Top notch, beautiful spa, with exquisite services. Aaron gave me a very relaxing service. The pressure was just right and I felt great during and afterwards. Its a great spa for special occasions.

I’ve been pleased with every therapist I’ve had. There are therapists that specialize in certain types of massage. I recently went to Angela who was awesome with helping my neck pain. She is very knowledgeable. Gabrielle is amazing as well . The atmosphere is very serene. The staff is great about getting you in if you have to see someone right away. They always have specials and perks!

Making an appointment for 3 ladies was easy. Everyone was genuinely nice. Spa environment is relaxing and comfortable. Several services to select from. They offer specials often. Gabrielle is awesome! Will definitely return.

We were received with a very warm welcome! We were informed about what massage we were getting and the details. All of the massage therapists were welcoming and have great training/technique. We were taking about planning monthly after so it was an AMAZING experience and were so relaxed after.

I go to The Retreat for facial and massages, and I always leave feeling refreshed, pain-free, and destressed. They always ask questions to see what I want. During massages, I am continually asked about the amount of pressure. Which is great for someone who suffers from chronic back pain. This was my third massage with Aaron, the first two were very relaxing. This last visit I was able to get relief. I have been suffering with headaches and he was amazing with helping release some of that tension. I would highly recommend him and look forward to my next massage!!

Today I went for the first time and I had Candy for My massage and She was amazing I Love Her Soul. ... This review is not about Candy. I would come back only because of Candy.This review is about the tiny older receptionist with the bob and the glasses idk if she is the owner. She looks like little EDNA from disneys the incredibles but with strawberry blonde hair.She was insensitive to Me. And hurt My feelings, I am trans, and She called Me a Gentlemen which Im fine with Im not entirely passing. I have an Adams Apple My voice is a little deeper BUT I am waxed down and I am wearing womens clothes and I have my purse, I corrected her and told her I go by lady, and she literally looked Me in My eyes and disregarded that multiple times. My hair is long and she told Me I looked like a girl and must be just going with the trend... So if You dont want to be triggered like that dont go there.I dont care if youre anti trans or pro trans if Im paying for a service please either be gender neutral or respect what I asked to go by.It was this little lady who was insensitive to Me.Im not being dramatic either. Im just forewarning anyone if theyre trans and not entirely passing that day shes gonna clock you out loud multiple times.

Really enjoyed my Bliss Massage with Gabby. She was really nice and knowledgeable about my tense back muscles. Will definitely return. The on0ly thing that I did not care for was that I added on a coupe of things to my massage certificate (well worth it) and when I went to pay with my debit card I was told there would be a 4% transaction fee to use a card. I know you get a discount if you pay cash which is great but nowhere did I see a sign telling about the transaction fee.

Angela was amazing, she knew what areas needed more work. She was very understanding of my needs and gave me tips about my calves that I worry about getting cramps. I will definitely be going back to her.

I asked for the massage to concentrate mainly on my lower back and hips. I ended up getting a whole body massage instead. My neck and shoulders, legs and feet. He didnt spend that much time on the areas that I requested. Kind of disappointed.

Everybody was great starting at the front desk and Candy went above and beyond to making sure I was comfortable and gave me a phenomenal massage. I walked out feeling relieved from my neck and back pain. Highly recommend!!

Bobby was amazing! My boyfriend and I did the couples hour massage. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was his first time. I’ve had many massages. The room at The Retreat was by far my favorite and most tranquil. It made for an amazing experience! I will be back.

Absolutely love The Retreat at Serendipity. Out of the services I have gotten there, I have to say the Drop Dead Gorgeous facial has been my favorite so far. And Natalia was such a wonderful esthetician. She was attentive and thorough, while also being so kind and informative too! On top of that, the sounds, smells, and lighting within the space all create such a relaxing environment. Definitely recommend The Retreat at Serendipity and DEFINITELY recommend Natalia!

I went here for a couples pregnancy relief massage with my husband ans ann early birthday treat and we were sooooo happy with the service. It was calm and relaxing in the room and our massage therapists really took the time to listen to what we were comfortable with. We left feeling so much better than when we came. Very cool, relaxed vibe as soon as you walk in. Aaron is absolutely fantastic. Ive gotten numerous massages and he was probably top 3 one of best massage therapists I’ve ever had. Professional, pressure was awesome and he really listened to me as to where I was sore and took a little extra time in those areas. I’ll most definitely be back to see him.

The ladies we had for a couples massage were very nice, very professional and they both made the experience very comfortable. I really liked the vibe the place had, everyone was friendly & welcoming. My massage was wonderful! I have psoriasis and very sensitive skin and other places had made feel embarrassed about it or they used products that irritated my skin; my masseuse didnt avoid the areas where my psoriasis was and didnt say anything about it either, I appreciated that very much. Everything she used did not irritate my skin.i also noticed that my masseuse paid extra attetion and care for places on my back and legs that needed it, and some spots I didnt realize the muscles were so tight, it shows how knowledgeable she is and in my opinion cares about what she does. My husband works 12 hours shifts and sometimes works for 12 days straight working at a refinery, so hes usually sore and has lots of back and leg pains, he said he felt so much better afterwards, he also appreciated how professional his masseuse was. We both are very happy with the staff, atmosphere, our massages, just overall experience was great. Were definitely planning on booking another appointment soon!

So very disappointed booked weeks before my 60th Birthday and confirmed by email and by text a week before and again the day before and they cancel an hour before saying the esthetician couldn’t make it in.

My husband and I got a 90 minute Body Bliss couples massage here on 11/3/23. I believe the person who did my massage was Khari and the person who did my husband’s massage was Mariah. They both did a great job. I think we were both very tense, and they both did a great job of working out the tension in our backs/ body while paying extra attention to the problem areas. They’re both very gifted in massage therapy. This was my second time visiting The Retreat at Serendipity, and it was mt husband’s first. We are already planning when we will be going again!

Awesome! This was my first professional massage and I was impressed with the entire experience. I was quite nervous but was quickly put at ease, My therapist made my comfort a priority from start to finish. Since I didnt know what to expect I had faith in my therapist and just let her do her thing. I was impressed with her professional manner and massage know how techniques and ( training/experience) . A true professional! My therapist was Gabrielle and I left feeling stress free and relaxed, all aches and pains were worked out. Deep tissue massage was fantastic! Ill be coming back soon!

When you find a massage therapist you wont go elsewhere. Today I received an awesome massage. I told her what Was going on with my shoulders, back and she did exactly what I needed.

Marissa was very professional. She offered hot stones to use in my massage, she allowed me to bring my unexpected guest with me (my youngest), she found all of my awful trigger points in my back, she made sure the front desk knew I had the chakra mat as a free add on. The massage was very relaxing 😌. I would recommend using bolsters in all services even with mats.

The location was easy to find. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, although I would have preferred not quite so dark inside the waiting room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My massage was in a nice room and my normal anxiety was reduced. I did ask for a light massage but it was too light. Next time I will ask for a deep tissue massage. Overall a good experience.

Cute, quaint, and excellent service. I love going to locally owned businesses, and had a great experience. I received a deep tissue massage from Chris and it was excellent. He was experiencedand took his time, paying attention to the areas I mentioned having pain. The owner at the front also was very friendly, as was her cute little spa dog. My only recommendation would be to decrease the diffuser in the overly aromatic front room, it irritated my nose. The rest of the hallway and treatment rooms were not this way. I can’t wait to visit again!

They offer a diverse variety of services and specialize in couples massages, which are hard to find. We have had several different services by a variety of massage therapists and have always had a good experience! Plus, we love and take advantage of the discounted rates offered for cash payment and frequency of visits within the month. Definitely a 10/10 place!

I recently came and got a facial with esthetician Natalia. She is a professional. Her voice is very soothing it put me to sleep. I had great results the next day . She really seems to care about her clients and helping them reach their goal . Absolutely recommend!

My back was like a gym class climbing rope from beating myself up at the gym. The masseur was great. I felt so much better afterwards.

Ive been seeing Julie at Serendipity for over a year. Her service is always amazing and I walk out feeling fabulous. Today was above and beyond and was the perfect blend of Body Rescue and relaxation with added on deep foot massage. I had the most Zen-like almost meditative experience that was out of this world.

The best massages around. The therapist listened to our needs and we have left there feeling better than when we came in, we would recommend. We have given gift certificates to my sister and she enjoyed the services as well.

My husband and I booked a couples massage- pregnancy for me and bliss for him. The spa is very calming and the front staff were very pleasant. They called us by name when we first walked in the lobby and had everything prepared already. The private secondary waiting area was a very nice touch for my husband and I to fill out our preference sheets. Our LMTs were Chris and Khari and we were both very pleased with our massages. Very professional and talented. For being 9 months pregnant, I was surprisingly comfortable and relaxed. 10/10 would book with them again and recommend to anyone in need of some relaxation.

Amazing! As soon as you step in, you’re greeted with low dimmed lights and a quiet atmosphere which is immediately calming. The owner was so nice and puts you at ease. I did the destressor package, essence of soul, and the aromatherapy mint wrap and facial. Over 3 hours of massage that put me into a state of total relaxation!! In the last hour, I caught myself snoring more than a few times! I love their warming beds as well that you lay on while getting massaged. My therapists were Neena and Marissa. Thank you so much ladies! Definitely a hidden gem. You guys have a repeat customer here.

My fiance and I have been here twice and have had great experiences. Everyone was very welcoming and considerate of our needs. Shelly and Chris are great. Before the massages, Shelly let me know to inform her if I needed a different pressure, etc. During the massages, Chris and Shelly would periodically check with my fiance and I to ask how we were doing/how the pressure was. Not to mention, the setting is very serene with dimmed lights and soft music. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Gabrielle was excellent! The choice of services is excellent! Although it is somewhat of a drive for me (1 hour) I enjoy the services as an event for myself and would book several at one time. I like that you offer robes instead of the wraps most places use. I also like that you have a tote to place clothing in unlike other places that offer you a chair. With that being said, you could have a bench in the room where services are performed...I needed to sit and put shoes on. I really like the results of my treatments! I definitely plan to return soon.

The manager does her absolute best to work with you for scheduling. The ladies up front are so sweet and helpful and the therapists Chris and Gabby were amazing. Loved every bit of my experience and will definitely be back. I recommended all my friends the second I walked out of the building.

My husband and I got the couples hot stone massage on our anniversary. I told the therapist that I wanted to walk out of there floating… and she made it happen. I have chronic back pain and very angry glute trigger points. The therapist was knowledgeable and provided much needed relief. Every one was nice and informative. My husband insists on going back.

Wonderful Experience! My husband surprised me with a morning of pampering for my birthday. My massage therapist was knowledgeable, very polite, and very skilled. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. After experiencing spas in Chicago and San Diego where I have paid extreme amounts for some treatments, Id choose this place in a heartbeat. This spa might not look as high end as some in the city (nothing against their appearance, it was very inviting and modern), but the results are the same or better. I will be returning again soon!

It was my first massage and I was so nervous. From beginning to end, I was made completely comfortable. It was the first time in a long time that I was able to just relax. Khari did amazing!

I booked a couples massage here because I had a Spa Finder gift card. It was really pretty and relaxing when we arrived. We met our massage therapists and they explained to us what we booked wasnt really a massage but more long and light strokes. Well we already booked it so we went through with it. We booked a 70 minute massage and were done in under an hour. We paid and about 20 minutes on our way home, I got a phone call from them. I thought maybe we forgot something. They told me they undercharged me and needed another $100 because it was per person. Nowhere online did it say per person, otherwise I never wouldve paid that. And it didnt seem like it was my fault that it wasnt online not did they charge me properly when we left. But I did pay it and needless to say, we did not nor will not return.

We had a great experience with the couples date night service today. The location is hard to find next to the credit union, but once you get inside it feels very personalized and comfortable. Everyone was very nice, and our massage therapists took their time and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!

The therapist I chose online was different when I got there. It didnt matter to me but it may be a problem with someone else.I loved the heated bed & it was comfy.I enjoyed my massage by Adrian it was relaxing.

Have had several good massages here, in the past year their had been a turnover and the menu has changed and not for the better. We went in to get a couples Sheer bliss and was unpleasantly surprised at some of the changes we werent expecting. We also had to use a credit card to reserve our massages and the gratuity was included on the bill whether you received a good massage or not. In the past, we have never had any complaints. We will be searching other places in the future.

This place is wonderful! I had an amazing experience with Sheli as my masseuse and Katlin as my facial technician. They were very friendly and inviting and the location is homey and tranquil. My shoulders and back feel do much better and the mask they used for my face worked wonders for my acne. Id recommend this place to anyone!

Updated 2/6. Laura and staff are still blaming the customers for her employees mistakes. They will say they care about customer experience but when time to prove that comes they will blame you and do nothing. Weird covid protocols, weird rules and policies. Also No hot tub, no sauna. BE CAREFUL. THEY WILL SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THE WORLD. THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR PRIVACY. This review changed from 5 to 1 star. We called in on January 23rd and was quoted $220 cash for a couples massage. We booked and just left where a RUDE cashier named Jen informed us that there would be an extra $50 charge that we were not told about. When we asked about this we were told we were wrong and we should have checked the website. We have booked over 10 services and spent thousands at this place, with friends and family. This wont be happening anymore. They make the stress free customer experience even better when Jen then decided to not give us a receipt, therefore we have no idea where that $50 extra went. When we asked for a manager we were told she was out there and would be informed of our complaint. As a multi unit manager in the customer service industry I would ensure Jen was transferred to a position that didnt require her to talk to customers. I hope someone cares enough to respond to this review and fix this situation going forward. Fyi, they include a tip whether you were happy with the services or not! We were happy with the services we received and have been in the past. Jen and the overall blaming the customer style of customer service is very relaxing.

I’ve been here several times for facials and waxing. My esthetician, Caitlyn always does an incredible job. She creates such a relaxing experience every time and my skin looks amazing!!

My boyfriend and I just got a couples aromatherapy massage. As our first massage it was wonderful. Our therapists Michele and Adriana provided the perfect pressure and technique. It was exactly what we both needed to destress from crazy covid college life. As a side note, with covid going on they were very safe, clean and made both us relaxed and comfortable. A great way to celebrate our anniversary!!

I love this place! It was recommended by a coworker. I was nervous at first because it has a old look as far as decor BUT those technicians are the BEST! Hands down.. THE BEST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!!!!!

I did a couples massage with my fiancé for our anniversary..it was relaxing but I left my appointment not completely satisfied and wanting more. I was asked which parts of my body I felt needed extra attention but I felt like those areas were done very quickly after so much time was spent on my back. Dont get me wrong, the massage was awesome and my masseuse was great, but why ask my problem areas if that isnt going to be a main focus during the massage? I felt like there was so much time spent on my back, that the rest of my body was neglected..especially my trouble areas :(. We also did the fondue and mimosas which was delicious, but I feel like it should be longer than what it is so people dont have to scarf the fruit down. I didnt finish my fruit nor half of my mimosa before we were taken out of the room. Also, the noise level in the hallway was very distracting..my masseuse even left the room twice (Im thinking to ask them to be quiet since the noise level diminished after he left) during my massage. He should not have had to leave the room once, let alone twice. Also, please fix the squeaky tables. This was driving me nuts! One thing I was VERY satisfied with was the foot treatment! My feet were so soft for a few days after this and that says a lot since I am a server and am on my feet for 9 hours a day 5 times a week.I was happy with my massage, but I expected more for what I had spent. My financés masseuse (Lena) even took the time to talk to him about his back hurting him and gave him exercises to help after the massage. I didnt even get to see my masseuse after the appointment..maybe he had another client quickly after? We have loved the actual services provided. But, our latest experience has left me very unhappy with the way our checkout was handled. There was a miscommunication, and the events after have been handled very poorly. Ive been to a lot of spas and had a lot of services and I have never had issues like this. I would be leary of a place that prefers arguing over fixing the issue. Also, posting the list of services your clients had done on the internet for the whole world to see, as part of your rebuttal, is quite unprofessional. If someone wanted to LISTEN and hear the issue, I think we could agree this was an honest mistake that happened when booking. But whats happened after has turned into a numbers game. Its really a shame.

Very calming place as soon as you walk in, its on the second floor of the building though so it was a bit tricky to find. Highly recommend, the massage I got came with complimentary strawberries and fondue and a mimosa.

Yet another awsome visit. The retreat at serendipity province is by far the best spa in Northern Indiana. The little things the therapist does during the sessions make the difference between them and other spas. Very relaxing and felt great for a long time after I left.Qiondra Brown and Lena Mays were our therapists and they were awesome as well. Will def be back many more times.

Had an appointment with Gabrielle to get wax done, she showed up 20 mins late and had to rush me because of an appointment she had right after me the was giving me an attitude the whole time like she didn’t wanna show up at all.. horrible job will never be back to that girl ever again.

I tried to call in for a gift certificate also. Then I found out the entire Midwest was shut down due to a winter blizzard!! I have never had any problems getting a hold of them and sure enough, the very next day, they called me back first thing in the morning and I could make my appointment. They are the best!!!

Tried calling 3 times. Wanted to talk to someone about their services so that I could purchase a package for my mom and sister. However all I got was a recording. Do not go for reflexology. Reflexologist had no clue what she was doing. And told me she had no special training for it. That shouldve made me leave immediately. So disappointing. Ive never wanted to leave in the middle of a spa treatment before this time.
