Great place. Great staff. Great selection. All the one-star reviews Ive read (and the complaints I hear in person) are from people who are mad that the store wont break the law for them. They go out of their way to take care of you with reasonable limitations. Would you shop at an adult toy store that took used toys? Im glad they dont.

$220 for an item that wont turn on. Called the day after purchase the 1st time trying it.Oh sorry no returns.The sals clerk did try to charge it briefly. Said it was just really really dead battery and needs to charge 4 hrs.Ive spent avery fair amount of $ at this place over the years. And the Mt Read Blvd location which I actually did the trim work on when they 1st bought that location.Ill never spend another dime at any location. They are basically criminals to rio someone off fir $220 and say no returns after the clerk has an issue trying to turn it on. I spend $290 that day. A biggg huge EEFFF YOU Show world. You lost a customer fir life

Been going here for years and years well I just turned 25 today and wanted a new piece and was turned down for no ID which really ruined the bday vibes. Even tho I was just in there last week to get stuff and didnt have a problem, but thats cool its a rundown hole in the wall place thats pretty much fazed out as it is. Fat ginger guy just costed them a sale cause I went right up the road and bought one without an ID since that place can tell the difference between a teen and a 6ft 210lbs man with a full beard and gladly sold it to me without an ID as most places do

Ive always had a good experience here. I visit often for kratom, its usually the only thing I purchase but prices are fair, friendly staff. I do wish they carried wider variety of the kratom but Im very happy they carry what they do.

I just called and asked if they had a product from their website in stock. They didnt even check, all they said was that they have an arcade... Seriously, Im offering to drive to your facility and make a purchase and you cant even help out.

I bought my wife one of those vibrating things for Christmas last year and we just broke up and now they are saying that I cant return it because it is used. I then yelled at them asking if they really thought that my wife really needed it that much because frankly I have a big D. so I told them that I only bought it for when I went back to Mexico and that she only used it once. very mean staff

Workers have no education on the products they sell and there is a ZERO return policy. Don’t waste your money here

Shopped here probably 100s of times go in there to get a dab tool and the lady said no sale without id okay bet you just lost a custy
