I went in with my MIL for our first ever massages and everyone was so sweet. The place is extremely clean and calming and the lady who gave me a massage was SO nice to me and helped me get relaxed cuz I was anxious. Anyone who says they cancel frequently must’ve done something wrong because we had no issues whatsoever with scheduling with this location. I will absolutely be coming back

DO NOT sign up for their membership. Husband and I both made the mistake of signing up. I had one credit on my account and a promotion that was offered for one credit as a new member. I booked a service that required two credits.After I hire a nanny to watch my newborn and another one to pick my kids up from school and I take an Uber I m told I had to have a coupon in hand to use that second credit. Well I was told on three separate occasions from the call center that I did not need this coupon that once I arrive they would see that I signed up during a promotion and apply my coupon. I tell Jenny the front desk manager.She talks to my husband for 10 min on the phone.I then talk to him for a couple minutes while she checks a customer in.He decides he will just pay for todays service even though I was given the wrong info three times. She then tells me well its been 15 min now so you can no longer attend your appt.I came for a relaxing service and I leave stressed out with two Uber bills, two nanny payments and no relaxing service.The call center gives you misinformation numerous times.Their is no communication between the call center and front office staff.The manager Jenny has zero customer service skills. She could of warned me that HER 10 min conversation with my husband was going to prevent me from being able to attend my appointment but no she tells me when its too late.When my husband calls and asks her about it.She lies to him and says that she didnt help any other customers and when he asks her are you saying my wife is lying she says I wasnt helping anyone else.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEWILL LIE to cover their rear endsI DO NOT RECOMMEND the Visalia locationat $160 per month for our membership fees I am so disappointedAs a new mom who just wanted to relax and get a facial my experience was beyond stressful

What a disappointment this place is on my first visit. I drove around for 30 minutes and called the location 3 times looking for it. By the time I got there I only had 15 minutes for a 30 minute massage. The sign is completely dark (not working) it is facing the opposite direction of Mooney, and no cars in front. Each time I called I mentioned it looked closed and wanted to know where they moved.I went ahead and paid 48.00 to NOT get a massage. Needless to say I will never go back.

I booked my daughter an appointment for her birthday. When I booked I asked the girl on the phone if I needed to be present because my daughter is 17. She said oh no your permission on the phone is fine. I asked her again after I upgraded my daughter’s massage again she said no don’t worry you have been here before. So my daughter shows up to her appointment while I’m running around getting her party ready and tells me mom they need you to sign!! I call and tell the receptionist I’m across town it’s going to take me a while to get there. She says drive safe and when I get there they tell me we have to cancel because she’s not going to get a good massage?! Wow I clearly don’t understand the lack of communication here…ROSA the general manager has the worst customer service. This is now day 3 and still no call back from anyone like I was told on Saturday. So I called and was connected back to the location and as a General Manager your responsibility to keep a customer should be apologetic not to reiterate the problem and say you need to get your thoughts together?! Take a lesson in customer service 101 its not the customers fault that your company including yourself dropped the ball more than once.

SCAM. I have attempted to cancel membership REPEATEDLY. They place me on hold and then hang up on me or simply hang up on me. They gave me an email address to submit cancellation forms and then STILL continue to try charging my credit card every month. I have had to go to the bank to block payments. I dont write reviews but people should be fairly warned of the absolute THIEVES running this place.

Absolutely 5 star experience thank you Kylie!!I was a member in Bakersfield a few years ago and decided to renew my membership for the Visalia location. I called in and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful he answered all my questions over the phone and got my appointment booked. The huge selling point for going through Massage Envy is the total professional service you can expect from the staff. I have been to countless different massage parlors and none of them come close to the quality of service offered by ME. Signing up for the membership was a no brainer as I see the huge value in it. Writing this review is something I’m proud of to share my experience with you all. Look at my ranking here on Google, I’m just keeping it real in hopes to helping you make the right decision. No one is perfect nor is any business perfect, however, if you ever experienced a problem simply bring it to the attention of management for a resolution. Thank you Massage Envy!!

Good massage. Had a few kinks in my shoulder that needed some work. The gun was good, didn’t like the bio freeze feeling. The place was was clean and comfy

Was there yesterday. Didn’t like the massage at all. It was supposed to be a full body massage with more focus on the feet (as we agreed before it started) However, what I got was mainly back massage (spent more than 30+ minutes) with 5 minutes of feet massage.It hurt few times and I told her it was hurting but she didn’t care and continued with the same intensity. It’s supposed to be a relaxing experience but it stressed me out.They didn’t even asked if I liked it or not. Even though they noticed that I was upset with the massage, they still asked for tip, unbelievable!This was definitely my first and last experience with this company.We went there 15 minutes early but they started late but finished on time, of course. Will find a better place for the next time. Do NOT recommend.

I have a membership and i come in every month. So far, every masseuse that Ive had here has done a fantastic job. 👏 its hard to find good service in Visalia, but Massage Envy has outstanding service. I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived.

So, I scheduled my appointment through the Massage Envy App and showed up on time excited for my Personalized Facial. I was greeted with a friendly, “Oh, I’m sorry, but your esthetician had an emergency and is not here. I left you a message.” There was indeed NO missed phone calls nor ANY missed messages on my phone. I held up the phone to show the receptionist that I was not informed of my cancellation. Then she says she will call me back to get me in later that day and what do you know....no phone call! This place so far has unsatisfactory customer service and unfortunately we have purchased a membership here in which I have 12 hours of sub par service :-/. I just want to get this out to you folks who might want to spend your hard earned money and your precious time.

I liked the way the lady on the front greet me, and explained everything. I made an appointment for full body massage at 8. The masseuse showed up around 8:15. Okay massage, but just half body massage!!!! What!?!? That was not what I paid for.... I didn’t have a good experience, will not go back to this place! Sorry but I expected much better service from Massage Envy!

I had to cancel my membership because they are never able to accommodate my schedule I have a large amount of services to use before 60 days are up and I call everyday and once I canceled my membership it’s like they even more so don’t want to help me use what I paid for. Extremely disappointed I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the membership maybe they should consider opening more locations like down South if they are staying so busy. I’ve had more success using my membership in other towns on business trips than I do at my home location.

I was hoping for some great reviews but my goodness nothing but bad reviews even on those who have memberships!!Definitely iffy about making the drive now

Horrible experience. Took the day off scheduled my massage a week ahead get a call on Wednesday evening sorry we need to cancel your appointment. Will never recommend them and their lack of professionalism. They couldnt get me in at all that day after cancelling the appointment.

Bought a $55.00 gift card (the exact amount for a one hour massage) for my wife for Christmas. She made an appointment and when she showed up they had canceled it because she did not have a credit card on file or save the appointment with a credit card. They will not make an appointment for her until she puts a credit card on file. She said she would give them the gift card number, the exact amount of the service, to use in case she didnt show up. Still not good enough, they want a credit card number. This place sounds like a scam, read consumer affairs about this Company. It is a scamOwner, thanks for the response but the link is a Facebook link. I do not have Facebook. She cant make an appointment without a credit card number? She showed up the first time and had to go home, because one of your employees made the appointment without a credit card on file and then she shows up to hear your policy and is sent home. Why wont the gift card number work to hold an appointment? If she doesnt show up next time, make the gift card zero balance.

There are some really talented therapists here! My favorite is Crystal. I was in a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I usually just take some Tylenol and stretch out my neck in the shower, but I had a knot in my traps the size of a walnut. I couldn’t even lift my right arm or turn my head! By the end of a one hour massage, I could barely remember what the pain felt like.Crystal always focuses on my problem area and doesn’t waste time rubbing my feet when I am having pain in my neck. I purchased a membership because of her. Since I try to get a massage twice a month, I feel it worth it. I wouldn’t of got it otherwise.I didn’t realize how much a good massage would enhance my life. I fully recommend.

It was my first time to massage envy. I really enjoyed the facial and so did my husband. The esthetician(I believe her name was Alex) that did my facial was so nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable and she did an amazing job. It was so relaxing. I will definitely be going back. My husband also thought the esthetician who did his facial was really professional and was very helpful with any question he had.

My wife went with a group of veteran wifes from acvh a program online to save veterans. She said she loved her experience said the staff was polite and great service. She mentioned she wouldnt pay the cost if she went alone because it seemed too pricey. Suggestion maybe some specials on certain days or veteran discounts for women.

Only complaint I have about this place is trying to get an appointment time with one of their male massage therapist.Im not a small or petite size so I need some real muscle power to work my stress out of me. Daniel is great.Andrea is good also.

I asked for a deep tissue, and got the lightest/weakest tissue. Also the most expensive I’ve paid for a massage in a while and that was with the 1st time walk in special they had.

I enjoy the staff and Lily does an amazing massage.. They get a two because of some extremely unfair rules they have.. They have zero problem cancelling on us when they have an emergency but when you the consumer have an emergency they charge all the credits they can.. We HAD their membership but never ever again..

Made a birthday message appointment for my sister. My sister completely enjoyed herself, especially the sugar feet exfoliation. I will be making my own appointment soon!

Ive only gotten a few massages here, which is why I deleted a star. I wasnt too greatly impressed by the quality. However, the facials are great. Ask for Morgan.

Worst business I’ve ever been a part of. They do not handle customer service in an orderly or functional fashion. I would give negative stars if I could.

Third massage here, however didn’t have a good experience the facial should have been for one hour and not 45 min and it should be an actual facial not just wash my face for 20 min n done 😒

Finally a Massage Envy in Visalia. The staff is very helpful. Convenient location which I plan on frequenting often. Cant wait for my first massage.

I always feel great after i leave here getting a massage. Do your body a favor and sign up to go once a month if you can. It is worth it.

I have been going to Massage Envy for almost 6 months now. The experience has always been top notch I have never had a bad experience and the massages are very professional.

Was an awesome experience never had a massage like that before the lady knew exactly what she was doing with pressure points. The price is just a little too high for my pocketbook but was worth it
