Overall an amazing vape shop, will probaly be the only one I come to from now on. Chad has the best customer service, good recommendations and the shop has good prices on vape. 10/10.

This has been my go-to place out of the many many many vape stores in the valpo and crown point area circle. The last few visits Chad has been working and has been very helpful in helping me decide for myself things I may or may not like along with family members who have had questions through me to ask so. No regrets and all the recommendations have been great. So far this is my main and permanent store going forward. I hope it remains consistent and the staff just as.

This place is great. John is always helpful and we always take the time to chit chat.

Its one of the best vape shops in Valparaiso that doesnt take advantage of people on the price like the rest of them just because its a college town. They also offer a union discount, which is a huge hit. They will continue to have our support.

My fiancee visits this location fairly frequently and is on a first name basis with the team- everyone is very friendly and, the few times Ive came in, they were welcoming. My favorite smoke shop in Valpo!

Prices are always great and I have never gotten a bad vape from here. Ive bought from other vape stores and gotten vapes that didnt work but Ive never run into that problem from here! The staff is always very friendly and helpful too.

Great place its my default go to vape shop. I some how always run into the same chick working every time, but she says someone else works there too. She has been super helpful in understanding what to get and suggesting great products. I always buy my coils from here plus they have a sale every few weeks it seems. Overall great store.

They failed the wheelchair challenge and couldnt keep me out. The store is easily accessible and mobility is not an issue. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate me with any help that I need. Their knowledge of products is outstanding. The store has a wide variety of juices, mods, bowels, and cannabis.

I went in today ready to stop using disposables and to start using a mod and atomizer. John was very helpful and helped me track down what was best fit for what I was really looking for. With his help in finding what I wanted and helping set everything up, I left very satisfied and will definitely be returning in the future for all my vaping needs. This place will be my go-to!

I used to love this shop until one of the employees actually the owners son gave out my information. He was telling my ex husband all my information from the shop. They ARE NOT trustworthy and I would NOT recommend going there if you want any of your information to stay in the shop. Very unprofessional and disgusting of the employees there. Costumer/client privilege is NOT a thing at this shop. Very unfortunate that they are not trustworthy because the products they sell are good, but the people who work/run this shop are far from trustworthy I feel for anyone who has their information in their system.

A vape shop out of 18650 batteries.The smoke shop had them.What store deserves my return patronage?🤔😬😐Update! I went back(months later) for a mod and AGAIN...they did not have 18650 Batts.What in the actual ef?

I’ve been going to CaC for almost a year. Every time I go I have an amazing experience. When I have questions the staff is always happy to answer them with no hesitation. As of late, Josh has been the one to give me recommendations on what juices to try and what coils to use. Definitely will continue to go. Too bad I can’t give 6/5 stars!

Went here the first weekend they opened up. Bought two mods from them, everything is decently priced. They isn’t a huge variety when it comes to the fluids, but they did just open and I’m positive that will grow. The employee that was on staff when I went in was very friendly and hooked me up with everything I needed. Overall it’s a pretty nice store and happy to see valpo is growing when it comes to the vaping community!

Cottons and coils has a great selection of juice and is always getting more. They constantly have different sales. I have never been in there and there hasnt been a sale going on. Their prices are phenomenal compared to vapin n valpo and they have great customer service. Thanks cottons and coils, keep up the great work!

In Valparaiso they have awesome knowledgeable staff who always greet you warmly! They almost always have what you need in stock and they take the time to get to know you. They offer sizable discounts through various methods. Definitely a great place for all your vaping supplies!

This place is one of the best stores I have been to since I started vaping. Best customer service and staff ever. They know a lot of information about vaping that I did not know. The juice bar and the chill area is a great way to make new friends, relax, and do college homework. I come here everyday to do homework and is the most relaxed place I have been to. I love this place!!!

This vape shop is hands down the best shop in valpo. Not only do you guys undercut everyone elses prices. You created a great atmosphere with friendly staff and great regulars. When i come in to buy juice or new tanks, or whatever im deciding to get at that time. Not only do i have the input of the staff but i have the input of the other customers as well. Its such a welcoming enviroment, i wish more shops where like this. Id much rather spend my money at a place where i enjoy spending my time. Cotton n coils defently gives off the vibe ive been looking for in a shop.

The new Delta 8 flower they sell here is trash. They use to sell the best flower I could find but they cut corners and its just garbage. Its the same headache causing Delta 8 they sell on the North side of town for 8 bucks an 8th instead of the 20 they charge. Its absolute trash Delta 8 flower and you can get the same somewhere else for cheaper.

I just called there to ask about nic salts and flavors he said I have alot people here u can come in and hung up on me so if you are going to be that freaking ruid you just lost a customer and many more I hope this was not the store manager that just wanted to give back a good review manager was tight on it after I talked to him and took care of it .so I will be back
