I have been coming to this place since the first visit. It’s been over three and a half years once a week for my back massage. It’s the best experience. The best pain relief on my lower back that I ever had. The people are wonderful. Absolutely professional. It’s absolutely worth every penny of my money . I am absolutely grateful at the people who work there.

Wow! I went in for a foot massage but opted for the 60 min body/foot. I needed the body more than I realized. I’m a frequent visitor of massage parlors due to nerve damage and tightness! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. So glad I decided to stop in.

The lady giving me a massage kept talking to another employee across the room during my massage. The massage was completely sloppy. I was either feeling pain or nothing at all. After I paid, I started walking out the door and the two ladies wouldnt let me leave without giving them a tip. After I gave them one, they started laughing saying they usually get $10 or $20 as a tip.

Good massages, a little fast, in a nice strip mall with a name that says Massages. Good massage if thats all u want.

I have been here numerous times and my severe arthritis was getting 100% better I have not been here for a few years due to some tragic events but i will say, for. The great job they do, always had men, a 20 % tip isnt very fair it should be 30 %For the great price and excellent price so as soon as my situation is better soon i will be returning so i can have once. After having a fairly good massage, I was tip shamed! I noticed that others have mentioned this too. The $5. was not enough, they refused to take it and told me I needed to tip 20%. Just raise your prices if this is what you are going to do to patrons who come for a relaxing massage and leave tense because of this badgering! I had not been there in awhile, but in the past I had completed 10 visits. For some reason, things have changed. This is not a customer friendly way to run a business.

I have been getting foot massages at this business for many years and always felt like I got what I paid for. This time, the man who did the massage was ok, but a little rough. When I went to pay my bill, in cash, I was leaving a $5 tip, when the man said “no, $10. - 20%. I thought he was kidding as a I believe $5 tip at a walk in massage place is certainly sufficient, if not generous. He continued to argue with me until another worker said “next time, next time”. I left at that point, leaving my $5 tip. He continued talking as I left. I will never go back to that place again! Who demands a 20% tip!!!

So I went to this place since I was shopping in the area and noticed the foot massage sign. It was a Friday afternoon and after a long week I figured I deserved a massage. Upon entering this place, I noticed it was completely empty besides a man and a woman who worked there. I didnt think anything of it and layed down for a foot massage. Well it was going fine until I began dozing off and was abruptly awakened to the male worker passing gas a few feet from my head!! I probably should have just walked out at that time but instead let the woman complete my foot massage. So upon leaving, I figured Id tip the lady $5 since the incident wasnt her fault. HOWEVER, the $5 wasnt good enough for her and instead she proceeded to tell me to give her a $10 tip!!! (The foot massage was $29). I told her no, that was too much and she began to argue that it was not too much!! I couldnt believe the audacity wanting an almost 30% tip!! We ended up agreeing on a $7 tip and I was just ready to get the heck out of there. So please beware, tips apparently are NOT optional at this place!!

I got a great massage but the sign says $20 for 30 minute full body massage. They didnt want to honor the price on the sign. I think the $20 gets you a mild massage, I picked medium. There are convenient language barriers when it comes to negotiating price. The massage was fantastic but the girl really gets pushy over the tip. I wont be going back.

( I had been there one time before this year and thought it was a one time negative payment experience when it came time to pay- the lady asked for tip and i agreed to give but she didnt give me a chance to tell her how much when she said $5 and ran my card along with theservice- I walked out pretty upset because a tip is what you give someone based on the service-not an obligation). so I went this week...i thought ill give them one more time to redeem themselves so I walked in for a $15, 15-minute chair massage and it was great. the tall skinny man got a little rough towards the end and have to say it was painful but overall a good massage. I go to pay hand over my card and the lady says $15...i repeat $15 for service, yes. she repeats herself and says $15 tip $15 . I repeat myself yes, $15 for service. she got angry and wrote down $15 and she insisted i pay $15 for tip. i took my card from her and said, no. ill go to save mart and get you cash. i was afraid she was going to force me to give 100% tip. she gave me a look of disgust and then at the man and told him in their language something and he leans forward and says, Oh no... I said im going to leave to save mart and get you cash and i ran out to the grocery store thats just a few doors down and couldnt believe how they were pushing to get a large tip. I gave them a tip as i felt guilty but i thought i need to report this to someone who can investigate them. No one should go to get a relaxing massage and when your in a state of relaxation mind forced to give a tip.

This place is a hidden gem, a truly unique experience. I went in today for a combination massage and was impressed with how thorough and professional my masseuse was. Priced well below what youd expect for the quality of service they provide. Theyve definitely earned my repeat business.

This place has reasonably priced foot massages ($19 for 40 mins which is what I got). The reason I gave it 3 out of 5 stars is because 1) its a little noisy being close to a busy shopping center, 2) the massage chair kept screeching while I was trying to relax with my eyes closed and 3) I asked for the firmest massage only to receive a light one and lastly 4) upon completion of my foot massage, I got up and paid at the register and when I went to tip the lady who gave me the massage she yelled and told me to read the sign while pointing at the sign by the register which stated If you are satisfied with the massage tip $5 or something to that affect. Silly me, I thought $3 was sufficient for an ok massage. Maybe next time I wont tip anything lol

Massage was soft by the lady but ok. The problem occurred when we went to leave they demanded a tip. I was going to get my wallet and they were rude to my wife. I left no tip! TIPS ARE OPTIONAL!! They chased us out to our car yelling at us. Hintz sight it’s funny but my wife was scared.

They force you to pay more then $10 as a tip and if you dont they still add it to the total. I understand that they are good with massage but our $20 massage turn into a $40 massage. Pretty annoying.

I just went here today and the service was $45 dollars I told them to leave a $5 tip and the guy told me that I needed to tip $10 that it wasn’t fair I wasn’t giving her 20% and then he ended up charging me $56. I feel like I shouldn’t have to tip if I don’t want to. Don’t think we will return they are to pushy.

Better to pay with card So there is a paper trail and you cannot be accused of stealing a massage. I like to ask for kin or Sam they give the best massage. I believe kin to be the only one that speaks English.

I take my wife here after grocery shopping sometimes. If we had an argument before, this place really gets me back out of the doghouse. Not expensive, professional, and experienced. Cant go wrong here.

I absolutely love this place! When I’m in pain I come here and don’t even need to explain where it hurts, they are very intuitive to one’s discomfort. And for the price and relaxing environment you can’t beat it!

Very noisy atmosphere, very close to the shopping center and the employees were talking together during my massage. Which wasnt very relaxing. Luckily, I asked to turn up the music so I could hear them less. The massage itself was average. The rooms are not very intimate, only a light veil hides. And above all, I wanted to tip $5. The guy actually laughed in my face and told me it was usually at least $10. So, not super relaxing my massage experience. I dont recommend this place.
