and the Juice Master Austin are pretty chill people. They are super funny and have great products. 10/10 recommend, especially because they provide such a chill welcoming environment.

I came in Sunday to get a new glass for my tank. And purchase some E-liquid and coils. The guy there had a bad attitude. I grab some napkins to put the new glass and coil in. The guy actually tore off some of the napkins that I had put them back over there by the roll. What an idiot. Sorry if I got one too many napkins brother.

My husband and I were taking our children to the Halloween store next door to the Vape shop. Our plan was to come out and then my daughters and I were going to Long Nails. After we were finished in the store, which was approx. 20-30 mins., we came out to the parking lot to put my daughters Halloween costume in the trunk only to find that our car had been towed by Ivey League. In the process of figuring out were our car had been taken, we witnessed them trying to tow two other vehicles parked in this parking lot. One guy they let go because he was military and the other was a student and didnt have any money. The towing company wanted to charge him a $75 dollar Unhook Fee and of course he was broke. We wound up paying the $75 dollars for the young mans Unhooking Fee and then $200 to get our car from A1 towing company. All of this because Ivey League Vapors had everyone towed and didnt even know if we were doing business with any other businesses. So, if your in need of some blends check out South Georgia Vapors. Im sure Ivey Leagues blends suck just as much as they do!

Best customer service I know of (in vape shops), best prices in Valdosta for E-Liquid (you can get 100mL of juice for about $25-$30, 75mL for around $20), the only place I know that offers student discounts on most things, (as well as all first responders and military/veterans), the shop is nicely sized, if you enjoy a video game or two, they have a console with couches to chill with others, I highly recommend it. Just make sure you didnt have plans later that day, because you might be hanging out there longer than you thought!

Very good place to buy juice most of the staff is helpful, there is just one employee who acts as though your being there is an inconvenience sometimes but the rest of the staff is great.

Its well lit and clean. The workers are cordial and prices are comparable to other local stores of this type.
