Hawaii Cheapest Vape Shop - Waipahu

Went in to buy so many different vapes and pens but was very indecisive about my flavors… i’m so thankful the short sis with a dermal piercing (i think her name was micah,idk) was very patient bc i myself probably would’ve been irritated lol but she even gave input on what flavors and what brands she recommended. i was all in all very pleased with the customer service of this particular shop.

Cheapest kratom on the island and fairly priced vapes too. I know the taxes increased in Hawaii for them and I dont blame them for prices of vapes going up. Friendly staff and quick service. Plenty of choices. Live resin Delta 8 pens slap hard too

Came in today 7/15/24 around 11am and the girl who is working (I always forget to get her name), but it was busy, she was working by herself, and she always has a really wonderful and kind attitude and that’s why I keep coming back. Thank you so much!

Do not even bother going to this Waipahu location. So I went in and bought a Mr. Fog that did not work. I was then asked to wait while it charged to see if it would work. It did not end up working, and neither did the replacement they gave me. Since I had already paid for a vape I asked if I could get another vape that would work and is the same price. I was then told I had to pay for a second vape although I already tried two that did not work. After trying to dispute this with the skinny girl in there, she proceeded to call me a “stupid haole” under her breath. Great customer service and spirit of “Aloha”. I will never buy another product from any Hawaii’s Cheapest Vape shop. I’m real glad I don’t work a dead end job in a vape shop stealing money from people.

Dont buy from their store, completely ripped me off. Bought 4 vapes, they told me to test it out before I leave. 3 of them worked but 1 didnt. I told them about it, and couldnt get a new one, and they told me no refunds even though their product didnt even work. They told me to take it home and try to charge it, and I told them what if it still doesnt work, do I bring it back with a receipt. They told me I still cant get a new one or a refund, smh even though they told me to test it out before I leave which I did. They literally took my money for a product that doesnt even work.

I went there this morning to get my husband a vape. One of the girls working there was helping me. I went to get certain flavors for my husband, and she said that the 2 flavors were out of stock. I called my husband to tell him and then asked what flavor was there and she spoke fast like she was irraz that she had to repeat herself. Excuse me if I dont know what flavor you said. Every time I go there to get a vape for my husband (btw I dont vape) I get such bad service. You guys have a great assortment but customer service not great.

Bought a vape for my wife it was fine till it wasn’t 5 min after we left it didn’t stop activating called to see if they could do something and no help at all the vape started smoking and burning on its own so just take my money and sell broken products you guys are awesome thanks for nothing Waipahu location

I been coming here for years! Absolutely love the customer service at both locations. Shot out to every staff member who is so passionate and knowledgeable at these locations. Especially this One black girl;she is so amazing at her, y’all need to give these employees a raise. CONTINUE TO DO A GREAT JOB CHEAP VAPE EMPLOYEES.

Horrible customer service from African American sales lady today. I used to love this store affordable prices and other personnel’s are nice. But today i went to shop for a new mod asked her if i can check out the mod that i like. While still comparing the prices she asked me to give it back to her right away. I mean dang I’m not a thief and besides your door is locked. And also, I didn’t realize that i was lightly leaning on the glass but the girl was really rude calling me out in front of other customers. I still gonna shop here but if i see her working I won’t buy from her. Sadly my first horrifying experience buying from a store.

Went there couple weeks ago when they had their specials goin on the girl who helped me was really friendly then when I went to pay didn’t think anything of it til I got to my car and noticed she overcharged me. I went back in to see why I was over charged and the African American girl had a bad attitude saying that the deals I got wasn’t mix and match but the girl who helped me told me I could mix and match but the African American girl was like there’s nothing I can do all sales are final. I would never go back to that shop.

The customer service is always great whenever I go there. The workers are so kind and helpful :D

Went in today around 3:30, I always buy the Lost Mary one, I usually buy Razz Ice or Berry duo Ice but I decided to buy BERRY CRUSH ICE, it tasted burnt. I exchanged the first one hoping the second will be better. I asked if I could just get a different flavor, I was gonna get the Blue Razz Ice instead since it was a little cheaper than the berry crush ice. Sooo disappointed, cost me $20. So yeah don’t buy the BERRY CRUSH ICE by lost Mary.

The Waipahu shop has great staff. Noe was patient and AJ rocked it with his friendly personality. They both kept it real, which is a plus, when this place offers such a large selection. Thanks for great deals and great people!

Not goin in the moring the girl that be there made me have anxiety thru the roof I ask her bout the product she tells me only 2 so I jus was like Ill take it. Then she very dry one customer service skills. So Im jus go the in middle.of the day.

I LOVE GOING TO THIS PLACE… especially when AJ IS WORKING… he brightens up a bad day… tonight i went there and omgeez AJ AND THE OTHER GIRL WORKING WITH HIM IDK HER NAME BUT THEY MAKE ME WANNA COME BACK.. if anyone needs a raise hehehee it’s AJ….. i will definetly always be coming back as long and he’s there…

Large, clean and well stocked. They have controlled entry and that added to the professionalism. Paloma was sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. She guided me to an outstanding purchase. I will definitely be back.

Awesome customer service, funny guy , very friendly and knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. When you come to this vape shop go see Pono, solid uso ,he definitelygoing take care of you. If yall having a bad day, he will brighten it up with his humor. He made me wanted to buy out the whole store. But his recommendations were all point. I see him work here alot. But anyways yeah come down to this spot, cheap cheap vape and good quality.

They have the biggest variety of selection anywhere. And great prices, customer service is good. Everyone is so sweet.

The 2 girls working 2day ROCKED with service…much appreciated…I went to vape king yesterday and there service sucked didn’t even wanna give them my money…even tho there prices were good…But you guys hit it off with the pricing to..I work in retail and even a little service goes a long way…props to you girls and to the company for hiring them to represent your company…I’ll be back…

We swung by this vape shop because of a local recommendation. The shop expert, Pono, was great! He was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out just what we needed. Definitely recommend!

I bought a vape it worked when i was there once i got home i took a puff then the vape light just stayed on and was burning i called the same day they said no exchange i would never go there again

They won’t tell you what they have over the phone….guessing because the Delta 8 and Delta 9 are illegal here. Told me they don’t carry them, however I know they do because I’ve bought them there just a couple weeks ago. And dude was kinda a a-hole on the phone

This is my favorite location to go to, it’s easy to get to with good parking and the staff is always friendly.

Best prices in town and the ONLY place on the island to get OPMS kratom. Staff is super friendly.
