I’ve been coming here off and on since they opened. I’ve left a few times due to employees or not having consistent stock, but I always came back due to convenience. I’m done for good this time. The last 3 times I’ve gone in the guy was SO high he didn’t even make sense. I really prefer to support small businesses but my business should be important to them. I’ll be one of the masses now ordering online. Such a shame. Do better Josh

Found this shop on the maps, ignore the falsehood. This is not a “smoke shop”. These people know what they’re doing. The content on the walls when I walked in shocked me. Two great guys behind the counter, chatted up with me. Felt brotherhood. I will definitely be back in the future no doubt! 👌🏽

This place is awesome. They have the best customer service. Ask for Tristan if hes there. I enjoy him so much talking to him about mods and oils. He is so helpful and he likes to help customers. I would definitely recommend this place. This is a picture of my mod that I bought from them. It is an Erris. I definitely recommend this mod. It was $69 I believe. Do not buy anything from Smok. They quit working on you after a month or so. Its a waste of money. Visalia Vapes doesnt even carry them. Vape Savvy sells them and theyre nothing but junk. I highly recommend Visalia Vapes. Tell them Doreen sent you.

I gave them 5 stars because every time Ive been in there, Ive had a different employee help me out and every time the service was spot on I felt like as if my best friend or brother owned a vape shop. Always professional, price matched any item, and if they were out of stock they would call me and let me know if my favorite juice was back in stocks. They will always have my business keep up the good work everybody!!

I absolutely love this place! The owner and staff are very nice and extremely helpful. I told them that I had no clue what I was looking for and they walked me through everything and helped me make a great choice.The vibe of this place is chill and relaxing and I hope more people go. Still really love this shop unfortunately my favorite associate doesn’t work here anymore but the rest of the guys are amazing josh the owner is very helpful and can maintain just about any issue his brother I’m not sure of his name but he was amazing with showing juice variety I really miss donny, his attitude and vibe was such a fresh breath of air and I hope he is doing well! Will always remain my number one shop especially since now I can get delivery to Hanford which is amazing 🙏🏽

I love Visalia Vapes. Josh the owner make sure that his staff is a excellent staff. They have just about everything you could possibly need when it comes to vaping. I like that they dont carry all the crack pipes and things like that its a very upscale store. Thank you Josh for having such a nice store to come get your oils and your mods

Went in to the shop an hour before closing, they where vary helpful, answered all my questions that i had, gave good advice for me being new to vaping. Good people, will definitely be back.

The guys that work at this shop are amazing and very helpful plus the display a lot of popular flavors and are great at suggesting new ones, plus they have a huge selection so they got something for everyone 😀 dont be scared to ask to try something new

I just want to say the gentlemen who was working this evening was amazing. I had been using the same mod for so long and he offered one that meets my needs and was very encouraging and helped me set up everything since I was unfamiliar with the different brand. I was having a horrible day and this was by far a highlight of my day to be treated kindly and respectfully. Your the best. Thank you so much.

We were using this business for a while then we were sold a cartridge that didnt fit my husband vape and when we went back to return it the owner would not exchange the item. Thank God we used our bank card which they got our money back and Visalia Vapes lost a great customer never again. Buyer beware do not use this business. I am a business owner myself you always make sure customer is happy. I will tell everyone not to use this place.

Great shop! Gentlemen behind the counter with the colorful hair was alittle rude frankly and very aggressive I almost walked out until the dude with the Afro stepped in and got me set up with some equipment and juice overall good options and maybe the bigger gentlemen was just having a bad day

Gotta love a vape shop that delivers. My car was in the shop and it was WAY TOO HOT to walk so I saw their website and ordered a few vapes and they brought exactly what I asked for. 5 STARS!!!!!!

Just went in for the first time today. Good knowledgeable staff. Good selection of juices. Came home with Certified 365 and really like it. They have some mods and tanks too. I need to research the brands as I have never heard of them. I will go back for more. Tired of the big name juices whose quality keeps fading. Best Vape Store I have been to in Visalia, hands down.

Visalia Vapes is a very nice store. There are two sections, one of which is more like a regular store with glass case counters and one that looks like a smoke shop with nice real wood that gives it an old-fashioned, traditional feel. Their selection is incredible. You couldnt possibly see everything they have in one visit. They guys there were really nice and helpful and pointed me to some recommendations that were spot-on. This is definitely my go-to place in Visalia for any smoking or vaping needs, including CBD and D8, where their selection is better than any similar place Ive been.

Better prices than on the internet!I researched a few vape mods and flavors and was pleasantly surprised to see Visalia Vape had better prices with an extremely knowledgeable staff. Think that one through, great prices, hands-on with a huge in store stock, and people to answer all of our questions. To me and my wife, thats just awesome!Added note: we also saved big time with the Buy one vape juice get the next half off.I see how this might look like a commercial of sorts but its not. live 20 miles away and was recommended by my bro AJ. Very friendly service. I was there for their new selection of cannabis products. They only carry oils so far, but they gave me a great deal. Convenient, in-town stop.

Great selection of mods and juice, but the service makes it even better. Ron helped me with all of my noob questions very patiently and helped me select the best fit for me in terms of equipment and finding juice I liked, then alerted me to the clover app for best savings. I am new to the area and actually found this place using Yelp. I actually haven’t vaped for some time so I’m pretty out of the loop with this stuff, but I have a Vegas trip coming up and really wanted my vape for the trip. RON helped me today! He is very knowledgeable and super friendly! I highly suggest going here if you need anything. They have a wide variety of juice selections, and they have a good selection on mods and tanks.

Dont really know what they are talking about or the products they sell e-juice they are good but need to be more knowledgeable about there digital mods I simple asked if they had any temp control mods they said no not a single one but when I did my research half the ones in the store where temp control so either the employees didnt want to learn the products or they didnt do any research on any of the products they have in there and it only took me back half a day to figure out the mods they had were temp controlled

Really nice selection of juices. Friendly, laid-back atmosphere. The only vape store in the area I know of, that sells Five Pawns Brand juice. Prices are on the high side of average, but not too high. Especially since they are such a high quality shop. Their mod selection is sparse. Overall, a good place for a high-end vape juice selection.

The gentlemen inside are super friendly and willing to help out every customer. If you have a question, feel free to ask. There are no stupid questions here, just an exchange of knowledge.

Horrible place. Went there to get a build done. It should have taken no more than 5 min. There was only one guy in front of me in line. He was out the sore with in 4 min of my arrival. After he left and it was my turn. It took them 30 min to deal with me. There were more than 4 people working there. And not one could help me out. They where to busy wondering which soda machine they would want. Never going there again. The people there seem uptight and act like there better than everyone els. If I could give no stars I would.

Pros;GREAT selection and quality juice.Fantastic products for an excellent price.I personally have bought a box mod with a DNA 200 chip. A top fill smok tfv4 mini tank. I am very pleased with both.Shop is clean and display case is merchandized well.Juice bar/lounge classy and esteticly pleasing.Employees are helpful.Cons;Customer service is lacking.Pretty unprofessional atmosphere.My current visit;I made the bad choice of going in at a popular time between 230 and 300 on a Saturday. There where only two on the clock employees at the time. One behind the display case working on builds and another working in the juice bar. There where perhaps five customers total in the shop.I was not greeted. I was asked one time if I was ok in which I replied with what I had come in for. I was not helped.I wanted a new build for my boyfriends RDA, a few high capacity batteries (for a new reloute that i had purchased there prior) and a few bottles of juice.Whilst waiting in the front area I observed other customers enter and not be greeted. However I witnessed friends or off the clock employees enter the shop, be created and even walk behind the counter. One gentleman even opened the display case to show his friends a product.My boyfriend and I waited by the display counter for assistance. We where not greeted nor engaged that it would be some time before we where helped. We where ignored.My boyfriend aporoched the employee working the juice bar, stated what we needed and still no help. No estimation on time. No assurance that we would be assisted as soon as possible.We waited roughly an hour , still no help from any employee.We live in Hanford the cost in gas and time was a waste to go home empty handed.I understand how stressful a busniss can be during peek hours, but a simple hello and Ill be with you in a moment make a BIG difference to your experience.

Derrick is super helpful and nice as can be. So are all other staff members. This is the place to go for all your vaping needs also they have a great juice selection. This is the number one vape shop I recommend to anyone new to vaping or experienced

Awesome people. Really friendly. Came to Visalia to visit some fam. Ran outta juice but they hooked it up! Feels like a store Id be a regular in. They even gave me a nickname. They called me the prince. I dont know what that means but at least its not princess. Ended up staying here for like an hour. Love this plave and I definitely will be coming back here again.

Friendly staff, good selection, but I wish they would stick with a couple of quality pod based systems instead of having a few random ones here and there.

My husband and I stopped by the to get me a vape. The vape he got me from here is great but I believe they gave me the wrong box for my vape cause the charger isnt the right charger for the vape I got and the coil the came with it is too big. Plus the vape on the box looks different.
