Omggg I returned after 2 years. It surely hasnt disappointed me. The level of relaxation. I slept like a baby after receiving my massage. Its literally like receiving a tune up on your body. They set everything up really special for us. I love it here. 🥰🍷💆🏾‍♀️#peace

I enjoy going to this spa and the owners are amazing. Very clean,professional and easy going. Valentines day couple massage was everything. I referred a few of my colleagues and they all enjoyed. I recommend the chocolate scrub. Kudos to this amazing spa and team members.

Thanking Esthetician Fabiana for an exfoliation facial (gentle & tender process), to an invigorating Body scrub by Cathy (very caring), then on to a delightful Swedish massage & Reflexology with Majo. The latter service revealed a health concern, which Im grateful to Majo for confirming, additionally thanking the Proficient Receptionist Catherine for her patience. All HIGHLY recommended. I booked a massage for 3 and 3 facials for myself, my mom and soon to be mother in law and we had a really great time. The staff was caring and patient and listen to our needs. The massage was so relaxing and the facial left our faces feeling super smooth and rejuvenated. Will definitely come back!

It was a wonderful experience. Every time we go its always good. The massage for couples I recommend and the facial as well. I will definitely will be going back on a more regular basis because everyone is wonderful and the service is top notch. Worth the money. I have been to other spas in different states and always fine myself loving this one all around.

Love this spa!! My friend took me to Orange Skye Body for my milestone birthday and we had an amazing time!! The owner Cathy did my facial and body scrub. That facial was great, Cathy really took her time and her music was an entire vibe-- everything from Latin music to Eric Benet! We also had such a great convo, it was like I was hanging out with a girlfriend I knew for years! My skin was glowing and feeling fully hydrated from head to toe by the time I left the spa. I highly recommend this venue!! 👌❤️❤️❤️

Amazing customer service! I recommend them based on this. I went t schedule an appointment for my aunts birthday but found out they were closed on Tuesday :( (my aunts birthday was on tuesday and they wanted to celebrate the day of). I was looking around for a spa vibe just like Orange Skye but couldnt find one. I called Orange Skye back and ask for a recommendation and they actually recommend a spa to me! They could have easily said no come back on a day we are open - but they catered to my needs. I highly recommend this place! The ambiance was very calming. Everyone was professional. My experience with a full body massage was amazing. Shay the masseuse had gentle yet strong magic fingers that got into all the tight spots and released all the knots. He was respectful and made sure I was comfortable at all times.Cathy did my facial. Her gentle soft fingers made my face glow. I definitely will go again and recommend this place.

Came here a few yrs ago (2017) for a facial and massage I was gifted by a friend. I hate to write bad reviews because I understand that these are peoples income and businesses but I have to say this. The facial was great it felt very holistic and there was a loving touch to it. Highly recommended. However, the massage I received by a male masseuse definitely made me uncomfortable and crossed boundaries. Im not sure if he’s still there. That specific massage has really bothered me to think about for years now. I know I should’ve said something as i was leaving but I just wanted to get out of there.

I loved my deep tissue massage and body scrub. They have a great setting and I was able to enjoy a sauna and shower afterwards. Maria Elena was great! This place is a gem and I am happy to continue to support a local small business.

First time there today. Had a massage by Martha! Which was heaven! She was great, made sure the pressure was good, not ruff, so sweet. Iyana, did my body scrub! She was super friendly! A gem in Valley Stream with great staff and professionals! I cannot speak highly enough of this place. My husband booked a spa day for me for Mother’s Day weekend and everyone was professional and friendly. Miranda my masseuse was fantastic and I had an amazing hot stone massage. I still feel relaxed a few days later even with a little one running around! My facial with Cathy was wonderful and I definitely see the benefits of having one more often. These ladies helped to make this a fabulous experience- I will be back, bringing friends and family.

I got a couples massage (with my sister) and it was amazinggggg. Janine did my massage for me and she put the perfect amount of pressure and focused on all of my problem areas for me. When it was time for the hot stones I was surprised at first but it felt so soothing once I realized what it was. This was the best massage of my life and I was very happy to find out that this spa is black owned! 10/10 experience. I am definitely returning!

If I could give this place less than 1 🌟, I would.My mothers birthday is tomorrow, so I booked us both massages. Hers was originally at 1pm, mine at 2pm. I forgot to give my mother the address to the spa, so she ended up missing the 1pm. I called them, explained what happened, and asked them to give my mother my 2pm. They scheduled her for 2p, and then offered me 3:30p since it just opened up. I told them I had an appointment at 4:15p, so the massage would have to be for less than an hour. We worked it out at 45mins, and I even called my next appointment and asked them to move it another 15mins to 4:30, which they happily did.We showed up at 1:30p, my mother didnt get seen until 2:20p, its now 3:47p, and Im still not on the massage bed. I cancelled and walked out because I felt more stressed being there than when I walked in. The spa admin at the front desk didnt even seen to care that I was cancelling because I was no longer in the mood and I wouldve missed my next appointment if I got on the massage bed. And what would I look like, walking in late to my next appointment, after I had already asked them to move the appointment time back once?I dont know if this was just a bad day for them, I hope so, but this was clearly not my day with them and as I had just had a vigorous workout I was really looking forward to that massage. Really disappointing service.

Did a couples Swedish massage and it was such a relaxing and tranquil experience. Very clean and respectful atmosphere. I really enjoyed how the masseuse was able to work the tissue down on the right side of my neck and lower back. Walked away feeling amazing! A perfect way to start my weekend!

I have been here several times. The two massage therapists that Ive seen were absolutely amazing! I almost fell asleep during my massage. I felt so much better! The prices are very reasonable too.

The worst massage Ive ever had. Matter of fact it was more like a dang rub down. I told her before she even started to focus on my neck and shoulders and she literally spent about two minutes on my shoulder to the point that I lifted up off the table to tell her focus on my neck and shoulders. Im not kidding I felt like I was getting a rub down. No pressure whatsoever. And Im not even gonna talk about the no hot stone/hot stone part. Smh. I guess she forgot to use the hit stones or they were to hot for her to touch. She literally put them on me for a whole thirty seconds. Ive had many many massages and I am not exaggerating. This was the first one that I did not fall asleep during the session. I never write reviews but I could not let this go. By the way. My right shoulder and neck feel no better than before the massage. I cant remember the nameof the masseuse. But I got the massage on Sunday the 16th of October. Will not be going there again

The atmosphere is very inviting. I walked in with my entire body hurting and I left there feeling relaxed. My body totally needed itI didnt get her name but her hands were soft and gentle. I will book again real soon.

I came here for a facial and a massage the day before my bridal shower. Iyana did my facial, she was a sweetheart! It was my first facial and she was very gentle. She is very friendly and makes you feel right at home! Martha did my massage and I walked out of there a different person! I was very tense and stressed out and I had the best experience with both Martha and Iyana. I will definitely be back again!

This is the 2nd bad reviewI have posted. What is Customer Service now days? This place does not have it. You also have people there claiming they are the manager when you want to make complaints, BUT THERE NOT. I bought my senior citizen Mom here and there was problems from seeing my Mom 45 minutes after her apt and not getting any explanation to workers giving out the wrong info and still charging my credit card even though it was the wrong info. Last they tried to give my Mom a male therapist after it had been told to them prior that she preferred a women therapist instead of a male. I asked the lady about the mixed-up and she gave me this long story but my question was why didnt you call me to tell me the change? The response was why they LOST a Customer. I canceled with them right on the SPOT. BEWARE....God Does NOT like Ugly.

I made an appointment for an hour massage at 1pm. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. When I arrived I paid the parking meter for 2 hours. When I got to the front door it was locked. I called multiple times and waited 23 minutes before someone said they would open the door. I drove off at 1:32pm and finally received a call back asking where I was. This was a birthday gift and the element of surprise was ruined. Not to mention I took a day off and was not able to get the massage. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but there was no apology and they didnt offer to rebook the appointment.

I had the best experience today. I had their signature massage. The service was excellent and so was my masseur. I will definitely be returning.

I would have given it 5 stars but since it was a couples massage this review is for the both of us. My husband and I went. We got a couples massage. The girl that did my massage was great and very professional. She applied just enough pressure and was careful to provide the best service possible. She was wonderful. I felt like I got a great massage and will definitely return.My husbands masseuse was nice but unfortunately not as professional. First of all, she walked in with her phone which was playing the spa music and forgot to turn the ringer off and thank goodness it rang before she began massaging and was able to silence it before starting. She also made sooo much noise opening and closing drawers and cabinets. It was a little bit distracting.My husband said he felt like he got a oil spread on his skin, like a soft rub, but not a massage at all. Unfortunately I didnt notice because I had my eyes shut and was enjoying my massage, and he didnt know if it would be appropriate to ask for something else or someone else. So he just let her rub oil on him. He told me she didnt apply any pressure at all and because she was petite, she had a hard time massaging him, constantly having to lean over his body to reach to the other side of his body. Her stomach was pressed against his face and back A LOT, which made it very uncomfortable. He decided to take a little nap to ignore the lack-of-massage he was getting.I wish it would have been the other way around because it was his birthday. I told them that. I mentioned it before they started massaging that I wanted him to get the best masseuse for the best massage and that I was just tagging along. But unfortunately it didnt happen that way. I felt so bad for my husband, it was meant to be his birthday gift and it bombed.

I Was brought back into the room 17 mins after my scheduled massage time, and when I got in the light was dim but I noticed some stains on the sheet. So I turned my flash light on, on my phone to look at the bed and there were several yellow and brown stains all over the sheet. Not to mention a cheap cloth/tissue face guard for the head rest. This massage is 90.00$ for an hour so not cheap and they can’t afford to have clean sheets and cloth head rest covers. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend ever to anyone.

This was my first spa treatment in a very long time. The ambiance was perfect. Maria was exceptional! I have scoliosis and sciatica and she worked on all the pain points. I’ll definitely be back.

Received a facial from Fabiana after working 7 days a week and being filled with a load of stress it started showing on my face😭She was super gentle,her communication was great! She explained what each product was used for and told me what she was putting on my face.She was very professional and I can’t wait to go a second time!Place is also very clean and spacious!

The masseuse and the massage were amazing. They need to pay more attention to scheduled appts. My appt was pushed back and once I arrived I still had to wait 20 mins. Seems they accommodate late arrivals while overlooking those who arrive timely. All in all, the service was great.

I did a massage and facial for my Birthday treat. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed during the massage and the facial was fantastic. I had a glow in the end, thanks Kathy! The environment is extremely tranquil and serene. I would highly recommend!

I had an absolute wonderful time at the Orange sky. The place was clean and everyone was masked. My aesthetician for facial was Bimala. She was very gentle and my skin feels so soft. She also gave me good tips for skincare. My masseuse was Maria Elena. Her hands were firm and it was soo relaxing. Amazing place. Cathy, the owner, is super sweet. Always a relaxing and rejuvenating experience visiting Orange Skye Body & Beauty Bar. The staff is always professional and are able to melt years of stress and tension out of my body in one massage. Tanya was my masseuse for my birthday. She was so attentive to my needs, and all my requests (had a sprained ankle at the time). She took her time with both my massage and facial, and made me feel extra special for my birthday spa visit. I Had an amazing experience at Orange skye and body beauty spa! the staff was friendly , and respectful and my massage was out of this world (kevin ) was my massage therapist His hands are blessed. I went in feeling depressed heavy and overwhelmed from school , a breakup and exhausted from work. I cam out feeling light ! relaxed and happy. no complaints at all. This was my first time.

My facial was done by Cathy. She was very warm and explained every step..I felt relaxed and was not overwhelmed by scents because the products she used was either very mildly scented or not at all. My face is glowing! Im a satisfied customer...cant wait to go back.

Excellent staff! Ive been coming to Orange Skye for over a decade and each visit is better than the last. Cathy is the co-owner and her facials are dipped in gold and platinum. AMAZING! Her demeanor is to listen, then suggests. The massages are exceptional from Kevin (co-owner) to Shay. You CANNOT go wrong visiting Orange Skye. DA BOMB service! motto.

This is a hidden gem. Had a massage and facial. Both were terrific. The masseuse, Kevin, has a perfect touch and the atmosphere is soothing and comfortable. My skin looked and felt great after a relaxing and cleansing facial. Would absolutely go again.

My wife and I went for a chocolate massage and sugar scrub! It was truly an amazing experience! I took my wife for her birthday and she loved how relaxed she felt after and both our skins was as soft as smooth like a baby. We know cause we have a baby at home, LOL! I learned about this salon through Yelp.I had been looking for a nice place to give my sister a manicure and a pedicure for her birthday. Their yelp reviews were fairly good and it was close to my sisters home so I made an appointment through the yelp app. However, about two days before the appointment date and time I received a message stating that the appointment was cancelled. The message also requested that I pick another time. No thank you. How tacky and rude! If there was an issue with the appointment the response or follow up should have been more immediate.

Very professional staff. I always feel amazing after a body treatment and massage. Only giving 4 starts because you cant set up appointments further in advance and no later evening appointments. Would be great for later hours .

This is my second time visiting and such a pleasant experience it was. My Brazilian wax by Bimla was excellent. I will definetly return. Ive had my legs waxed here 2 times. The lady that does the waxing is really nice and takes her time. The reason for the 3 stars is because the lighting in the wax room is terrible. The lady missed a couple of spots because of the poor lighting. When she was finished, she looked over my legs and then she asked me to check as well. I didnt see any hair left over while in the room because you cant see well in there. I got back home and noticed it right away. I purchased a groupon for 3 sessions so Ill be going back for my 3rd session. Hopefully theyll get better lighting so I can continue going after my groupon is up.

I received a facial and it was wonderful. I can tell she enjoys her job. She explained the whole process and advise me what my skin lacked. The first facial I received that someone that wasnt concerned with selling me product . I will be back.

Orange skye is a very calming place. If you need to get away without actually going too far Orange skye is the place. I had a 1hr facial and massage and it was magically. I did not want to leave. The prices are affordable and they also have a membership. The staff is professional and their services are top notch in my opinion. They have waxing to body wraps services. And Im looking forward to going back.

I happened onto this location surfing Groupon.upon noticing the great offering I called and was greeted by a staff member named Kevin, at which point it was clear to me that I would surf no more. Kevins professionalism was on point and really drew me in to book my appointment. Upon my arrival the receptionist at the front desk was equally mannered. My masseuse Levet hope I spelled it right was awesome. My facial was by Kathy and I think I look better now thank you very much.cant say enough, would recommend this place to anyone and offer to personally refund them if not satysfied.

I always love going here. Although there is no parking lot, there is nearby parking on the streets off the main road. The people here are very nice and accommodating.Although be warned that during Spa Week, they are usually behind schedule.

This place is the worst! I went for a wax and the lady was completely unprofessional! There is no sense of privacy in this place! The receptionist kept walking in and out of the room.
