Vapor Junction disposable CBD & Kratom Shop

The guy asked for my ID and I’m from Canada so I showed him my Canadian drivers license and he said he cannot accept out of state IDs and will need my passport. I went to vapes shops all across the different boroughs in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, I even went to Texas and Florida and never had this issue. I asked him how do I get into clubs, buy liquor and drive with this ID in ny but can’t buy from your store and he just kept on saying he legally can’t accept or scan my ID and needs my passport. Pretty weird to me he kept on insisting for my passport. Luckily, went down the street and told the other shop what he said and they said that’s wrong and you just need an ID with a valid picture that proves your age.

Great place for years Sean and Kevin are tops in what they do, never pushy or aggressive in there sales and willing to answer any and all questions you have , if they dont have something, they will get it in for you also, no shade or anything with this place A1

Decent selection of e liquids, fair prices. And if there is anything they dont have they order it if you are a regular......shawn, the guy whos usually there on the weekdays knows his stuff and can help you with whatever. Just wish they had better selection on hand rather than it being requested. Overall, great spot

The fellas are real detailed with everything and they have excellent customer service skills. They make sure you get a bang for your buck hence the reason Im always leaving there satisfied.

Guy working there is rude I called to ask a question about their products /inventory and asked if he had time to answer a few questions and as soon as I asked the first question he said he had customers and hung up! He couldve just gave the answer. It was a quick response about a color of a product. Or he couldve asked me to hold ... was going to come from pretty far away and didnt want to waste my time going if they didnt have what I wanted. Now I wont be going at all

Best place to get vapes great selection the guys are knowledgeable and friendly great prices in a great location treated with respect and even give me suggestions on other vapes I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to vape as much as I do will continue to come here for all my vaping needs

Vapor Junction is the best shop ive been to yet . Simply the best customer service. They wont stop helping until they know youre satisfied. In facts , i havent went to another shop since ! I love this shop no doubt. Sam , Tobi and Ash do a great job. Highly recommended !!!!

There are three vape shops in the area but this one far exceeds the rest. Objectively the number of juices and broadness of selection here is better. But what really makes me a regular customer is the friendliness and expertise of the staff. After you leave you feel like you just made a new friend. 5 stars for this shop guys!!

Vapor Junction is the best vapor store I have ever been in. I want to thank Sam, Ash and Toby for all of your help. This is the place to go to, they have everything you could ever want. Plenty of flavors to try and excellent courtesy by the guys.

Horrible service. The staff there change their price depending on whos working that day. They also tamper with E liquids seals by adding their own home made liquids. Stay away from this con store. Thwy have been reported by BBS .do your self a favor and go else where.

The guy behind the counter has tons of knowledge on products but sold me a counterfeit pack of EonSmoke Juul compatible pods. Not his fault maybe his distributor gave him counterfeit pods. Purchase at your own discretion.

Awesome shop! Full of inventory... Sean actually knows what you may need to full fill your desire on vape... I went to few other places nearby but found this place extremely underrated!

Dont go here. The guy that answers the phone is a real ________(enter expletive). They dont want your business. They make that very clear to you. Guy told me to buy what I was looking for locally somewhere else. Way to attract business buddy 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Decided to quit smoking once and for all and John at Vapor Junction was very knowledgeable and patient and a hell of a nice guy. I highly recommend Vapor Junction for anyone who is starting or is already well into vaping. He is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including a large variety of CBD products .

Vapor junction is a really awesome vape shop/tobbaco product store. They carry a wide range of things and the employees give great customer service. Their prices are low and they let you sample juices as well and guide you through the process of quitting smoking and all the different mehcanics of a vape. Very good quality products. Come here for all your vape/smoke needs!!! Great atmosphere clean and inviting! 5 stars!!

This is the worst store with customer service.They sell you broken stuff and then wont refund your money. I advise you to never buy anything from these people. Go to the vape store right up the block. Where they stand bye there products and if its broke you can return it. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER DELT WITH.

Well for starters I was very exited to have my first experience at this lounge,heard so much good things about it but I couldnt get that experience cause thee said thee open at 11am I waited till 11:30 still not open so I left good job guys........

This place is not a welcoming shop. The people working there are very rude with their customers! Don’t recommend this spot at all. Prices are really jacked up

They dont open when they say they open. Sometimes you have to wait an hour or so before they get there
