This atmosphere was fun. There are many picture worthy areas at this establishment.I ordered the chicken & waffles. The chicken and potatoes were friend crispy like Id prefer it, and the waffles were okay.Id circle back to try other dishes on the menu and to enjoy the ambiance again. If you want a low-key DC brunch vibe, this gives it.

The food and atmosphere were amazing! Also our servers Zack and Jonathan were so sweet and attentive never had to look for them once. Im vegetarian and they accommodated to me. The mimosas were champagne than juice ☺️ Definitely coming back for the bottomless brunch

Food was very flavorful, well portioned and delicious! I was absolutely pleased with level of service and professionalism displayed by staff. I also tried their Moscow Mule cocktail and I was blown away, I HAD to order another one lol!!! By far the best Ive had since Ive moved to the DMV area. You need to try this restaurant, its so worth it!

I had an amazing experience here today. I came to see if I would like to have my birthday here and it was amazing. I had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine and she was lovely. The food was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Very fancy steak house with excellent chef and the rest of the staff. Has a bit of a speakeasy feel being tucked away on the second floor above a Subway.

Allow me to introduce you to THE hottest spot in DC! The musicy was on point everything is a vibe, and when I tell you, the food is finger licking good you have to trust me on that one!Our server Zack was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! We start out with a short rib tacos, the bang, bang shrimp, the mac & cheese, and the chicken empanadas. All I have to say is wow, I wanted to get the mac & cheese with Lobster, but my friend is allergic, but it was still amazing without it! Total epic cheese pull. & I consider myself an empanada connoisseur, and these were flaky, cheesy and full of meat. Love them!We tried the specialty drinks all of them. We’re not only beautiful, but strong, but not overpowering just perfection. Then for dinner, we indulged in the chicken and the salmon! Both amazing in their own way.And how could you and the night without dessert? We got the New York cheesecake, and the chocolate cake, which is my favorite, super rich, decadent, and delicious. And then they have another floor in case you want to keep the party going!

I had a terrible experience at Lost Society. I was wrongly identified and removed from the premises without any chance to explain. One of the security guards even put his hands on me and used derogatory language. Despite my repeated requests to speak with a manager or owner, no one came to address the situation. I’ve never faced such poor treatment at a place where I spent my money, this establishment is very unprofessional and I will never return.

I have been here several times (at least 7) but have never tried the food, so I cannot rate that fairly. It is usually a good time but the service has been bad every time. From the doormen to the bar on the 2nd floor. I try not to harp on one particular portion of the service, but I dont have to because a lot of it wasnt great. The hookah was trash and it didnt work and they still took my money and they picked it up 10 minutes later. I understand the hookah is a contractor to the place but I suggest finding a new contractor with better quality and customer service. The music is alright but if you drink enough I guess its cool. There are other places on U st that have a better vibe, better prices, and much better customer service.

Let’s talk service, Chet was phenomal! We sat at the bar and she was very attentive. The food was decent but not 5 star per se. Vibes was on 10 after the crowd started to arrive. Suggest that you book for a later brunch reservation & bottomless mimosas!!!!

WARNING.. DONT GO!!! I heard about this restaurant and wanted to go for brunch with my hubby. First, my husband was patted down before we could enter. We were seated on the rooftop. We ordered the egg rolls but were served the crab dip. The server acknowledged the mistake and advised they would be right out. They werent!! I ordered steak and eggs and hubby ordered the French toast. 5 seconds before the entree came out they finally brought the egg rolls. I ordered my steak medium well, it came out dry, the eggs and potatoes were luke warm. I asked if they could give me a new plate. 5 minutes later they brought the same steak, eggs and potatoes back out. I asked if they just warmed the plate and the server said yes. I sent it back and they finally came out after my husband had finished his meal. Asked for the manager and explained the disaster, he could care less and walked away. At this point Im done!!! They took back my steak and eggs, we got the check (no discount or apology) and left.

Heard some about this place on IG so I thought I would try it. Place is nice, wouldnt know from the outside. Food was ok. Crab dip was good. Didnt come with the pita chips I asked for tho.b French toast was nice. Scrambled eggs were ok. Needed seasoning. Potatoes were really good though. And the drink I had, think it was called a fruity call, was good too. All in all I liked it, might go back

Went here on a Friday night. Ambiance is nice. Food is very mediocre and definitely not worth the money. We ordered every appetizer on the menu. The devil eggs lacked flavor and the egg was under cooked and hard. The crab dip was soupy. The wings where a 5/10. Don’t order the get jerk flavor it doesn’t taste like jerk. It tasted like grilled wings with no seasoning. The bbq flavored wings tasted better. The crab egg roll was underwhelming. The boom boom shrimp was the best item I ate that night. Also the 20% gratuity is a joke due to the fact that the service was subpar. Drinks where good I give them a 8/10. We went to the nightclub afterwards. Nice crowd and diverse. Good music

I have really good memories of coming to Lost Society in the past. Being back in town I thought Id revisit... Was asked to pay $20 just to enter the restaurant. I refuse to pay $20 just to sit down before even ordering, what a ridiculous concept. Given the rating is only 4.2 on Google (which isnt that high compared to the area which has loads of great places) Im not sure how they justify $20 just to walk in. Pretty disappointing

First time doing brunch here. The French toast is top tier. Ordered a fruity call, a really sweet drink, however, the toxic king is now my go to. Definitely recommend getting a reservation as tables fill up quickly.

As we walked in they welcomed us with warm greetings, we ordered appetizers and wine very delicious ( fried Calamari was the best) then I had lamb chops it was juicy and tender ordered medium it was perfect my compliments to Chef Leo. Dessert ( chocolate cake) my favorite! Zach our waiter was exceptional. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great time at lost society. Our server Zack was very attentive and very kind. He made sure everything was going well at our table. The food was very good! We will definitely be coming back to lost society.

Zack was amazing his service was top notch he was very attentive to our needs he always checked on us to be sure everything was ok & to make sure we didn’t need anything else,the food was extremely good my only issue was the bubble machine for my drink wasn’t working which was a small thing..we will be visiting again soon

Making this review for anyone on the fence about doing Sunday brunch/Day party here. Was visiting DC from Texas for the weekend & looking for a place with smooth brunch vibes. This place had the vibes I was looking for. Music, women, & bottomless mimosas. Table limit is 90 minutes but they are pretty lenient on that. Day party on the 3rd floor rooftop after brunch with a live DJ was smooth. Would recommend

Zac was an attentive server. I got the Steak and eggs. It was pretty good. I liked the chimichurri on the side. Definitely a nice ambience and vibe.My friend got the pancakes and eggs, she liked the eggs but thought the potatoes were kind of under seasoned and the pancakes were dry but the eggs were good.Another friend got the lamb chops and the crab dip and said they were both really goodDefinitely a good brunch vibe. The table next to us really enjoyed the bottomless mimosas.

Service was fine Nothing spectacular. Atmosphere is cute for you & your girls. Food! TERRIBLE. I got the steak & eggs. It was bland . Eggs had ZERO seasoning, steak was good with the chimichurri on it BUT! the icing on the cake was I threw all of that food up just a few minutes after getting back to my car. No I was not drunk , not even buzzed. Only had 2 drinks (the entire day) while there . I’m so sad I had this experience for my birthday smh

Came here for brunch this weekend. The food was a 10/10! I had the Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad and the Jerk Empanadas. My friends ordered other appetizers that were all good.

Security was rude af. Had no business to ruin my best friend birthday brunch. Was not respectful. Ordered food and never got to eat it as the security guards kicked us out because we lit with the mimosas.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, service, food drink, and my waiter was the best. I cant remember his name, but he is a very nice white gentleman with great customer service. I enjoyed my seafood linguini pasta and the shrimp tacos was delicious as well. O yea the strawberry Lemonade was good as well. Highly recommend Lost Society.

Def a vibe! Very elegant brunch area! Pineapple mojito was 🔥French toast, eggs, breakfast potatoes, and bacon was made with LOVE! WILL DEFINITELY BE REVISITING!It can be pricey depending on what you order. But was worth it. Awesome customer service.

This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, ranking among the worst I have ever encountered. Despite making a reservation for a large group of out-of-town guests for a birthday brunch, we were regrettably relegated to sitting at the bar. It was an uncomfortable situation, exacerbated by the sight of numerous empty tables scattered throughout the establishment—approximately half of them unoccupied. When we approached the staff to inquire about being seated at one of these available tables, our request was once again denied. This display of unprofessionalism and lackluster customer service left much to be desired. However, it is worth noting that our bartender demonstrated exceptional friendliness amidst this otherwise disheartening encounter. I would have rated this experience with zero stars, but regrettably, Googles rating system does not permit such an evaluation.

Me and my boyfriend we had a wonderful Saturday night at lost Society it was super perfect . The food was great and the music was the best and love the night club there too . Service was the best for us ❤️❤️

A reliable DC rooftop. I’ve been here many many times, sometimes it’s beyond crowded, where it’s uncomfortable and sweaty, and sometimes the mosquitoes can get you up here. But overall a good place to have in the rotation. I was just recently here on a Sunday, ordered a few hookahs, vodka soda $16 here, and they do add a 20% service fee already so that includes the tip. $16 is a lot to me for a very basic drink, but that’s how it goes. The bathroom line is never too bad, and they have a water jug at the bar on all this is a good spot.

Awesome vibes, beautiful people and chill dance spot for late night. Great drinks and an rooftop huka area. Definitely worth a visit if you are going out.

I only wish they had indicated it was a club like environment, we brought our daughter and was looking forward to a goodbye dinner but not to the sounds of “Sexy Redd” also service is pretty much non existent although they charge you a 20% service fee, food was really good service was a -1 in reality but the hostess was really nice she wore red glasses just give more details of environment, I would recommend to a girl group or a group of friends but not a family really

I went here for my friend birthday, and we all had a good time. But it took a while for the food to arrive and there is a time limit on how long you are able to sit in the restaurant so I felt we had to rush in order to not go past the time limit. I ordered the crab deviled eggs and the french toast which were pretty good. But the food itself tasted ordinary.

Just had brunch at this place earlier and couldn’t wait to rave about how awesome our experience was. For starters, the place is perfectly decorated and had very instagrammable content. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and the booth we were sat at was so spacious and pretty. Velvet seats for comfort! Our waiters name was Cole and I must say, he was one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. He was sweet, attentive, helpful, funny, and a great photographer! We ordered quite a bit and Cole never once complained about servicing us. We got to know a little about him and his moms cool media company. Customer service means the most to me, so his service alone was enough to make me come back everytime I’m in town. The Arnold Palmer is my highly recommended mocktail choice! The BEST i’ve ever had. The mimosas were also top tier. We had crab deviled eggs, crab dip, chicken and waffles, and steak and eggs. All cooked to perfection. The steak was so tender and seasoned well! The manager visited our table a few times as well to check in and also made sure the birthday girl was properly celebrated. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our brunchtime at Lost Society, but I will leave you with this…request Cole as your server!

Alexis was amazing!!! She not only was attentive and made the best recommendations but she made the drinks so good!!! The food was great and the atmosphere was dope. Music was great feels on the second floor and the top floor was definitely dope turn up spot! I would recommend. Ask for Alexis at the bar she is top tier!!!

The food was absolutely amazing we got the spinach dip, parmasean Brussels sprouts, boom boom shrimp and the mussels. Everything was seasoned fantastically, kudos to the chef he did his thing! jasmine was very attentive to our needs and accommodated us wonderful. The vibes and ambience was great at DJ Mo Betta had the tunes playing right. Definitely a great date night spot!

Had brunch here and was well worth it! The chicken and waffles were on point, and the bottomless mimosas added a nice touch. Only issue, as with most places in downtown DC, is parking. We got lucky but suggest you take an Uber or Lyft so you can enjoy the experience.

If youre considering going here for dinner...dont. The hostesses must not effectively communicate with one another because my party was running late and we were told we would still have our reservation over the phone, but when we arrived, no one knew what we were talking about. The hostess we met was nice/nasty and did not know how to correctly estimate table availability. We were told our party could not be accommodated, but that we could sit at the bar. Meanwhile, there were at least TWO seating areas available for a large party. Even if another party was expected to come later on, we couldve been seated, but they CHOSE not to. A lot of room for improvement as far as service. We ended moving to the table after the other party didnt show on time (go figure). Never had a server which wouldve been nice since they seem to have good reviews. The manager tried to make things right, but the experience already left a bad impression. As a positive note, the lamb chops were good. Not worth the hassle of everything else though. If it wasnt raining, we wouldnt have wasted our time and gone somewhere else.

First time in DC, my friend and I had the pleasure of eating here. Crab dip to pasta to 3 layer chocolate cake was amazing. Zac was our server and he did a great job with checking up on us. My bestfriend and I made plans to come here 4/5/24. I arrived around 5:10pm. There was no hours of operation sign on the door. My bestfriend was parking her car around the corner. I noticed as I was walking in 3 guys saw me enter this establishment and followed me inside. I ran up the stairs to the 2nd floor where I explained to the black bartender that I have reservations to be here and Im waiting on my BFF, however, I strongly believe I was followed by 3 guys who dont look like they have any intentions or outward appearance of being here. She said ok but seemed very aloof and hands off. I asked do they have security and she said in a snarky tone, Hes supposed to be here but hes late. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. I look over at the 2nd floor glass door and see the guys standing there looking at me like prey. I told the bartender those are the guys. She did nothing and said nothing. However, a nice spanish hostess told the guys to go upstairs to the 3rd floor. 5min later my bff arrives. 10min later the lousy security guard shows up looking every bit of tall and slow with a crusty face. He has the nerve to tell us that we have to wait outside until they open at 5:30pm. Mind you, it was 5:25pm when he said that. No one on the staff told him what was going on, so when I told him, he took it with a grain of salt. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and protection at this place is a joke!!!!! To think I celebrated my birthday here 2yrs ago smh. My bestfriend and I took our class, beauty, and hard earned career money to a black owned establishment around the corner with compassionate black staff to match. I will NEVER step foot in that LOST SOCIETY ever again. Forget the new renovations, the only thing they got right was the name choice because they are indeed LOST!!!

Outstanding service from Tamiya! Many places offer bottomless mimosas, but here, it’s more champagne than juice, and the food quality is top-notch! I’ve never been to brunch where I could walk away and say I LOVE THE BROCCOLINI! Everything was an elevated experience 👏🏽

Unfortunately, it was a miss for me. My birthday dinner was not what I planned. First, I have never called an establishment and been lied to about holding a reservation. I called to let them know of my late arrival well before my reservation time of 9:00. They guaranteed to hold my reservation until 9:30 but when I arrived at 9:21. I was told my reservation was cancelled and my party of 9 would have to sit at the bar?!?! They had 3 tables open, which I’m sure one belonged to me. It was my birthday the least you could have done was accommodate us and dock the time. People in my party were very upset about the lack of customer service, which left a very frustrating birthday. I appreciate the effort from Preston, but it just wasn’t enough! I will never come here again!

I attended a birthday dinner here, our reservation was set for 9pm. We knew we were running late so we called ahead 15 minutes prior to our reservation. Mind you it’s 9 of us because it was a birthday celebration. The person we spoke with on the phone told us that they would move our reservation to 9:15pm since we would be getting there at 9:21pm that way we have until 9:30pm for cancellation. We got to the restaurant and two young ladies at the host stand were not pleasant at all. They completely just told us the reservation was cancelled. So we shoulder her proof that we called and she was like unfortunately you only get a 15 minute grace period. Then she stated that we can sit at the bar and she will see what she can do. Well it took her all of 10 minutes to come over and tell us that they couldn’t accommodate our party. She then proceeds to tell us that ALL 9 OF US in the party can sit at the bar because they have nothing available. Unfortunately we took Uber there so we had no other option and it was raining at this time. So we decide to sit at the bar while they had two open tables that could definitely accommodate us for sure. We inquired about those seat and they told us they have reservations for them. Mind you it’s 10pm their kitchen closes at 11pm. We were only there for dinner smh. The customer service was so poor. I would never patronize thinnest again. On top of all after you cancel our reservation you tell us we’re going to be charged as a party? No at all. I mean Preston did help us for sure, but all of this could have been avoided when you could’ve sat us where we ended up sitting in the first place. The food was 3/10 and I wouldn’t recommend it. Lost Society needs to do better starting with the host at the front. They need to fix those attitudes because that’s not good customer service. How do you tell a party that you can’t accommodate them when you have open seating in the restaurant.

This place is phenomenal! The atmosphere is relaxed but fun, and the staff is friendly. Our hostess, Maija, greeted us with a smile and set the tone for the rest of our visit. She was friendly, accommodating, and patient as we asked her numerous questions regarding their brunch and the establishment. As demonstrated by our hostess, the staff know what they’re doing and talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is pretty good, and for their prices, it’s 100% worth it. Our waitress, Jasmine, did a great job providing excellent service with a smile. She was attentive in checking on our party and ensuring we were cared for while enjoying our meal. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is fantastic – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Highly recommend!

The restaurant week menu was a great value and everything on it was delicious! The service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The seating was well lit, had fun wallpaper and felt private. We had never been here before but will most certainly coming back!

I had a great experience.We went for a birthday celebration for my friend. The place looks high, nicely decorated, overall it had a nice vibe. The Hennessy wings were well seasoned and their sauce was tasty. I also had an omelet with potatoes but it was okay. It need more seasoning. Our server, Zac great and attentive to our needs. Deflee recommend this place for a birthday celebration, or just a brunch with friends.

Lost society is a Black owned business that focuses on creating an atmosphere where you can enjoy food and drinks and enjoy amazing music. I remember coming to Lost Society at the onset of the pandemic and I love it. They closed and remodeled and we knew we had to get back. Finally we made a reservation on August 12 to celebrate a friend’s birthday.When we arrived the host was amazing and got us seated right away. The atmosphere is amazing and I love how they redid the inside and the food and drinks are even different.Let me just say I started with the calamari and it was probably one of the best I’ve had in a long time. It’s almost like a party in your mouth. For the entree I ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls and boom boom shrimp. These dishes were nothing short of amazing. I really love how they put thought into these dishes and the presentation is impeccable.The customer service is also impeccable! Love how the staff are very accommodating and aim to make sure you have an amazing time. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ll be back and I’m bringing friends.

Came here on a random Thursday night exploring at the rooftop. Didnt come for food. Good vibes at first with oldies hip hop, then the music/dj just got really bad...later on there was good songs but it was just off. Certain songs you just dont play on the dance floor unless its end of yhe night and ppl need to leave. Everyhone was feeling it then the songs towards the end was just off and through everyones vibe off. People tried to dance but the mix was just bad ppl stopped and slowly left. Dj literally just switched one song to another without no transisition or anything but at least in the beginning the songs were good. Drinks were pretty pricey too, small cups. Nice to check out but probably go explore other places.

I came here for a corporate dinner and we had a party of 20+. Jasmine was our waitress and she was extremely pleasant, professional and managed our large party effortlessly. The atmosphere and customer service was superb. The food and drinks were delicious and honestly the best I have eaten at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend for any party reservations, couple dates, or even for a quick drop in to enjoy their R&B music.

The place is lit lol nothing much to say after that. I went on a game night hosted by another group so the place was PACKED. Only reason it wasn’t a 5/5 is I NEVER GOT MY FOOD LOL and I came hunger.

Our server was very inattentive, we saw her maybe 3x during our 90minute dining experience. We were originally turned off from the mimosas being pre-mixed because we prefer to make our own balance/ratio of champagne and juice, but we were very satisfied with the “house” blend. No complaints. All of the dishes we had were great…except for the salmon, which one member of our party said lacked flavor.

Stunning decor. Food was very high quality and reasonably priced. The owner/manager came to greet us and was attentive to our needs. The chef also came to greet us. Server was patient and diligently explained the menu. All in all a wonderful place. I highly recommend Lost Society.

I used to love this because it used to be opposite of this review! Honestly, this review is for the woman they had working the door on Friday 01/05/23. Not only was the woman who was taking payment rude, but she was also very unprofessional. I had table service, and others from our section said that she was also very unpleasant to them as well. It even so happened that the section booked next to mine, had the same complaint, saying that they were mean, and made a snarky comment toward them; and they were a couple! Outrageous since I have never once had an issue with the woman working in this establishment, I usually find myself tipping the bartenders, security guards, and front door staff but having this woman work the door on arguably one of the coldest nights of the year, wasn’t the most welcoming thing! I plan on calling to follow up on this review in more detail as there was much more I’m choosing to leave off of this review. Still love ya Lost, but do without the unprofessional unwelcoming woman at the door when folks are paying hundreds of their hard earned money. :(

We came to celebrate our friend with a Birthday Brunch. The music and food were all great. Service was speedy. Staff were accommodating. We did get charged to hold the cake, but I would definitely come back.

Went there with a couple friends. We ordered the bottomless mimosas and food as well. The food was good but there was definitely something wrong with either the drinks or the food (we got chicken and waffles). Me and my friends threw up everything a couple minutes after eating. Wouldn’t recommend.

Took and Uber since parking is crazy.You have the option to make reservations but we got there early enough that we were able to be seated immediately. This was my second time coming to lost society. The first time, I went to a day party during the summer and had a great time. This time around my friend and I decided to try the brunch here. On Saturday, November 4th, 2024 we went to brunch. I ordered the pancakes, eggs, bacon, and potatoes. My friend ordered steaks and eggs then added a side of pancakes. We had the crab deviled eggs appetizer. We both got bottomless mimosas. The food was great. The service was great. Our total was $200. I like how the host accommodated us even though we came late. We were supposed to sit at the bar since we missed our reservation, but she let us know a party canceled and had us sit at a table.Now, the next day (Sunday)both me and my friend were very sick, had the same symptoms and realized we had food poisoning. We were shocked because the food was so good but maybe there was a lack of sanitation in the restaurant. My friend was able to recover by Monday . But my symptoms worsened to the point that I had to go to the emergency room where the doctors confirmed I had food poisoning. I am still recovering, I got home from the hospital on Tuesday.

From the amazing waiter, Haja, i believe to the welcoming hostess who greeted us when we first came in was a great experience. We came for a birthday brunch, and surprisingly, it wasnt as packed. We all enjoyed our service as well as the food. I had the steak and eggs, which was soo delicious.

Amazing drinks and dinner during Winter Restaurant week. The French onion soup, braised short ribs, empanadas, bread pudding, and butter cake were absolutely delicious. Due to traffic we were running late for our 7pm reservation however Giselle the hostess with the mostest graciously extended our reservation to 7:30pm 😊. Zac, our server, and the team made sure the drinks and food were flowing never missing a beat! Even Gizelle came around to check on us! Great customer service and food ! Get the Sexy Red drink ! My server Jasmine was so nice. She checked on my table often and made my party feel like we were well looked after. The music was a bit loud for us being that we were seated next to the du booth and speakers, but with a word to Jasmine, it was quickly resolved. I really enjoyed my first visit for dinner and can’t wait to come back for brunch and any other parties.

Zac & Niam were wonderful! They were both well knowledgeable about the menu, and offered exceptional service. Kudos to these two for making our date brunch one to remember.

I liked dining here for HH. The jerk chicken tacos and mojitos were good. The waiters are very attentive. While the menu is limited I think it creates better quality small bites. I really liked the buttermilk chicken sandwich, truffle fries and the Ceasar brussel sprouts.

Zac was an amazing server, it was my first time here with my friend. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed. Food Service was fast but we were here when it was pretty empty. My friend and I were jammin’ to the music the entire time. Wasn’t too loud even when the bar and space was full. Overall Great ambiance and would come back.They did not have much or any vegetarian options at all so as a new vegetarian I had to alter my eating choice for the night. Would not recommend for vegan or vegetarians.

Hey, renovated and is really cute inside plus the DJ is fine and the food was good. I had the calamari the jerk and piñata the boom, boom shrimp, the brussels sprouts and the crab, deviled eggs and all of it was really good. I had a Hrs & Hrs to drink and I would recommend that too. My server was Zack, very professional, fast and attentive.

Our waitress Jasmine was outstanding. Food was great except the crab dip was oily. Hostess was accommodating to a late party even though she could have cancelled it. Restaurant is a nice vibe.

Jasmine was our waitress who provided optimal service giving great detail of the menu with fan favorite suggestions. My friends had the jalapeño burger, the French toast and chicken and waffles, which were all rated good. I had the seafood Cobb salad and it was well seasoned and filing. The atmosphere was very inviting and the vibe was very chill. I would rate my overall experience as a 9/10 and I would come back.

The ambience was beautiful but our server was terrible. She even asked us if we needed a server. We wanted to order food and drinks but just ended up ordering via the bartender. Front desk girl was great too. Security was okay. Go to event brite so you don’t have to pay $20 for the entry fee.

Felicia was the highlight of the birthday brunch my friends through for my brother. She was so much fun at the bar and the atmosphere was amazing. Great GM as well who was really friendly. Came for a brunch, Tamiya was an amazing server! The food was solid, mimosas were good. We came for a friends birthday brunch and had a great time overall - Tamiya was super attentive and took good care of us.

It was my best friends birthday we were on the way and I called to check if we could change it to 2 people instead of 4. The girl on the phone randomly says it was cancelled. I ask why she said I don’t know in a rude tone. We look at my friends email and it says the restaurant cancelled it. The woman’s attitude on the phone just decided for us to make new plans. She also said we gonna have to sit at the bar if we come and was the total opposite of hospitality.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

When you come in please please PLEASE ask for Camille she is a wonderful beautiful waitress. Food is amazing 10/10. Drinks will get you to where u need to be and the music is slapping at all times. Such a good vibe. Highly recommend (especially if you are of color😉)

NEVER AGAIN. Decided to go to lost society for a friends birthday. We put down a deposit for a table and showed up where there was a long line. Asked security where we should wait and they told us to wait near the front. Security checking IDs didnt acknowledge us for about 15 minutes and instead was allowing their friends to escort women past us and into the club. When questioned when we would be let in, they had attitudes beyond belief. Finally, security came to me and asked for the name on the reservation. He went inside and came back out saying they didnt have our name. I attempt to show him the confirmation clearly showing our reservation had been made and he ignores me and walks away. We continue to wait another 15 minutes for them to address us as they continue to let random people skip past us. Finally Im allowed inside to speak with a woman managing the door. She asks to see the reservation, says they dont have record of it and that she needs to speak with the manager. Another 10 minutes later were taken upstairs and squeezed into a section with seating for no more than 4 people, although the reservation clearly states the section seats 8 people. We request another table, and are told theres no other option. We go on with our night, service is horrible, we are barely tended to and are almost begging to get things as simple as cups. The tab comes at the end of the night and we are charged 20% gratuity per bottle (3 bottles) and then charged an additional 20% gratuity of the total tab, which is the sum of those 3 bottles. So were essentially DOUBLE taxed.Music was terrible, there was grass hanging from the ceiling (if thats your thing) but tables were damaged and shaky, and bathrooms were disgusting.I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again and advise you do the same.

Great location, food and service. Although I was surprised when I arrived at the entrance and the when the guy at the door asked for ID to go to my dinner reservation. Also, my salt and pepper beard was not a dead giveaway that I was over 21.

Prices are a bit high. For the cost of 1 cheesteak egg roll, you could get an entire steak n cheese with Fries. Our server Zach was very attentive. I was happy when I saw the service fee included but was then disappointed when I found out this 20% fee went to the entire team. The only way to ensure our server received a decent tip, was to pay additional money. This was taxing but servers work hard so we wanted to show our appreciation. Additionally we are charged extra to use our debit card. Not sure how frequently we will dine here given the great expense overall.

I was in Dc for a mini vacation. I came here for the Litty In The City Event. We ate bottomless brunch, We Drank unlimited Mimosa than danced the Day away. It was amazing! . We dont have events like this in New Jersey. I stayed in Dc for 7 days and this place was definitely the highlight of my trip. Thanks for an amazing time🤗. WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK SOON.

My friends and I were in DC for the weekend and we heard a lot of good things about this place on TikTok. However, they were fully booked but they had space at the bar. Overall we had a really good time and the bartenders definitely set the vibe. Hopefully next time we’re in town we can get reservations but if not we definitely wouldn’t mind sitting at the bar again, we were LIT! 10/10

This place is like a college frat house. Sticky floors, just not a good vibe unless you have a table. That area was nice but even so, just not a great place if you’re looking for upscale or even a vibe. Reminded me of a house party. Cover and drinks were incredibly expensive as well.

There are more woman then men coming in and out of this establishment & for security (MALE & female) security to be as aggressive as they are is a huge problem. My Friend was assaulted this past weekend by not one but 3 security guards twice her size. Totally uncalled for and inhumane! Her hair was pulled! Her clothes were ripped and she shoes were lost! As security you aren’t supposed to touch ANYONE! If the issue was that big the cops should’ve been called! And they weren’t so there’s that…. I feel bad for the owner for even having such employees represent them.. We pay to much money to be disrespected and treated in such ways! We are definitely living in a LOST SOCIETY!

Lost society usually never disappoints but this past Labor Day weekend was truly disappointing and dissatisfying! I arrived at lost society at 1:40am and was charged 25 dollars to get inside. Upon arriving inside I ordered a hookah and was charged 60 dollars just for the club to close roughly 30 minutes later. Everyone who arrived was truly disappointed and felt like we had been scammed. Why would you charge someone full price to enter your establishment without letting them know that you will be closing in a couple of minutes. Black clubs in general needs to stop exploiting people who support their business!

Went for Sunday brunch. Ive never experienced a place where you ordered everything through an app, with limited wait staff engagement. However, our server was very nice and accommodating. They played good music, and served delicious bottomless mimosas. Seating was kind of close to other guests, whereas there was no privacy; we could hear the guests during next to us whole conversation. Overall the food & vibes were good.

I had truffle fries, brussel sprouts, and the salmon with risotto and I enjoyed every bite!Everything is ordered and paid for through an app that charges a service fee and a fee to use the app you are required to use🤔. The amount of tip on top of those fees are optional.Drink options were limited meaning they had very few mixers so cocktails were pretty basic.The atmosphere is definitely for a young crowd.I would go again just for the food!

Terrible ID check experience.People that come here in the afternoon should know that this place is a restaurant/club at night.Had a table reservation with friends and family and got rejected entrance because of my ID looking and I quote: “Not good, this ID looks fake”. (Real ID from Puerto Rico)I would never present to authorities a fake document. Our intentions was to have dinner at this establishment. A very disrespectful accusation of crime.

We ended up at lost society after a failed attempt at a different restaurant close by but we were pleasantly surprised!When we arrived we went upstairs (ladies there are a lot of steps so be careful with heels) to the more club like area. We noticed the energy and music was good. There aren’t many areas to sit and the seating areas were either for table rent or just first come first serve but they were full around 9:30pm on a Friday (to be expected).We were more hungry so we decided to downstairs to the restaurant. We were seated in a cute, comfortable, secure space. There were no other tables close to us. We were behind the bar so we did hear the conversations of those drinking at the bar (it was funny though). The music was good in the restaurant area as well.The food was better than expected! It could’ve been more reasonably priced but it was tasty regardless. I would go back :)
