Great shop! Well stocked with the latest and greatest as well as kits and devices for beginners. I have shops near home in Florida, but I always stop here on my way through! Very helpful, friendly staff! What more could we all ask for?

Great selection of juices. Updated because i had to return here multiple times because the guy kept giving me the wrong coils. This started becoming a habit so i stopped coming here. There are stores with friendlier and more knowledgeable employees who at least pretend to care about customer satisfaction. I shouldnt have to double check the coils i ask for... this isnt a fast food place right?

So to start I am brand new to vaping. I didnt get her name but the woman was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She gave me plenty of good information and answered any questions I had wonderfully. She seemed to genuinely take the time to help me in my decision making and I didnt feel rushed in the slightest. Prices for juice were somewhat high and not a big selection but very friendly and will be going back even if its just for the coils. Reccomend to anyone new to vaping.

My saleswoman (Tonya T) was great! Knowledgeable, Helpful, took the time to explain to me how my vape works, care & maintenance, ect. And everything was priced very reasonable. I will definitely be a faithful regular customer

Great customer service!! I wish they had a larger selection of disposable vapes. I went with one mango and one menthol Mojo disposable vapes and like them. They only had mango and menthol as the flavors to choose from. So a larger variety of flavors would be great. The employee was extremely nice and helpful.

I am very displeased with this stores prices, quality, and service. I purchased a Falcon Vape device from them and paid $60. Looked it up online after it breaking three days later and it’s sold online for $20!! I can see making a profit, but that margin is just ridiculous! Not to mention, the employees aren’t too helpful or knowledgeable. I’d go somewhere else if you want a good vape shop! 😞

Very slow trying to get service here its like no one cares so that shocks me because the reviews are all positive. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star is because of all the positive reviews online and I finally got service.

I came to the store with a semi truck and theres a cool dude who works there name sharod very experienced knows his stuff very well help me out with my device gave me a couple lessons had good prices on their products they have a flavor called Heisenberg recommended this place has semi truck access just past the main entrance about about 8 feet to your left if youre heading eastbound you see a back entrance behind the building go in there take it straight to the back theres a turn around I wish I would have took pictures but I didnt but give him a call he will help you for further directions

Jarod and Tonya are so nice every single time I go in or call. When I have any problems with my product they help me completely to resolve the issue. They are very educated about their products.

As you drive down 75 you see a giant billboard that said SUPER MEGA VAPE STORE or something like that. Dont bother. its not super, its not mega, its just a tiny hole in the wall vape shop, with what you would expect at any local small vape shop, noting high end, just normal stuff. Nothing impressive about this shop, except the woman behind the counter, what a sweet lovely pleasant helpful lady, we enjoyed her company. But unless you just ran out of juice or something, no reason to make a stop thinking it will be anything special. Its just a normal small vape shop with over priced Chinese mods. Nothing fancy. Not exaggerating on the woman who helped us though, very good customer service with a smile, very professional, she deserves a raise! Are you listening Mr. Boss man. An extra buck an hour wont hurt ya, do the right thing.. Oh and take down that billboard, its false advertising and dishonest. Yes it worked, but is that really the right way to do it? cmon. You know its dishonest.

Got my semi around back, place was so chilled. Dude there help me with a nice juice and I pick up a new mod. The Place all around was 5 star, plus it was on a Sunday just great.

Nice people who want to help you before and after the sell . They have a great selection of E juice and mods . Ive been smoking for 46 years and Im going to quit vaping is helping me finally kick the habit for good

This place should not advertise semi truck parking for the store, cause really is none. Small strip mall. No room to turn, even if u did get in it. Dont waste your time like I did if your in a big truck.

Nice people, decent prices, decent juices! My favorite juce is the Strawberry Donut 0.3% nicotine level! I just bought the Smoke Alien 220watt TC mod, for $76 + tax. Something like that. The ladies were very helpful and informative. They even ask your status for a discount. Most places expect you to ask for a discount.

Be careful with this shop, specifically with the lady who is usually, I am a regular customer and what is not my surprise when I have repeatedly tried to redeem the discount that this brand offers as customer loyalty, this lady does not send the corresponding mails for said Discount and it is always a problem, I honestly feel cheated.

Good prices and fast service, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I am referring to the store next to Best buy and Valdosta Mall.

I had a good experience when we stopped in ,they have truck parking too if you turn right by good will and future panda express . they are not in the mall google map failed me .

Horrible service I went too store 15 minutes before close time and I arrive too see that the door is locked and they wouldn’t answer my phone call . The lady over the phone also didn’t know what she was talking about , gave me the same price for 3 different items .
