I had a very stressful month, and my back was full of knots. Mari did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable, so where I could I communicate openly. Her pressure was just right and helped my back pain go away. She was very nice and professional. I have already scheduled another appointment with her!

I had made a reservation several months in advance, but received a sudden cancellation call just three hours before the scheduled time on the reservation day. The reason given was that the person in charge was on vacation. To be thorough, I inquired about a January reservation, only to be told that the person in charge was also on vacation, requiring rescheduling. If I hadnt asked, I might have received another last-minute call on the day of.When I questioned why there was no communication until the day of, I was abruptly told, We just found out recently! and the call was abruptly ended without any further explanation. I received a very rude response. Despite having a gift certificate, I decided to discontinue using it as I didnt want to visit a place with such poor service. Its a terrible service experience.

I had my first massage in ten years today with Bobbie and the session was exactly what I needed. Bobby is the best massage therapist Ive ever had. She is extremely intuitive and knows how much pressure to use so the client doesnt tense up due to pain. She has good hands and good energy and is strong for such a petite woman.Bobbie was very caring, compassionate, honest, and informative. She seems to know exactly what parts of the body need attention and how to work out the kinks.After a session with Bobbie, I now understand why her appointment slots fill up so quickly. Bobbie employs a lot of therapists who are trained in a wide variety of modalities, as well as an esthetician for anyone who wants facials and other skin care treatments. Most of the therapists are women and two are men.They do not take insurance, but the rates are reasonable compared to many other places and ample parking is available in the lot. If you are someone who gets regular massages I recommend you purchase a series of three sixty-minute or ninety-minute massages as the rate is the most economical. Rejuvenate also offer senior and kupuna discounts.I highly recommend Rejuvenate Massage and Bodyworks to anyone who is in need of a therapeutic or relaxation massage.This is an edit: After not being to sleep due to lower back and glute pain in my right side I was able to sleep pain free last night.Also the neck and shoulder pain in my left side are 95% gone.Thank you, Bobbie! You are amazing.

Bobbie and her staff are extremely friendly and give excellent service. I the massage therapists are amazing. I always request for Stella. She was my first massage therapist from a different company and when she moved with Bobbie, I stuck with her! My husband loves seeing Bobbie! She knows just how to get that deep massage going for him!

This was an amazing experience to end our trip In Hawaii. I book this spa based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint. I book a spa for four woman and each of us enjoyed our experience. Most of us said this was the BEST massage we ever had. I love how you get to use your time in any way you want instead of the up-charge for suction, hot stones etc. The staff was friendly starting from the front desk and on. The place was clean, you can smell the essential oils upon entering. My masseuse was Tiffany and she was great, one of the other girls had Gia and said she was awesome as well. Couldn’t remember the other names. I can say we had the best experience hands down. I wished I lived a lot closer. It’s a must do, we were well relaxed on our plane ride home. Make sure you call in advance because with good service they appointments are booked quickly.

I see Mari and she does a fabulous job. Definitely one of the best massages I have had anywhere. Rejuvenate is a nice, clean place to get your massage with good prices and friendly staff.

Rejuvenate Massage staff and friendly enviroment were inviting and pleasant. The 1 hour long massage was wonderful....felt as if it was too short...but i left relaxed and better than i did when i entered. I recommend a massage from Rejuvenate in waipio to anyone that needs to feel better with a massage.

I took my dad for a quick leg massage after his stroke it was a bit troublesome for him to walk, 30 mins with Bobbie, he came out and did not even want his cane, he was so relieve and was singing their praises, we never got to go back, but I sure will ,
