I arrived about 10 minutes early and did not have to wait. The room is comfortable & warm. Peter was professional & made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

It was 100% clear that he understood how to provide the massage safely and with attention to the unique needs of a pregnant body. I felt safe, comfortable and that he was paying close attention to how my body responded so that the massage felt tailored.

I’ve been seeing Petar off and on for years. There’s truly no other massage therapist quite as talented as he is. I have issues with my neck & lower back and generally carry a lot of tension in my body from working out and work stress. Every single time I leave Petar’s, I feel like an entirely new man. Peter delivers a great deep tissue massage. He works on the tight muscles, finds the knots, and applies pressure points to bring relief. It’s tough to find an effective deep tissue masseur, he’s the guy to go to!

Peter and Ascend Massage came highly recommended by a friend of mine.Rarely could I find a therapist who can provide a good amount of deep pressure. However, once I patronized Peter, I must say that he is the best massage professional I have ever seen. He has very strong hands and applied very firm pressure on my upper back and neck. For context, I get massages almost every two weeks and also have some training back in college so I’m rather picky of who I go to. I have been trying new massage therapists e since I just moved to the area and looking for my go-to place. I think I just found it. This was by far the most effective, thorough, and relaxing massage I’ve had in the DC area and in general. Peter really makes sure to ask where your problem spots are and massages all the muscles and fascia related to the those areas. He also incorporates stretching so that the problem areas he massages can be further worked. He’s very thorough and even gave me extra time since I was slightly early. Most massage places I know have a clock in their room that’s slightly ahead so they can end earlier than expected or not give the full value of the massage. I’ll be back for sure!

Petar gives really effective deep tissue massages. I have gone to him several times in the past few months and every time he has helped me release all the tension in my body. Best massage in DC. I work on my feet and have lower back pain that Petar is always able to target perfectly. After reading all the great reviews about this joint, i decided to give it a try. The reviews were understatement how good the massage was! I had deep tissue and Peter absolutely healed my shoulder and neck pain. The place was also very clean and had a very relaxing ambience.

Peter was friendly and highly professional. Upon confirming my arrival, he met me at the door and I was escorted to the therapy room. During a brief introduction we covered what I was looking for and that specifically my lower back pain needed some attention. He used the right amount of pressure at certain areas and was more soothing in others. Perfection!

I was about to post a 3 star review(massage was nothing special) but when I saw the amount of fake reviews I was really put off. One can clearly see that every review is fake and not representative of the business. There is a guy that rated the business two weeks ago and the owner responded that he only had the business open for 2 weeks, and yet there are many reviews that were left before that person that all had 5 stars. Sad what the owner does to get customers. :( This is a clear indication of the integrity of this place. Vote with your wallet and do your research!
