Before I got to Majestic Vapor I had no idea what I was doing or what I should get. I went to the other 2 guys in town and they just wanted to try to sell me stuff and were rude.When I got to Majestic Vapor, Lou greeted me with a smile and was totally cool to talk to. He answered every question I had and just kept giving me the information I needed to understand how all of this stuff works. He never pressured me to buy anything either. Heck I had to ask him if I could buy :D Once I understood how it all worked, I knew what I was after and he gave me a great price. He also explained how to work, clean and maintain that specific unit, as he was putting my stuff together and ringing me up.Since I have been to Majestic Vapor, I do not feel the need to go talk to anyone else, I believe they will just try to sell me more stuff I dont need.Thank you Lou, Youre place is awesome and you really know how to treat people.If youre in Washington MO and you Vape, I highly recommend you go talk to Lou at Majestic, even if you just want to shop around, talk to him, you will be blown away that someone so cool works in this industry.

The crew here is awesome and very helpful. They are super patient with me, which is surprising I ask a million dumb questions. They will explain the flavor profile and the pros and cons of every product I ask about. They also make recommendations when I tell them what Im looking for, and so far they have been spot on.Both locations I HIGHLY recommend going there if u need a vape or thinking about starting to vape.Very professional and awesome group.

These are the most down to earth helpful guys I have ever dealt with at any shop, anywhere. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They take care of their customers and have even fixed stuff for me. I also appreciate their honesty. If u are in Washington or close, support them dont go elsewhere.

I bought a mod battery that was defective. I talked to them and was told to bring it in and they would make it right. I brought it in the next day and they tried to argue with me about how they dont sell what I bought there. I explained that I had a limited edition and it was the last one they had when I bought it. He tried to exchange it for a totally different brand and way cheaper than the one I bought. I told him no I would pull up my proof I bought it and what I paid. He finally gave me the same brand and price of the one that was defective. Ive only been to this vape shop in Washington. I most likely will not return to this vape shop. Did not appreciate being told that I didnt buy there when I have the proof I bought it there.

Best Vape shop Ive been to in years! Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me their honest opinion and I was not disappointed at all! The vibe is magnificent and very welcoming! Side Note the sings they play always be on point!

After becoming frustrated by going to other stores and not finding what I wanted, I drove about 35 minutes to this store. I highly recommend ! Easy parking, the store smelled amazing and is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had everything I wanted and a large variety of Juice Head brand juices (my favorite) ! I will continue to go here, which is somewhat out of my way, because I was extremely satisfied and happy. On a final note, the prices were fair.

I genuinely love this shop. Lou and his guys are always so friendly and fun to talk to when I drop by to pick up a coil or juices. They also sell tapestries, rocks, little homemade jewelry (one of the guys was super excited to show me this bracelet he actually made himself lol). I just love the atmosphere and ever since I found this shop I just cant go anywhere else. Lou isnt pushy and hes super knowledgeable on the products he sells. I recommend this shop to any and everyone!

It says vapor in the name but the employee I spoke to knew little about vape products. If you are looking for tobacco products though, this may be more your style. As far as vape items, you gotta know what you need. A customer happened to be there and heard my questions. She steered me in the right direction.They do have a wide variety though so if you need something specific, Id stop in

I was able to purchase my product at a great value. The atmosphere of the store is welcoming and modern, and friendly, making the shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. I also appreciate that they carried a variety of different brands and flavors, allowing me to find the exact product I was looking for. Owner Lou is the man. Always selling only the finest in vape mod and juice. Very clean shop. Smells amazing. Also he carries the glass medical Marijuana pipes. All your needs in one store. Not trying to sell you most expensive mod or tank. Prices are way better than the other 2 stores in town.

I moved out to Washington a few months ago and I wasn’t a fan of all the other vape shops around here. I came to majestic and everyone is always really nice and chill! They always have good suggestions on juice if you just give them a flavor you like. If you’re looking for a good vape shop this is a great place to go

Been here multiple times and the staff always answers questions. I am relatively new to vapes and the staff was more than helpful when they explained juices and vapes to me, helped me make the best choice for me. I am always recommending my friends to them!

Awesome place! Friendly & helpful employees. Clean shop, smells great, lots of variety. Only down fall, the parking is kind of a pain but doesnt stop me from going there at least once a month. 🦄

My spot. Store has everything I need. Its in the cut so no one has what Im puffing. Hes friendly and educates instead if making me feel uneducated on the products like most shops. Wish I could try all the flavors. This is a great GO FOR A DRIVE spot. The city is friendly. Must shop.
