These are my gel extensions after almost 3 weeks! My nails are quite grown out but the color is still almost flawless, and I’m very hard on my hands. My first set done here, my nails popped off/chipped after a week, and this salon did this set for me for free ❤️ service is speedy and professional, and I would highly recommend. I hope to find a salon of this quality in my home city.

Love this place! I’m not someone who gets my nails done but went here recently for two occasions. I had a spa mani/pedi for my birthday and then I had to get my nails painted for a friend’s wedding. The services were wonderful, the place is pretty quiet and staff are very good, professional, and friendly. I came in with a picture of my shoes for the wedding and asked for a nail design to match the colors and they did a fabulous job! Would definitely come back ☺️

I have literally followed my manicurist from each and every Salon they have worked in that’s how phenomenal they are. I get the most perfect looking nails and the best pedicure.

Lovely! My nails look awesome and the space is relaxing and beautiful. Harley fixed me up and was a delight to talk to during the pedicure. Prices are great and the people are even better.

Shilly (pronounced Sheila) was amazing. She took great care with my nails especially encouraging me not to cut them down and let her file them instead. They are beautiful. I loved the salon as well. The grays are soothing and everything is new and clean. Definitely pay a visit!

I’ve been trying new nail salons in the area and I had a great experience here! Their service was exceptional from start to finish. I needed a quick removal of my gel manicure from another salon, and they were incredibly efficient. Kim, the nail tech, skillfully crafted a beautiful gel manicure in just 30 minutes. The salon was clean and the vibe was inviting. I left feeling pampered and delighted with my nails. Highly recommend!

I have now been to JADORE twice. I usually go after work on the weekdays so it’s not super busy in there. They are so attentive and takes their time with everything. The first time I went in there, I got a spa pedicure and acrylic full set. And the second time I got a Brazilian wax and fill in. Chanel made my experience so amazing! She was so understanding and adapted to make both my wax and my nails work for me. Also, Tyler gave me a great pedicure. I definitely recommend both of them!

10/10 - I cant recommend Jadore Beauty Spa enough. I first visited with my mom to get pedicures in 2021, and the customer service and ambiance were immaculate. The salon is nicely designed and very clean. After returning this year to get nail extensions, I am more impressed.My nail specialist, Kelly, is the absolute best. Her customer service, skill, and attention to detail are the best Ive experienced in DC (and I grew up here).If you like manicurists/pedicurists that are detailed, nice/patient, and talented with all nail designs, this is the salon for you!

Really nice nail salon, Tony killed the design, they could clean their tools a tad better, prices were reasonable. I got hard gel but it really wasn’t hard gel…Tony just put about 5 coats on my nail and called it that BUT they do have the regular jars of builder gel.UPDATE. I just got home, 2hrs later and on 3 of my nails the black mat top is coming up. It’s because it was cured right, probably because of the all the layers. Really annoyed because it’s 4 fingers where it’s messed up.If you go do not let them convince you to do something “their way”. Tony did it this way bc it was faster but it wasn’t right and now this is the result.

This is my 4th time here, and I love this place. Service is great, its clean and the quality is wonderful. I love Tony who is great and fun to talk to -- we talked about RVs! They know what they are doing and are very accommodating. He fixed a bad manicure I had in Florida. Nice experience and prices are very reasonable.

Jenny is one of the best Lash Pro’s! I was headed to Washington D.C. to get ready to fly out to L.A. I was wanting eyelash extensions most places were not available. Jenny served me with a beautiful set of Eyelashes @ last minute. Thank you for making me beautiful! I recommend Jenny 100% if you need eyelashes.

I have been going to Jade for over a year now and she never disappoints. Shes creative and takes her time to make sure my nails are just the way I like them. Before coming to her my nails were always breaking. I highly recommend this salon and especially Jade. I usually get a dip manicure and gel pedicure.

I got a gift card here for a massage and wax. The massage was incredibly painful and left my body bruised for a week. I’ve been getting massages for years, and this was awful. The wax was done very poorly and unprofessionally, to say the least. The whole experience was quite upsetting and painful. I was then pressured into giving a large tip. I wouldn’t do anything other than getting your nails done here.

Very cute little salon, walked in without an appointment for a dip manicure and was in and out in 30 min or so? Nails look very cute, very happy overall!

This was my first visit to this salon and was very impressed. The salon was clean and very posh. I was able to set my appointment online with ease. I came in for a fill-in and was very indecisive with my color. The nail technicians name is Pink and she is remarkable she made a suggestion and showed me pictures of her past work. She made me feel comfortable and I trusted her to work her magic. I will always request her in the future. I already told my coworkers about her.

Went recently for a dip powder + gel color french and pedicure. Im only giving three stars because Kim did my shaping great. My nails shaping and toes came out great, I did get snipped a little on my cuticle but Kim was very apologetic and was gentle after. My problem is that it hasn’t been 3 days and 3 fingers have already chipped on the gel and still going literally nail by nail, also the cuticle area is a little clunky from most likely the gel top coat. Just very frustrating. Hoping they fix it when I stop by to get them fixed !

Unbelievable. the manicurist went a little too hard with the drill and cut my finger in the middle of the service, which we then couldn’t finish because my finger hurt too much to go under the UV lights to get gel polish on my nails. i stopped it there and asked to pay and leave, upon which they made me pay for the entire service (which, mind you, we only completed half of!!!!!). then later, my fingers started itching like crazy and it turned out to be an allergic reaction to the products they use at this salon. i’m not planning on returning.

Chanel’s manicure skills are unmatched. Excellent service.I’ve decided to stick with this salon after trying about 7 in DC I wasn’t happy with.

First time going here. I got a deluxe pedicure and hard gel manicure. Pedi was great. Manicure was a 1/5. Their website says hard gel which is supposed to be the liquid gel that you mold and cure onto your nail. They used press ons. Not sure how long these will last but definitely not as long. Before starting i asked for a manicure and she said she’d do it after which didn’t make sense. My nails underneath are still a mess and by ‘manicure,’ she basically meant that she’d file my cuticles down at the end for an extra $10. She was not very careful and kept flicking rubbing alcohol and the base coats on me and not wiping/blowing away any of the excess dust, so there are multiple nails that have bumps from fibers she just painted over. The shape is not even and the nail tech over filed down the top of the nail beds, making them immediately look a week old, thick and chunky, and more like old acrylic. The dip between my nail and skin is so noticeable, you’d think there was 10 layers of polish on. The sides are also sloppy and missing polish. I couldnt see it in their lighting, but once home I can still see parts of the clear press on that didn’t get polish. Lastly, I had to ask for her to file down the excess glue under my nails and there’s still a lot.

I get dip on my natural nails with Chanel and she always does such an amazing job! I can keep them on for 1 month+ and they still look gorgeous! Great customer service & attention to detail from everyone who works here :)

Beware! Ive been to this place at least 4 or 5 times. The one star is because theyve done a good job on eyebrow wax, pedicure, natural nails. However, I let one of the technicians talk me into the powder manicure a few weeks ago. My natural nails are pretty thick and long but I got this because I was traveling a lot and did not want my nails to be chipped. When I went back last week to get the powder removed and a regular manicure I had these horrible dents in each one of my nails where they apparently used the electronic nail file that another salon told me was too strong for my nail beds. Every single one of my nails has now fallen off and I have to wait until they grow out all over again. It looks like I slammed each one of my fingers in a car door. When I showed them what happened, they offered to put clear polish on my nails and apologized, but no one offered a refund or explained how this happened. So if youre going there, be sure to choose a technician that you know or ask if they can do this procedure the right way. Lesson learned, Ill never go back.

I have been going to Jenny for multiple years and I recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is absolutely amazing! The services are painless, comfortable, clean, and she is meticulous about everything. If I could give 100 stars, I would!Since Jenny has updated her space, I wanted to update my review! I went for a wax and it was still perfect but now she is offering nail services! I got a basic pedicure and a dip manicure and both turned out perfectly. Cindy was the nail tech I worked with and she was so friendly, made sure everything was perfect, and helped me pick colors based off of a design I showed her! Have had the pleasure of working with more of the nail techs and have not had one bad experience. 10 out of 10!

I always get my lashes and my nails done here. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the most importantly they do a really great job. The prices are reasonable, yet the quality is so good! Jenny is my lash tech and she is very talented. I’ve known her for two years, almost three years now, and she never disappoints me. 100% recommend!

The best experience ever ! This is the best nail salon in DC hands down. The service was great . The ambiance was phenomenal . I had a mani and spa pedicure and I told them what I wanted and they did an excellent job . Ask for Mac and you will not be disappointed!!!

I had to leave without an actual polish because Kim, the artist was either unwilling or unable to do what I asked. I just hate feeling like I’m “bothering” the artist while trying to get a look I have to wear. Also ever nail is a different length and shape. This probably is a nice salon, I just didn’t enjoy my experience.

I had a face deep cleansing with Chanel. She is very professional and kind. She Evan made me a gentle scalp and shoulder massage. The effect was amazing and I felt light and relaxed. Highly recommended

Claudia is really awesome and patient. As a Tom boy who wears many hats in my career. Its usually hard to find someone to handle the roughness of a womans skin,due to how hard she works. With that being said,she rids calluses, with a gentle touch. Im from los angeles and nail techs out there. Do not play around. So,Claudia,gurl. I’ve been coming here for awhile and always have a great experience. Jade is the nicest technician and does a wonderful job. She will go above and beyond for her clients. Her work is exactly what I wanted and looks amazing!

A group of 7 of us came here. Since we all had different nail techs, each of our results and experiences were different. This review will be based purely on my individual experience with Jade.Jade asked me to pick a color and the shape that I wanted. Before I could tell her I wanted my nails trimmed, she began to file them to shape them. I stopped her midway asking her to shorten them. She tried to tell me that my nails were already short. I had to explain that I have a baby and would like my nails shorter. She finally decides to trim them shorter, but everything else was terrible.The trimming for each nail was uneven, the shape was messy, painting was sloppy, air bubbles were present and cuticles were never even taken care of. The entire experience took maybe 15-20 minutes, which was the shortest gel manicure I have ever had. The negative experience was beyond correcting so I stayed silent and paid.Unsurprisingly, the gel nails started lifting two days after the visit. I can’t speak for the other techs, but I question the salon for having an unskilled, careless tech such as Jade. Unfortunately, I won’t be back to check out the other techs.

I got a dip for the first time and the woman (I forgot to get her name) did an excellent job. She was extremely meticulous and the price was fantastic (only $55).

Came in for a basic polish change on my lunch break. The place is beautiful and relaxing but thats where it ends. The custom and nail service sucks. As i told what i presume is the office manager or front desk that i was not satisfied with my service she got upset and snatched the 20 dollars off of the desk and repeatedly asked me to not come back. Like i give a d*mn...I get my nails every 1.5 weeks pg nails and spa and they are wonderful i just have been tired after work lately and decided to try a new place on my break. The service was 35 which i was gonna pay but i had to look for my smaller bills but got distracted by the tech constantly asking to sit down so she can put another coat on my already bulky and odd shaped nails. Would give 0 stars if i could

I decided to try a new place. I got a simple gel manicure and two days later the gel began peeling off. I will definitely be going back to ask for a refund. I am not sure if its the nail polish they use , but this has never happened to me before

I come here frequently and have held off on leaving a review until now. There have been some issues in the past, but I have tried to be understanding and forgiving. I made an appointment weeks ago for a fill today with Pink. I come in today on time for my appointment and am told Pink is not here, and can I wait for Tony to do my nails? I agree thinking it will be a cpl of minutes, and I go to the bathroom. While in the bathroom I’m called by Jenny, the business owner, and told it will be 30+ minutes until Tony arrives. Honestly, I should have left then. When I came out of the bathroom, Tiffany offered to take off my acrylic in order to get things started until Tony arrives. While doing this, another customer arrived for her noon appointment with Jenny who is also not here. So now Pink, Tony, and Jenny are not here. Tiffany asked the customer to wait 40 minutes, then Jenny called and spoke to this customer as well. At this point, the polish has been filed off of 4 of my nails. A walk in comes in to have her nails done and Tiffany leaves me to do this woman’s nails. I don’t begrudge this other customer having her nails done, but really?? The person I’m booked with isn’t here. The business owner isn’t here. Tiffany gets me started, then leaves me minutes into the process to take care of someone else. Since I am waiting 30+ minutes for my appointment to start (even though I booked ahead and was on time) then why couldn’t this walk in customer have waited for a few minutes until at the very least, all 10 of my nails had been filed, instead of just 4?? I can’t very well leave now with 4 nails filed, even though I am thoroughly frustrated. When I expressed this frustration, Tiffany was very defensive saying that I had agreed to wait. And she’s right, I did agree to wait because she was at least getting me started. But now she’s not even helping me. I am one of two customers who made an appointment at noon that is not being seen on time, and not because the salon is running late, but because the employees aren’t even present. What is the point of making an appointment at all if this is the result? Apparently, Pink no longer works here. Jenny should have gone through Pink’s appointment calendar and made arrangements for her customers instead of waiting until I was at the salon to call me. It’s just so disrespectful of her customers time and shows a lack of planning and leadership. Very disheartening. I’m sad to even be writing this because I like this salon a lot, it’s very clean and relaxing and I’m always happy with my service (except the one time I had Tiffany do my nails; big mistake), but this is just no way to do business. I don’t want to leave this place because as I said, there’s a lot to like here and Jenny and Tony are very sweet people. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what happens when they get here.Update! It’s several hours later. Jenny and Tony arrived roughly 25 minutes after my appointment time. They were very kind and gracious, I said they’re sweet people! Tony took a lot of time on my service and made sure I was happy. He then took a percentage off of the price. Jenny also reached out this afternoon after I got home and apologized again. I’ll stay with this salon for now, as I said it’s very clean and relaxing. Just know that when going to this salon, you’ll be happy with your nails, but appointment times may or may not be adhered to.

This is a really nice salon. However, this was my third time going and I booked online with Jade. DO NOT CHOOSE HER FOR ANY ONLINE APPTS. She does her own damn thing. I told this lady that I wanted clear powder, CLEAR…. not a hint of pink because that’s what you like. I SAID CLEAR!!! Follow instructions. Cindy did my nails once and she was awesome! Did exactly what I asked her to do! As nice and expensive as this place is, they need to follow the instructions of the customer and not do their own thing! Don’t get me started on the pedicure! I paid for a Milk and Honey pedicure and she just did regular gel. I WILL NOT BE BACK !!!! I didn’t even waste words with her because clearly she’s going to give you what she wants you to have but charges for what you booked. The nerve!

My normal salon was understaffed and could not take me so I found Jadore online and thought I would give them a. The salon was very clean and calm, and the staff was incredibly friendly and quiet. Unfortunately, though, within less than two hours of my departure the polish on one nail came completely off. I had never experienced that before where the polish layer just peeled right off. I noticed another customer had said the same thing, so Im wondering if its the type of polish they are using. Also, it was $15 more than my regular salon for a French gel manicure and pedicure.

Had to get a quick manicure before a meeting and Chanel did an amazing job! All of my nails broke during the holiday but Chanel still had me walking out of the salon looking fabulous. Will for sure go back!

Had these done a week ago and Im still enjoying them. Compliments still pouring in. The atmosphere was simple and classy. They had a friendly and creative staff full of personality. It was worth the drive down from Northern Maryland and I will return next time Im in the area.

I’ve been going here for maybe the past 6-8 months, and i go pretty often. it’s been very hit or miss, but because the place and staff are usually nice, i kept going. today was my third time getting dip, and usually i do that with gel (this comes in later). i saw two people, one guy at first who took off the last dip set (drilling over my skin and hurting it in the process) and then transferred me to another girl without clarifying what service i was getting. she asked me was if i wanted tips, but didn’t ask about gel - which i’d think if you would ask about putting on a fake nail, you’d think to ask about gel. she messed up one nail repeatedly and gave up after trying ONCE to fix it (that nail is damaged just hours after service). thankfully she filed off the top coat she put on and did gel for me but she caught an attitude with me for even saying anything. i believe her name was jade. i’m nice enough to tip 20% every time, but that’s the last 20% i’m giving to anyone there (considering how she couldn’t even be bothered to say thank you)

I have done microblading with Chanel and I love it. I had two appointments for this and the results after the second appointment (the retouch appointment) were great. Chanel is very professional and she makes sure that she is doing a good job, very careful. She takes her time and is very nice with the customer.I go often to the saloon to do gel manicure and I love it. Last time I did it with Taylor and the result is perfect. He is very careful, tidy and precise.I like a lot the service they provide in the saloon and they are also very friendly! Thanks a lot!

My mom’s gel polish started chipping the same day. When she went back to have this fixed, the woman at the front desk was very rude and did not fix the issue. The manager called her afterwards and offered a partial refund, but seems odd to me that they wouldn’t fix her nails. Would not recommend.

Again, another disappointment nail appointment. I was optimistic about my nails this time around and even allowed myself to be talked into getting dip powder for an extra charge. I specifically asked if they knew how to do it well because I’ve gotten it done before and I prefer for it to be a thin layer so it’s looks more like a natural nail and of course was assured that would be the case. Welp, you guessed it…they didn’t know what they were doing. Someone else had to step in to help my nail tech and she wasn’t any better. I had so much hope but left with so much shock and disappointment. My nails were jacked and I was late to dinner. Rest assured I let them know that they did a terrible job. The lady who hussled me into doing the powder dip nails was nowhere to be found during the drama but reappeared when it was time to pay and attempted to bully me into giving a tip. I have gotten powder dip nails several times and knew what they were supposed to look like. To add more disappointment, my nails started to crack within a week which I have never experienced before. The spa is clean and spacious, and there is a really great tech who does eyelashes (I don’t know her name but she is really short usually wears an apron). anyways, the other tech is terrible. She did not wash my eyelashes before refilling them and was very rough throughout. When I told her my eyes were starting to burn she told me there was nothing she could do and to put water on it. Clearly frustrated & in pain, she still wanted me to tip her! Needless to say, I will not be returning.

My friend recommended this place while I was visiting from out of town and I had an amazing experience. My pedicure and GelX nails are still immaculate 3 weeks later and both Claudia and Cynthia were super nice and did an amazing job. I also like the atmosphere of the salon, its very clean and they offer you a beverage when you arrive. I would literally take the 3 hour train just to come back here.

I have been going to Jadore Beauty Spa for about a year now and they NEVER disappoint. I am always treated with the utmost care and respect. The nail technician I go to Kim is absolutely AMAZING! She pays attention to detail and ensures that the customers needs and wants are put first. She is also very friendly and joy to have conversation with as I receive my service. Jadore Beauty Spa has a great atmosphere and ambience, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quality experience!

I have NO idea why this place is so highly rated. My experience there was horrible. It seems that no one knows what they’re doing at Jadore Beauty Spa. Tony who has shockingly received many positive reviews is too busy joking to provide a basic manicure service. I left with bleeding cuticles and cuts on my hands because he cut too deeply and used his dirty finger nails to dig into my skin as he gripped my hand to perform the most pitiful manicure I’ve ever received. Then the dip: a thick, lumpy, poorly-executed mess. To his credit, Tony suggested we start again, and I did with a different tech but, ultimately, she didn’t know what she was doing either. As I sat there, three people walked in requesting repairs of chipped and lumpy manicures. Most people said they had been there within the last three days. Did I mention that I was there for THREE HOURS while working through this manicure and pedicure (the pedicure was not as bad, but I had to stop the tech, Cindy, from twisting off my toe nail instead of cutting it with a clipper) Do not go to this place if you value your time or your nail beds.

She is also very skilled with nails...she takes her time cleaning up the nails (buffing/ trimming, etc,) and does an excellent job. She is my go to person!

This was my second time here and I am disappointed. I asked for dip French manicure and she used gel for my French. I left with each nail bleeding, she did not clean the equipment after using it on my feet.

My wax has never lasted for 6 weeks before! Jade does a great job and has a great technique to make the entire process little to no pain. Come see her and tell her Jamila sent you! The longest lasting wax I have ever had.

Jenny is amazing! I read the reviews for this place and honestly was skeptical going in, but it truly was the least painful waxing experience Ive ever had in my life. Jenny is super sweet and the whole experience was very quick and gentle. Highly recommend, especially if you get nervous for your appointment like me lol. Definitely coming back!!

I came in pretty late in the day but Jade was very patient and did not rush me at all. She was thorough and even did some areas for free since I had never removed hair in those places. She was such a treat to talk to and the whole experience was very pleasant! Not to mention, the waxing didn’t hurt as much as it does because she uses a different type of wax based on the part of the body!

I made an appointment for a pedicure and massage. I only received a reminder for the pedicure, so I called the morning of and confirmed both. The pedicure was fine...nothing special, but adequate. Good color choices. As my toes were drying, they told me I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes for the massage because the person who does them was busy. The extra 30 minute wait would have put me at an hour past my original appointment time for the massage. They said I could reschedule but did not offer anything more than a shrug and an apology. I was so excited to find a place that offered both services, but likely wont be back here if they cant honor their appointments.

I’ve been going to Jenny for about 3 years now. Her consistency, and care during my appointments are just a couple reasons I keep coming back. It’s worth mentioning I have super thick hair, and her skills are unmatched. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an easy, efficient and pleasant waxing experience!

Jenny is absolutely amazing. She has always been super clean so I had zero worries when returning during the pandemic. She ensured that I also used hand sanitizer l, and she wiped EVERYTHING down with disinfectant. The wax experience is the best I’ve ever had. She was my first Brazilian wax experience, but I moved. I was thrilled to run back into her years later. I trust Jenny with all of my waxing needs. Her caring, sweet personality is an added bonus to the overall customer experience. Try her or anyone on her team! You will never go anywhere else!

Kim charged me $90 for services she did terribly wrong. She got upset when I told her the shape of my nails was uneven. She painted my nails horribly. For such an expensive service I would have expected my nails to be perfect. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed since they looked like a child had done them. DO NOT recommend.

Jenny is a wiz at waxing - shes professional, quick and her techniques are near painless! I also just generally enjoy her disposition and my sessions with her. Ive done my nails here too and everyone is professional and kind and good at what they do. Recommend their services!

Jenny is the most gentle waxer I have had in my over 10 years of Brazilian waxes. If you have been hesitant to try waxing due to your fear of the potential pain, rest assured that Jenny will make the experience virtually pain-free. She also does an amazing job shaping my eyebrows, which cuts down on the time it takes me to do them in the mornings. Finally, Jenny loves doing what she does and she is likely one of the best in D.C. She is also very professional, nice, and her schedule allows you to jump in for a waxing whenever works with your schedule.

I recently received chemotherapy and noticed my eyebrows thin, so I decided to have them tinted. I went to this spa March 11,2023 and requested eyebrow tinting and was immediately placed in a chair, the technician placed something warmed on my eyebrows and after seconds started yanking. I asked what she was doing and stated thatdont want a wax she assured me I wasnt receiving a wax she then proceeded to do the same to the other eye. I then asked what you doing immediately i was surrounded by three other technicians who talked among themselves. One lady begin talking to me and said you want wax or tint, i responded tint she then said color and i responded of course, she then said $55 I will make beautiful because you have no eyebrows. I told her that I was initially quoted $20 and I had eyebrows when I came in. She repeatedly said $55 if you want eyebrows and then directed me to the door. I left the without an apology and no eyebrows and feeling worse than I did when I walked in.

After moving to DC 2.5 years ago, I was nervous about finding someone I could trust to do my eyebrows (they’re the one beauty thing I’m incredibly particular about). I met Jenny after reading tons of positive of reviews about her, and my experience with her did not disappoint. She was kind, courteous, and professional. And now, 2.5 years later, she’s the only person in DC I trust to do my brows! She knows how to shape them so they flatter my face. She’s so fun to chat with and while her workspace was always incredibly clean and sterile pre-Covid, I was blown away by the steps she took to make sure her clients felt safe in a Covid world now. She is a skilled professional I recommend to all my friends!

Jenny has been by far the best, most gentle wax professional Ive been to in the DMV. I would do my own maintenance work because I found most wax professionals would be too rough or inexperienced. I usually dont write bad reviews. I just dont say anything if I dont have anything nice to say, but I have to say I had a horrible experience here. The first time I went, I made an appointment for ombre. The nail tech said she would try. It was my first ombre, so I didnt know what to expect, but I was pretty sure sprinkling powder wasnt the way to go. They were a horrible mess and sprinkled together; not faded (photo). Luckily I didnt have to pay, but made another appointment to come back and have someone else fix them (I had a $70 gift card to use). I got a pedicure first this time - was very nice. Then got an ombre done by WINSTON - HE WAS VERY NICE AND VERY GOOD. However, I went to pay with the gift card I got for Christmas, and they told me they couldnt find it in the system. They said they recently got a new system, but still were unable to locate any record of it. I paid for my services, and told my co-worker who had gifted me the card. She had to walk back to the shop with her credit card statement to get the money returned. Horrible horrible business practices.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The woman refused to clean up my nails and was very aggressive. When I insisted she fix them she began to scream and bark at me. This is gel extension with UV gel for reference.

Truly horrible experience. I asked if they were able to do a specific design and the lady said it would be easy. She then messed up the design. Not even a few days later and my gel nail polish is chipping off. The dip underneath was very messy. The whole thing took 3 hours only to look horrible. Will not come back. Do not recommend

One of the best! I’m from Boston and was visiting DC for a week. I desperately needed my eyebrows cleaned up so I looked up places to go and came across Jenny Waxing. I made an appointment for 9:30am, not realizing that they weren’t open til 10:30am. But they were so accommodating and was willing to meet with me earlier despite not being open at that time typically. Kathy was precise, made the experience comfortable, and the soft wax was not painful! Would highly recommend for locals and any DC visitors.

Everyone was friendly and spoke, it was welcoming. And the price wasn’t too expensive it was reasonable. I’m definitely going back! And I’m so picky it’s rare i say that. Ask for Anna!

I usually go to Vy who is amazing. She was not in this morning so I was sat with a man. All i wanted was gel removal and a new mani w gel. He filed my nails down so thin till they hurt even after i told him multiple times it hurt. (Could not do a proper soak off for some reason). The shape is terrible. He cut some nails down way shorter than others. When he was pushing my cuticles back it hurt so much probably from him filing my nails down so much. My nails are so thin now i know they’re gonna break off right away. He left paint on my skin and wanted to file the sides after finishing the paint job which led to him lifting the polish up and him having to peel off and FILE again a whole nail. I didn’t even want him to re do it but he insisted. And they still charged me $45 after the terrible job. I’m a regular here and usually tip well but will not be returning

The new spa that Jenny set up is really amazing, the inside decor is beautiful and you automatically feel relaxed once you’re inside. Good vibes whenever I walk in.I’ve gotten my manicure, pedicure, waxing, and back massage from this spa. Superb service so far, Michelle is my go to😬

I highly recommend Jadore Beauty Spa. It is a great value for a full acrylic set with gel polish and the nail technicians are very detail oriented. They play great music and are very clean. I had one acrylic nail fall off and they saw me right away to replace it free of charge. Many friends ask me where I get my nails done and I always tell them to go to Jadore.

Went in for a pedicure, which was nicely done but the tech was very rough while cleaning excess polish from around my cuticles. My skin was literally scratched off and scabbed, and left hurting even if my skin wasnt scratched. Then while paying, the young lady taking payments was literally watching me to see how much of a tip I giving. Why?? She got what she deserved

This place is probably the *only* nail bar in DC that is amazing at nail art and quality of service. I showed the nail technician (Ms. Pink) one photo and she knew exactly how to execute the design. I love how it looks like my natural nail length as well even though it’s tips. Highly recommend. I’ll never go anywhere else. Friendly, clean, and professional.

Walking into their establishment was a breath of fresh air. It genuinely feels like a spa. There’s beautiful soft instrumental music playing and comfortable seating.I had a scheduled appointment for a full set on a Saturday afternoon. Tony was my nail tech, Mr. 5,000! He was so nice and caring. And funny. LolHe immediately acknowledged the damage to my nails due to having acrylics and made sure to be gentle when using his tools. I showed him a picture for inspiration and he executed it perfectly. I really appreciated how he took his time with each step. Especially when it came to shaping my nails and the process of applying the dip powder. He made sure that everything was to my liking. Bonus points for the massaged at the end lol.Overall, Jadore Beauty Spa left me feeling super pampered and excited for my next visit. Definitely schedule yourself an appointment.

My pedicure was lovely, however, I would definitely not recommend getting a full set here. Most of my nails popped off within a week of getting them done. I had to keep reapplying nail glue for them to stay on. Also, the tech made the nails on one hand noticeably longer than the other.

I had a terrible waxing experience here. The woman who waxed me (didnt catch her name because she never introduced herself) was rough, rude, and removed hair from places I didnt want while leaving patches of hair where I wanted it removed. She never checked with me before proceeding and then when I expressed my concern, she brushed me off and said it was fine. It wasnt fine. My skin was raw, red, and patchy afterwards. I will never return here.

I dont know what happened but I was in here for so long and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. So painful that I havent come back.I did not see Jenny. I saw Kathy. Waxing shouldnt take 40 minutes and if you pull too slowly it makes the pain even worse. I muscled through it but maybe I should have gone to Jenny instead? Kathy was very sweet but I could not deal with a repeat experience of this. I need my waxing to be done in 10 minutes tops and spending four times as long for it was really unpleasant.

I got my eyelashes done here and they were horrible! First off, I got them done on a Friday and I SPECIFICALLY told her I had SEVERE sensitive skin. The manager told me that the adhesive was VERY sensitive.That Saturday my eyes started burning and itching. It was too unbearable and I was literally in tears , I couldn’t sleep or even blink properly. I called Jenny and she said I can come back on Sunday. I came back that Sunday. This is where it goes from BAD to WORSE . First of all , the lady had me close my eyes and she put rubbing alcohol on my eyelids. She wanted me to lay there for 30 minutes. Two minutes later, my eyes starts burning HORRIBLY. I started screaming and crying. She came over to me and told me it was my fault because I opened my eyes when I did no such thing. I continued to scream extremely loud to the point my grandmother had to fan my eyelids and put water on them while she stood there until my grandmother told her to get me COLD water for my eyes. She then proceeded to PULL roughly to get the false eyelashes off. I could feel my skin being torn . I kept screaming through all of this and I had to go to the sink to rinse my eyes out. I wanted to speak to the manger and she refused to call her nor did we get a refund . I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN also I have got my nails done here and they fell off in less than a week.

Will never be in this place ever again, they cut my finger and did a terrible job on mymanicure. And the person who cut my finger promised me that the wound would not get infected after she dipped my bleeding finger multiple times. Bad service, overcharged me $35 for a $10 gel removal. Did not remove all of the gel, over files my nails. Did not want to complain as a walk-in, but I do not recommended their services.

This place is usually good but I swear the pricing is ridiculous I came in today to get a regular gel fill in I didn’t have have time to get any polish so the nail tech basically did acrylic and a top coat so when was time for me to pay he says $45 he charges me for gel even though I didn’t actually get any polish just a clear top coat I tried to give this business chance after chance but they’ve proven to me that I need to take my money else where

This nail salon is very nice if you get long nails dont go here because they made me feel so uncomfortable because my nails were long. I didn’t know a certain nail length was a crime. A nail tech came over to me grabbed my hand and said too long too long hehe. Very rude and unnecessary!Nice place besides the way they made me feel I can’t take that away from them.
