Play Dc surprised me. The servers, bartenders, and even the hosts out front are very welcoming. I loved the ambiance here LED lights all through the club amazing Me and my girls had a time here. Will definitely be back. The food was delicious 🤤👌 I had chicken Alfredo It’s was soooo good I recommend it . If you haven’t checked out play DC yet what are you what for!!!!!!!

PLAY Restaurant & Lounge is Great Place to visit for good Vibes, Music, and food.

I visited the place on a Sunday during their day party was told informed it does not get crowded until 830 and later. During that time went to the rest room and it was filthy with no hand soap. So after leaving I informed the staff of the issues. When we returned the refuses to let us in due to expressing our concern of the dirty restroom and no hand soap. I guess they are use to their staff not washing their although serving customers.

Play DC Lounge has become my top choice in the city! Lina was amazing and very friendly She not only was attentive and made the best recommendations but she made the drinks so good!!! The food was great and the atmosphere was dope. Music was great and there hookah is the best and it’s a good spot I would recommend. Ask for Lina when you go there she’s the best I would definitely go there !

Came out to DC from Brooklyn for the weekend and decided to check out this spot around the corner. Great vibes and A1 bartenders 🤩. If you in the DC area definitely come out. Yani was my bartender and she’s the sweetest!

Came to Play DC for a girls night out, and when I tell yall that was the best night Ive had in DC! From start to finish the staff was hospitable, the bartenders took great care of me, and the DJ was so good I lost my voice from singing my heart out!!! Lets start with when you walk in, security was very kind, polite, and made entry a breeze. As soon as we entered the energy was UNMATCHED! This is a place where you can mix and mingle, feel safe, and have a great time. We got table service and the the servers were beautiful and full of smiles (cus yall know half the time the girls be acting stank) they even danced with us LOL anyway they made sure we had a great time and were so friendly! Now lets talk about ambiance... The space itself is such a vibe, from lighting to the bar set up to the floor plan, i legit felt like I was in one of those club scenes from a movie lol -- its very intimate but not too small you def have room to move around and dance. Bathroom was clean too which I appreciated. All in all, Ive been to all the spots in DC and Play is by far my top pick but ya know you can always see for yourself! xoxo

Mid-Tier at best. The venue looks nice but dead on a Saturday.The venues nice, but the promoters lied about open bar on Eventbrite.20% automatic gratuity. Expect to pay close to $50 for 2 drinks (they only filled half the cup)

Wow really disrespectful staff.For one, the hours are posted incorrectly, and secondly whatever bouncer was working tonight has got to go, incredibly disrespectful.

Everything was great!!! From Security service to Bar service! The interior is beautiful I love the spot!! Sanaaa is the one to go tooooo! Best bartender in the city !!! Best services I’ve had from a club out dc! DJ was hitttttttin w every track!! It got crazy first time being at Play, so we def coming back for a different crazy fun experience w Play DC!!!.

Me and my friends came here sat, the venu is nice and great music. I originally was going to give it 1 star because our waitress Erica had a nasty attitude. We had to wait for her to come acknowledge us and when she did she act as though we were bothering her! Throughout the night we constantly had to ask her for cups, napkins and juice that NEVER came! Another waitress Kay stepped up and made sure we got everything we needed, apologized for the wait, even gave us complimentary shots for the inconvenience. Even though she was not our waitress she checked on us throughout the night and for that Play get 4 stars. Erica spent more time taking videos of herself and twerking vs helping her customers. I’m sorry but play needs to fire her!! She clearly has no idea what she’s doing

Play is my new favorite spot. As soon as you walk in the door , the vibe is set. Sanaa and all the bottle girls made sure we had an amazing night!!! We are definitely coming back this weekend

Place is a big safety hazard. The exit is one small door, security doesn’t check ID, or bags which can lead to someone bringing in a gun, which they did. And all this for stupid celebrities that don’t ever show up to their events. Fight started out and security did nothing but let it worsen. Let’s better ourselves as a community please.

Play DC is the place to be this Summer!!!! Make sure you get there early for the Sunday Funday Turn up, you don’t want want to miss it. You ain’t outside…if you ain’t at Play this summer. They got some baddies working in there too.

One of the classic Hookah bar around DMV. Nice ambiance and Music is always decent that doesn’t bother you like lounges around the area the service was good and fast, my bartender sanna was amazing very friendly and very professional I’m definitely going back there!!!

Nice spacious lounge! Great experiences each time I’ve visited. Drinks were on point .. thanks to our sweet bartender Sanaa. I also liked the variety of music played by DJ Simbah.

Soon as you walk in the vibes is giving what it’s suppose to! The DJ was deeejaying! it was turnt up! Sanaa was giving amazing service and took care of us! i’m just saying Play DC is where y’all wanna be at! play with it, play with it, play with it… DC!!! lol

A very vibrant place to relax on the weekend. The music and the drinks were excellent and Sanna is an amazing and fun bartender and I will definitely come back to see her.

I can say even though someone was shot everyone was attentive to the young man that was injured. One bad apple can spoil everything over all a nice place I had a great time. Prayers to the young man.

Play Dc is such a beautiful vibe.the music is top tier....i was at z bar with some frndz and Sanaa took care of us really well. highly recommend the lemon drop.

Play is a great place for Hookah, Drinks, Music, and Good vibes on a Saturday night or Sunday for Sunday Funday.. you won’t regret it!!!

I was not going to comment I just would like to say it’s a nice friendly place the vibe was great one person can spoil it for everybody. Looking forward to returning 🙏🏾 for the young man.
