The owner is so nice and informative, he definitely goes above and beyond to help you find what ever you need. For everyone being so short staffed hes super upbeat and doing all he can to provide an awesome place for your smoking needs. Anyone who has to complain in other reviews about them being 12 minutes late for opening should probably reevaluate their own time management skills, because what ever the case the amazing customer service makes up for it. 10/10 would recommend 🖤

When you say you open at 9 on line and on the door, but its 908 and youre not open... it screws people over who make the time to get by at opening so they can get to work or wherever on time. Had to leave. Hope you enjoyed the extra sleep or whatever.

Shop has a great selection of products and very friendly staff. Huge shout out to Jay who has always been super friendly and helpful every time I see him at the shop.

UPDATE: after speaking with Dan the associate, he kindly offered to swap my piece out for a different one, and explained some settings to me about the torch I purchased which helped keep it running. i definitely was sold a faulty product, but received excellent customer service to remedy the issue.I bought a white rino and it melted then exploded. Then the torch i bought stopped working 10 min after i got home. If you are looking for dab products look somewhere else they have cheap or fake products.

Horrible experience the shop was supposed to open at 11:00am and it was still closed. I saw five people walk up to the door to find out it was locked. They waited a good 30 minutes and the guy still didnt show so they left. And i wanted till 12:00 and the guy still didnt show up.

I bought an ooze pen there last week. I didnt have to charge it as it had a charge already. When it came time to charge it I plugged it in and it would not charge. I tried multiple USB blocks. So I went to the store and was like hey maybe Im doing this wrong and asked if he could see what was up with it. He tried to charge it and tried a different adapter. It still would not work. So he told me the device was bad and that was it. Mind you this device wasnt even a week old and it was the first time trying to charge it. Nothing, no let me take of you lets make this right. You would think youd want repeat business? Just my opinion but stay away from vapor wize in waterloo il.

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere where they dont act so childish. Make sure you get a receipt if you pay with cash! Treat your customers with more respect and maybe youll get good reviews and go far or maybe you dont care.

Ok when the skinny guy works I give it a 3 star but when the guy with the beautiful beard works.... 5 STARS!!!! He knows so much and is very helpful.

I came in from out of town to visit family and I noticed this cool looking vape store. I went in and was greeted by Dan. I was looking for a new vape since i just broke mine. He told me all I needed to know about the Nord Smok. He was really nice and informative. Will be coming back soon.

Very knowledgeable, friendly. Prices are cheaper than anywhere else in the area. I will be returning and would recommend.
