Pipeline Smokeshop 2

Wanted to support local but quickly regret it after my recent trip. 1/20/24 The cashier that day, slim guy with long hair, didnt tell me my total or asked if I wanted a receipt after paying (not sure if receipts are offered). $56 for a small grinder and 1.25 inch raw papers? When I went back, a young lady there said I was charged double for the grinder when I only bought one but she cant do anything. I know I can buy these products at a fraction of the price online so I think Ill be doing that instead. Good luck to this company.

Love this shop! Everybody is always super nice and very knowledgeable, never had a bad experience no matter who is working. I stopped by with my friend today and Gabe was telling us that they regularly cleanse their crystals to make sure theres no bad juju in them when you buy them! Love that!...I also love the fact that they always have some kind of sale going on :)

The brother who helped me today was very helpful and generous. He knew exactly what I wanted. Flavored cones and raw papers with crutch material all in one. Awesome store, and will be coming back guarantee.

This shop has had a 50% off white tag items promo for awhile now and it has definitely been the reason I drive a bit out of the way to get my smoking accessories. Staff is always super friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I also never feel like they are trying to upsell me but rather just inform me of all the different products based on my needs.

Gabe was wonderful when I came in today! He was very informative & helpful about the products. Will definitely be coming back & recommend to everyone.

That boy with the long hair who worked Friday customers service is a1 💯👍he was very informative and I haven’t ever dabbed out of a rig successfully but with his recommendations on what to buy with what and tips (how long to heat and cool down for) I was dabbing successfully 😂❤️it was liit haha. Give this man a raise lol he was hella informative and great fast customer service

Similar to the other pipelines, this store is very clean and friendly. Staff were able to help me immediately and was able to offer future help on product ordering as needed. I also bought my dog and no one objected, which is awesome. They also have a good kratom selection at the lowest prices Ive ever found.

This place is great. Lady there was sweet and answered all of my questions and the guy in there was super friendly and chill.

The shop was great looking and the workers were very friendly and helpful assisting me. Must check it out at least once to see what is available.

The guy at the counter was super helpful with my husbands questions. He also asked me if I had any questions but I told him no because I didnt know any of the product, I could have but I declined. Alot of pipes and products to choose from. Must be 18 years old to purchase and they ID you if purchasing their products. Good customer service, they accept all payments, no public bathroom.

Came in to buy detox on Monday - January 14, 2019, in the AM & the girl who helped me was amazing. Gave me verbal instructions rather than just saying instructions on the back of the bottle She also gave me a few tips & welcomed me to come back & fill my bottle up with their water cooler. Walked in & felt the positive vibes instantly. Someone give that girl a raise 🙌

Feel they are over priced and what we got didnt even have everything in the box. When I called there they said that the co.pany dont put it in there. That is something you should inform the customer

I was looking for a grinder, I was told specifically the $75 electric grinder would meet my needs. It is 100% garbage. No returns or exchange. Buyer Beware!

Be careful when you purchase any pipes that you check it for damages because they will sell you pipes with errors .they do not offer any exchange or return . U have to check it yourself carefully cuz they will not care . Just bought pipe with minor damage ..... still annoying
