Got off work late and was in need of some juice and coils looked on google and found Tca vapor in Waipahu walked in and was immediately greeted by Jaymasen I asked him for my favorite liquid but they didn’t carry that particular one so he told me hold on and did a quick search on his phone for the liquid I usually vape he recommended me something similar in flavor and as of today I have changed my favorite liquid I recommend you try THE VOYAGE it’s super tasty I won’t be going to any other vape shops as of today because Jaymasens customer service was spot on. 10/10

I went here the other day nearing the end of my trip back home and bought a new cbd cartridge and I love it. Their cutest new addition darriann is the best; she is very knowledgeable about the products and brings life into the store. I always get the best customer service and recommendations when I come in. I was looking for a good place Sunday to pick up some juice. I went into TCA vapor based on a recommendation and the manger Jaymasen was quick to greet me and help me out. The store didnt have my normal liquid but recommended a liquid that was similar. The liquid he recommended was actually better and came in a bigger bottle and I will be coming back for more. Great prices and great people. I recommend them for all your vape needs.

Today I met a great customer service representative Darri Ann who educated me on the various amazing products of TCA and Vapor. I know a lot of people who love to vape and I will tell them all about this place so that they can get the good quality vape materials they need.

I come here for all my vaping needs. In fact, everyone should come here for all their vaping needs. They have cotton, coils, and mods, but most importantly JUICES!! They have a wide variety of juice; from all the top brands to new and upcoming brands. Jeff and the whole team there are very friendly and gave me a few recommendations. Chase recommended the Slushie vape liquid and he certainly didnt fail. I love this new liquid! Thanks guys at TCA Vapor!

This is by far the best vape store I’ve been too. This shop has the best customer service I’ve seen. Every time I enter the store I’m always with a big family greeting by chase and tori. They have a exceptional selection of vape juice, mods and great prices.

I’ve been going to a lot of different vape shops sacrificing gas and time to drive to the locations. Lucky I found this shop which is actually just a walk away from my house!! Their selection of juices is always expanding every time I walk in there!! Got my falcon tank and Smoant battle star mod at a very reasonable price!!! And I got my innevape Heisenberg juice there and now that’s my go to juice!! (Love that menthol kick lol). Workers there Tory, Jeff and Matt got me the best deals every time I visit!! I know very little about this stuff but recently found interest in it based on what Ive read about CBD products and their health benefits. I will be returning to TCA Vapor for any future vape needs.

The guy who was there yesterday afternoon around 3:30ish had horrible customer service was getting mad at me for asking questions then he threw the coil pack on top of the display with attitude but said sorry like it was an accident i could tell it wasnt. I feel sorry for the boss because thats bad for his business at least pretend to like your job especially in front of customers this guy seemed like he didnt care at all or having a bad day I bought it anyway even tho I felt like just leaving this was my worst experience there and Ive been there multiple times all in all dont bring your problems to work.

Knowledgeable employees, great variety of ejuice products, they also have several vapors to choose from if youre thinking upgrading or even getting your very first one (exciting)!!! I would give 5 FULL STARS if they understood that the LAW requires you dont sell products to those 21 and under. The LAW does NOT require checking identification of every single customer especially when they are CLEARLY over 41, 51.... I think you get the point! Sometimes man, basic common sense needs to prevail!It isnt such a big deal that I would stop frequenting your store. You guys still ROCK!CHECK IDS even if the buggah is clearly a WWII Vet if you must. WHATEVAH makes you feel safe...

Ive been coming here for a while now to get all of my CBD Products and I have to say these Creating Better Days CBD gummies are something else! I take them to help me sleep and by taking 1 or 2 before I go to bed they make me fall to sleep without any trouble!Normally with other CBD gummies I need about 3 to 5 of them to really help me sleep but these I just need 1 or 2! These use a different application process called Nano-Amplified CBD which allow you to absorb more the product without needed to take more!Thanks TCA CBD & Vape!

Awesome service and solid products. TCA carries a variety of CBD products, i.e., oil, capsules, and gummies with different concentrations. My dad takes the oil to help with his severe back pain. At 70, he cant take pain killers b/c they make him tired. Constant usage of ibuprofen and acetaminophen arent good for his kidneys and liver. My sister uses the it to help her with inflammation from lupus. Her hip pain caused her to take 20 min to get out of bed in the morning. What does this all mean? It means my family is riddled with painful diseases...but luckily, the good folks at TCA, have great service and products to take care of us. Mahalo!
